      For years now I have been in dispute with best buy over an item that was never delivered to my address. I was told that I was going to be refunded so I did nothing. After *************************************** their favor saying that they gave proof of delivery. It is impossible that they gave proof of delivery because, I asked for signature, of a high priced item and I never signed anything. I was very specific about having to sign for this item. This has gone on long enough and I tried to resolve it with the company many different ways and they always come back with the same thing. This is a scam and I want my money back. I recently spoke to them and I am reinitiating an investigation against discover.

      I booked 3 tickets from ******* 1 year ago for tickets to ***. I purchased 3 tickets. An email arrived soon after that said the tickets were pending. I never received an email with the actual tickets. I immediately called my Discover Card &put the tickets in dispute &explained what happened. My card was shut down and I was told to wait for the actual ticket price to post & then the actual dispute would start. When it all posted I started the dispute. I provided docs showing that the confirmation #s I received from the **************** were not actual confirmation numbers with *****. I called Delta &went on their website, &they confirmed that the numbers were not legit. I won the dispute.2months later the ******* company contacted me to ask why I disputed the charges. I explained that they never provided me with actual tickets to fly. The ** *** went back and forth with me arguing that they sent me the tickets. I asked them to send them again because I didnt have them. I told them I would like to pay Discover for the tickets, but I didnt have any. ******* never sent me tickets. I provided all emails to the Discover card company.I thought it was over. In Jan of 2025, 3 months after I was supposed to fly I received an email from the **************** saying they were RE-charging the tickets to my closed card. I told them it had gone in dispute and I won because they didnt provide me tickets. They charged the tickets back (I had no idea this was possible, but it happened). So I started a dispute with my card company. I provided docs, cross referencing other docs that I had previously provided. I proved that I never received what I paid for. Discover Card came back after I had disputed it 5 times, and said that ******* provided docs that said,That I purchased Non-refundable tickets The ******* company provided false documents and as a result stole from me and now I have to pay the Discover Card back for something I never received.

      Discover card knows That the merchant never provided airplane tickets to me that I paid for. I expect a refund for the airplane tickets because I never received them. The just fly company provided false documents saying they gave me the tickets and both Discover card and I Know that the documents are false.  For these reasons I expect a refund.

      In the Dispute that Discover card states there is proof that Just Fly NEVER Provided me with actual plane tickets that I paid for.  I begged the Just fly company for tickets and they never sent them.  I won the first dispute.  Then Just Fly recharged my card 3 months after I was scheduled to fly on the tickets they never provided and they said they provided tickets which they never did.  I would have flown IF I would have been given tickets. Discover card knows that I never received the tickets so how they are siding with the vendor I have no idea. I am the customer and I have proof they didnt provide tickets. If the just fly company did provide tickets, then why did I never get them.

      I was offered a balance transfer but when I trying to use it, they tell me I can not. One manager said she could put a 0% for purchases then the next manager said he cant do anything to assist me also I ask for his boss or the **************** telephone, said he could not find any thing for me to go above his job title. Refused to do anything about my problem, said nothing I could do, but to write a letter, however that's what they pay him for.

      I am rejecting this response because: they did nothing for me. I had proof and they still did absolutely nothing. However, they did made me feel horrible and as a horrible customer. When I have been a customer for about 13 years and never missed a payment, never gone over my limit, been to collections. Another words been an excellent customer. I ask to speak with the CEO because I felt I was being treated badly,  but nope they still refused me. I told them to listen to the phone call from January 2025, one employee even said yes we heard the Balance Transfer offer but you did not take advantage of it. While another employee said nope there was no balance transfer offer. Which is it?  You cant have it both ways. But I am a christian and I know my God is in control. Please look up Romans 12:19, It states VENGEANCE IS MINE SAYETH THE LORD! I just want the employees who spoke with me, would you treat your family members, church members, or friends like the way you treated me? Can you truly go home or with friends and feel good about the way you treated me and handled this case? I truly hope you can look your children in the eyes and know you did your very best to resolve my problem.  You see, no matter what anyone thinks they can do to someone, the LORD can do so much more.

      I appreciate your detailed response, however, your determination that "no fraud occurred" on certain transactions and that I am responsible for these transactions is fundamentally flawed, as it fails to account for the critical fact that my PC was compromised by a Remote Access Trojan (RAT).
      Your letter states that I "verified activity with a two-way email alert from the merchant" and "logged in to your online account and viewed the transactions." These actions, which you attribute to me, were in fact performed by the hacker who gained unauthorized access to my systems. If my PC was compromised, the hacker could have easily intercepted the emails and responded to any "two-way email alert."
      Regarding your assertion that I "logged in to your online account and viewed the transactions," I must clarify that I only access my Discover account through the mobile application. Therefore, if these logins occurred, they should have been via the application. I request that you provide specific proof of these application logins, including details such as the IP addresses, device information (e.g., device type, operating system), and geographic locations associated with these purported logins. This data is crucial to determine if these were indeed my legitimate actions or those of the unauthorized hackers.
      I have already reported this cybercrime and have filed a police report documenting the hacking incident. This provides official evidence that my accounts were compromised, and therefore, any activity originating from them during that period was unauthorized.
      I urge you to re-evaluate my fraud claim with these crucial information in mind. The transactions in question were not authorized by me, but were the direct result of a sophisticated cybercrime.
      Given the evidence of a severe security breach on my end, I maintain that these transactions are fraudulent and should be credited back to my account under Discover's $0 Fraud Liability Guarantee.

      Discover had technical issue on its payment website which prevented me from making payments on-time. This resulted in a late payment on my credit report, however, Discover has refused multiple times to take the late payment records off my credit reports.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I reject Discover’s assertion of late payment. I attempted to make the required minimum payments via the Discover website while traveling abroad in January–February 2024. However, the website repeatedly failed to process my payments (see attached screenshot). During this period, I had no ability to call Discover from overseas and no alternative payment method. 
      The only reason the payments were late was due to Discover’s faulty online system. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, creditors must ensure report accuracy and correct any information disputed by consumers within 30 days. Since my inability to pay was caused by Discover’s system, the late payment and subsequent credit bureau reporting are inaccurate and should be removed.
      Please correct my account history and update all credit reporting agencies accordingly.
