      I have had a Discover credit card for many years and I have always been extremely pleased with their service I would recommend this card to anyone.

      You canceled my **** credit line due to inactivity with no warning and caused my credit score to drop 40 points. that is wrong.

      Every time you call it's a wait line for at least 15 minutes I have called time and time again in hopes of getting a business up and running I applied for a card with a limit of about ****. Prior to this I was not acknowledged that I would have to sign a ****c form and submit it through to the **** I did not have to do this for my first card through them and I have never missed a payment**** So why should I have to do it with a new card I received. Anyway upon activating my new card my account was immediately frozen and an email was sent to me to sign a **** c had I been notified of this prior I would've received another card from another institution all attempts to contact Discover has failed and ended ** in me going in circles. I did not have to sign a **** with the first card I received why should I have to do it with this one**** especially when it can take UP TO 60 days to even hear anything back from them. I've decided to get another card through another institution but I'm hesitant as im not sure what institutions will force you to sign another ****.

      I fell behind on my payments and had a payment plan set up to catch up. When I would call in to ask a question, they would have no record of my payment plan. Every time I called, something had changed! Once you finally get to someone who knows whats going on, they confirm that nothing has actually changed. Except they dont update the app when you cancel an automatic payment. Plus, I had gotten emails with false information. When I called in to talk to someone, they said it was wrong..BUT NOTHING EVER CHANGES.

      Horrible company! I lost my job and could not pay anymore. My account was closed in Janurary and it is now July and I'm getting slapped with a lawsuit! Never tried to work with me just take me to court. Total scumbags!

      I used to love my Discover Card. The cash back is on average as good as my other cards, but if you used the cash back on gift cards, it becomes incredibly better! However, do not try to message them from the app...won't happen. Or it will take you hours to get it to work. Also, it takes DAYS for payments and charges to go through! I used another brand of card and it is so much easier to use along with easier to contact them. Discover used to be my favorite BY FAR, but if I cannot use it or contact them, it is absolutely worthless.

      Keep getting their flyers by mail.Called 1(800)-DISCOVER on 7/27/2022 at 12:10pm to ask to remove me from their mailing list.The lady took a bunch of information and then said she couldn't remove me from their mailing list !I asked to talk to a manager, she said there was no manager available and i could try again after 24 hours !!!Of course, she refused to provide me with her name.What a joke Discovery !!!

      This is a slimmy company that will sneak in any fee possible. I PAID THEM ALMOST $10400 to get my account paid off. 2 and a half months later I get a credit score notification that my score has dropped 84 points due to a delinquent account. Low and behold its Discover because when I paid them off they did not accommodate the accured interest for the following month when I called to get the pay off amount. They never sent me any notification that i had a remaining balance or missed a payment. Only reason I new that I owed them more money was my credit drop notification. If you feel the need to get a credit card go to your local bank *** use them.

      I received a card, a limit, they had me activate it... still can't use it. Waiting on a form from the *** customer Service has said twice. Each call next in line 10 min wait in which I waited over 25 min both times! 1st call said it would take 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, 2nd call said she had seen it come back after 4 weeks so any day... that was another 2 weeks ago. Wtf? It's been 6 weeks.

      Ive been a client of Discover for a long time since 2016 I feel that they betrayed me . I put the money I order them on order pay and all the money they got from me went straight to interest they didnt tell me all year that nothing of the balance paid . Only interest . every time I make a payment it went only to the interest , never paid a cent over the year towards the balance balance theres .I just found out that its still $2800 and more just a little under a year that I have been paying every month on automated card .I feel betrayed and I will never do business with them again and Ill pay discover as soon as possible and never use them again and let everyone I know to drop them since they are a **** off . Discover no integrity and has no loyalty they dont care about the consumer they just care about their money and as long as they can milk you without knowing they will .
