      5/18/22 payment in the amount of ******** was sent via certified mail to pay off the remaining balance due on the loan which was confirmed over the phone before payment was sent and I was charged ****** on interest for a 5-day period despite Discover signing for it on 5/21/22 before the due date of the payment on 5/22/22 but not applying it to my account until 5/25/22. The interest rate on the loan is ****% so the interest would not have accumulated that much.

      i am a authorized user on a ********************** account and it is not showing up on experian. i have tried to reach the bank for 7 months to get it added, can the bank please reach out to me to get the account showing on ************ is showing on other 2 bureaus i just need experian to report the account.

      About 2 weeks ago I opened an online account with Discover Bank. I deposited about $1500, received a debit card, and began making purchases with the account. On Thursday, the account was locked due to "unusual activity" and I received a message to call the "security center" at ****************. I have been trying at all hours for three days but they do not pick up. I cannot even log in to see how much money is remaining in the account, or get any sense of why this is happening. The regular customer service line picks up and talks to me sympathetically (I've heard "I can understand why that might make you feel frustrated" too many times) but they cannot solve the problem. I cannot close the account, I cannot access my money. I've seen reports from other customers online going back at least a month with similar problems.

      February or so of this year I applied for sLA DISCOVER CREDIT CARD AFTER Years of waiting. Discover asked to to verify my income using the **** I did comply. I told discover agents my address has been changed and they rest assured me it wouldnt be a problem. Well it was, they closed my card and provide misleading information which they said there is a backup way in case it was the wrong address My credit report shows I had a discover card opened and closed. It was never actually opened, therefore it shouldnt be on my report

      2 - was told fake and negative information my discover agents


      I want the information deleted. I have sent letters to the three credit bureaus asking them
      To remove this information. According to discover the account was closed when it wasnt even opened due to  verify my identity 

      I ask for mediation if possible

       Discover indicated they couldnt verify my identity so they didnt open the card. I never received any credit cards from discover card so therefore it shouldnt even be on my credit report as any trade line.

      Im not worried about agents telling me misleading and inaccurate information. Discover shouldnt have reported anything on my credit report since never activated a card or received one

      I have a dispute with discover. It has been going on for months.I purchased an item from liquidation.com. the item I purchased was 15 unopend returned mail items from high end boutiques in ******* hills. Liquidation.com was no help with a refund so I filled a dispute . Discover has me jumping through hoops. For instance the first time they said I need to send back the items. So I contacted liquidation.com and they said since discover favored them they considered it a done deal and refused the items and then I tell discover this and that I clearly did not get what I ordered so they require photos. But to get the photos I have to hand write a letter saying I won't open any more dispute to liquidation.com because they lock my account over the dispute. So i finally get in my liquidation.com account to provided this exactly what they asked for. And was told that its not good enough even that there staff clearly states that I did not get sent what I ordered. So I don't know what to do. I don't want to pay for something that was different from what I ordered and I thought my credit card company is supposed to protect me from fraud which showing pictures of one item and then sending others is a bait and switch scam.The *** has issued a Notice that it has determined that bait and switch sales practices are unfair or deceptive trade practices, and violate the *** Act. Notice of Penalty Offenses Concerning Bait and Switch Sales Practices. (****).

      Ok I am not happy one I was told by discover if I did certain things that I would win my dispute which did not happen and on top of this my credit has been ruined. At the start of this i have a credit score of 700 now its 500 and change. Tou add the dispute to my acount wich makes my credit go negative. This is the worst experience of my life.

      I filed a complaint with Discover card after realizing that a company that I used for a few months had continued to charge my card for almost 2 years after the services ended. I immediately contacted Discover to dispute these. I also spoke with the business, who agreed that these charges were not valid. The business said that they would let Discover know this when they were contacted. However, upon checking my claim, I found that Discover denied the dispute and said the charges were valid. Their reasoning for this was, when they did contact the business, they claim the business indicated to them that the charges were actually valid. So either the business or Discover is lying to me. I don't actually believe that Discover made any effort to verify the claim, and I want this reopened. I had over $1000 stolen from me, and Discover is doing nothing to help me with this. I've been with Discover for 15 years, since 2007, and I am extremely disappointed to find out that they do NOT back their customers. I've never filed a dispute before, or even complained to them about anything. I want my money back, and I want Discover card to support this by contacting the business to actually verify that these are unauthorized charges!

      I asked for the ******** check last Thursday, and I still did not get it now. It has been more than 8 days!!!!!! I was waiting for the check for the house closing, and since I did not receive it this Friday, I failed to close my house. I called every day to ask for the delivery checking number, and you guys did not know any information about that!!! How should a bank not know the delivery info after they sent out an official check with so a large amount of cash money? I am asking you guys to pay me back for my financial loss! If I still do not get the check by the following Monday, I may be homeless~!! My current apartment rent ends the next following Monday. Contact me as soon as possible.

      I deposited my paper paycheck today, which has been direct deposited before from the same employer, but was told my funds would not be available until 7/22. I spoke with two representatives who said I should have access to $250 of the total $1787.43 paycheck, but it never arrived. Right now, my entire paycheck is being held for reasons that their representatives and their supervisors cannot tell me. I haven't eaten all day, I have $4 in my bank account that is spendable, I'm late on numerous bills now because of this.

      I am depressed and saddened that this has happened to me. Discover bank closed my credit card unknowingly and without my consent. I'm the consumer so I extended the open end credit and discover committed unfair practices towards me. I feel like this was retaliation towards me as a black man. I have received no adverse action notice to why this happened. Consumers are being taken advantage of every day by these corporations and this need to stop. I was never late on any payments and really enjoyed the relationship I've built over the last 4 years with them.
