      Got itheres an updated, sharper version of your review with that added detail:?LRS Recycling has provided the worst garbage service Ive ever experienced. Bags weighing less than 0.2 pounds were left behind without any notice or explanation. On top of that, each city sticker costs over $4 for bags that cant exceed 40 poundsan outdated and overpriced system that clearly doesnt reflect the level of service provided. No courtesy, no professionalism, and absolutely no accountability. This garbage service is obsolete, and customers deserve better.

      While I more than understand that refuse collection can be a dirty business, every single collection we are left with trash all over our lawn. Once and awhile would be one thing, but this is a routine and disgusting side effect of paying professionals to remove garbage? Unacceptable and I have complained to my village. Hopefully we can award the contract to a company that takes its job more seriously.

      These people are TRASH, literally. We just moved into our new place and we're supposed to have our FULL trash bin and recycle bin picked up last week. Then I called to complain no one came by and they said someone would come by that day, Friday. It then sat there all weekend and I once again called Monday and they said it would be picked up then. NOPE, it's now Tuesday and windy so the trash can fell over and spewed trash all over my yard and my neighbors yards. Do your job and pickup trash when it's scheduled. We PAY you to pick it up. We have another week's worth of stuff to put in the bins now for this Thursday and will it even be picked up then? If it's not it's going on YOUR front lawn along with the next call being from our attorney.

      Last 3 times they were called for compactor haul, they damaged something. And while they did call to let us know, they refuse to pay the bill or even answer my calls! Terrible service and customer service since taking over *****. Highly disappointed!

      This company has the worst customer service and overall communication with their customers. We had an issue with a card on file being updated and instead of them reaching out to us once, they didnt pick up our trash. When we called to fix the payment they say they will only come back for a $20 charge. The lack of communication and care on their end is why I would never recommend this company to anyone in need to a garbage/recycling service.

      No stars. **************** lies. Trying to get my $ back since October 2024. Overbilled due to lrs mistake. Now going round and round to get refund. Truly considering another refuse pickup in **********. MI. I thought waste management was worst there, but LRS is definitely #1 in poor service, billing, customer care and followup to correct their errors. Anxious to see how long I'll wait for a Spvr to call me back with resolution.

      I put trash in my non LRS can and they would not pick up even with stickers because I put two handfuls of leaves in when that is not stated by *** or my cites website. WOULD NOT WORK WITH EVER. I will be going public with this.

      Thank you for your feedback. Our driver left a tag on your trash container to indicate that it could not be serviced due to yard waste being mixed in, as this violates our service guidelines. When you reached out to us via email, our customer service team explained the policy and asked if you could remove the leaves so we could proceed with servicing your container.

      We understand this may have been frustrating, but these guidelines are in place to ensure proper disposal and compliance with local regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide consistent and reliable service.
