      Discover bank is holding $200. Theres no record on the statement saying where the money is the balance is just diff then whats available. I called in the discover which nobody had knowledge. This was an issue in the past and it was resolved but now its happening again. I spoke w 2 unhelpful supervisors and a *** which was not educated on the matter

      I am curious why you are sending merger letters to me when I HAVE BEEN DEAD for 15 years and my ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED for close to ************************************************************************************************************************************************* **. They do not ask what the call is about or any information before hanging up. Your phone system is very hard to trick into getting a representative to speak with. If I was looking to possibly apply with your company, you make it very hard to contact someone to ask questions WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT ALREADY. That makes people go to other companies with their business. Your online chatbot only wants people to sign-in before it is able to do anything. Since I have not had an account for years that keeps me from being able to talk to your representative for legitimate reasons. Part of the sadness with you sending DEAD people letters, is that you don't send people that are ALIVE the same letters. Where is the common sense in that?Your company USED TO BE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I see that is not the case. I guess it is a good thing that I DIED before your customer service went down the toilet.I need you to remove my name from your mailing list since I am unable to use your credit card where I currently reside.

      I've been banking with discover for a few years now. Everytime I'd deposit my paychecks they'd show you with 1 to 2 business days. For the last 7 months now every check I've cashed from work has been put on a 7 day extended hold. When I ask why they say the system believes the checks are gonna bounce. For the first half of last year not one check has bounced. Not one check has bounced. I show them that my checks are the same every month they don't do anything about it. Now when I cash my check they deny it for security reasons. I want my check cash and my funds to hit my account same day like they use to. I work for the state of **********, these are state employee checks not some small business or cash checks. I want them to stop denying my checks and holding my checks when I haven't had a check bounce once.

      I requested a waiver on a return check fee and was denied. I have never had a return check and I made the payment again immediately.

      Used an ATM for cash advance the money did not come out complained of issue to Discover. They told me i received funds even though i never did. They state I am bot responsible for any transaction i did not do that was posted.

      I am filing this complaint because my credit report contains accounts I do not recognize, did not open, and never authorized. These entries appear to stem from either negligent reporting practices or a breach involving my personal informationboth of which are serious violations of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Despite submitting disputes, I have yet to receive any legitimate documentation proving these accounts are mine.The following account(s) remain on my report without adequate verification:Company Name: DISCOVERCARD Account Number: **************** Reported Balance: $15,536.00 I have formally requested supporting evidence, including signed agreements or original account applications. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681g, I am entitled to full disclosure of all information in my file, including proof of how these accounts were established. A generic response stating the account was verified is not sufficient without legally valid documentation.Additionally, under 15 U.S.C. 1681i(a)(1)(A), the credit bureaus must conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information within 30 days. If the data cannot be verified with original records, it must be deleted immediately in compliance with 15 U.S.C. 1681i(a)(5)(A)(i). Failing to do so is a clear violation of the **** and leaves the reporting agency open to liability under 15 U.S.C. 1681n.These inaccurate and unverified entries have caused financial harm, including credit denials and higher interest rates, as well as emotional distress. If proper validationmeaning complete, original documentationis not provided, I am demanding immediate deletion of the accounts in question. I am also prepared to escalate this matter to the BBB, CFPB, and FTC if this is not resolved promptly.

      I have been disputing a charge on my account in the amount of $102.43. I received these items and immediately returned them. I have supplied Discover post office receipts with tracking number, date and time item was delivered to company (*****, May 15), the company has confirmed that they received the item and has been stuck on currently refunding. There's no way of getting a hold of this company therefore I have been asking Discover to please dispute again so they can refund my account. ********************** is aware that company has items at hand therefore I should not have a charge on my account. ********************** has been giving me a very hard time and won't work with me now also making me incur interest on this balance. I need them to dispute the amount owe of $102.43 with merchant so I can receive my refund and also credit back the interest I was charged for Discover not wanting to dispute the charges a 2nd time. I'm not paying this money when merchant has clearly said they have received the items.

      On May 29, 2025, I used my Discover debit card at an ATM to withdraw money. However when I finished my transactions no money was dispensed. This was seen by the worker at the gas station, and I was told that I would need to contact my bank if the money was not returned. Later that day I contacted my bank to file a dispute, and told them what had happened. The lady told me that my dispute was open, and that nothing else was needed from me. 5 buisness days later I contcted Discover to see the status of my dispute and was told that the case has been closed after investigation, However no one from the dispute team contacted me, or the gas station that the event took place. I believe that Discover did not want to pay the dispute, and quickly closed the case.

      This company I used for banking froze my accounts and made me late on my car note, rent, and bills. Where I had no control over someone used my account and fraud me so they stopped all direct deposits and incoming transactions on my bank accounts without my knowledge. Now I'm late on my monthly bills they was very ignorant to the situation where they didn't care. And I had not yet been returned the money that was scammed from me.

      I am rejecting this response because: Do too the lie that was told to me on my account wouldn't be froze until all my deposit hit around June 4th due to DISCOVER Freezing my account and not me receiving my money on time being my mortgage and car note was due I end up having consequences to me behind the inconvenience where I explained my situation to DISCOVER REPRESENTATIVE AND they where very ignorant when a supervisor told me they wouldn't freeze my account.

      I am rejecting this response because: It's not about the zelle transaction its about as a company/corporation how yall handled the situation very ignorant and racist as I spoke with 8 representatives within the 2day period of trying to get my funds  Being I had auto payments coming out and no access to my money to pay.  Im sure it's documentation in your system me crying and pleading to wait to freeze my account so my bills can get paid and recorded calls. Very unprofessional
