      I have been trying to contact LRS about a missed pickup at my business in ******* ********. I have left 3 messages and sent 2 emails with no response from the company. Their p hone system gives the option to stay on the line to speak to the next available agent but nobody answered any of my calls. I was on hold over 15 minutes the first couple of times that I called and then pressed 2 to leave a message. NO RESPONSE! Yesterday (11/28/2023) I waited on hold from 3:45 until 5:05 pm but my call was never answered. More of the same today, long wait, get frustrated wasting time, leave a message, no call back. Dumpster is now overflowing. This is not what I would characterize as good customer service.

      Our village gave exclusive rights to commercial service to LRS. Therefore, I cannot switch companies. My regular service is a pick up on Monday's and Wednesday's. Our actual pickup's have been sporadic at best. Over the past month and a half, we've only been getting pickups on Wednesday's. If I am able to get a hold of anyone to complain about a missed pickup I might get a "replacement" pickup on a Tuesday afternoon, followed by our regular pickup on Wednesday. This means the Wednesday pickup is basically useless and we aren't getting all the pickups we pay for. It is very frustrating trying to work with this company and our hands have been tied by the village.

      Billing even though service was stoped a month ago. Wont answer phone and main telephone is answered by someone with very poor English skills that could not resolve issues. I used to call ************, ** for billing issues but they havent answered or returned my calls for weeks.

      Last year we contacted LRS to rent a dumpster to get rid of some old decking etc. We arranged to have it delivered on a certain date and we arranged to have plenty of help here as we are both seniors and the load was quite heavy. We contacted LRS several times that day asking about when the dumpster would arrive and they said that someone was assigned to it and they would call before arrival. Well needless to say the entire day went by, the people we had to help went home and LRS never showed up. We contacted them again and they said they had no one to deliver it.So now it was supposed to be delivered the next day and the driver would call before showing up. That never happened, all of a sudden the truck just showed up in our driveway and started dumping off the dumpster. Thank goodness we had thought ahead and moved our car out of the garage early in the morning. When he dropped it, it must of had paint in it as it spilled white paint like material all over my paved driveway. The driver was about to leave when I asked him if he would mind opening the rear door as it was chained and fastened. He acted as if it was a bother. So now with no help, we loaded the dumpster ourselves and swore we would never use them again. Against better judgement, we decided to give them one more chance for a different property. Wow !!! did the prices really go up. They said we could only have it for 3 days but gave no time of delivery. It is now 10 am, I have called 2 times and they still have no idea when it will be delivered. They are quick to take your charge card and it goes downhill from there. We learned our ****** NO MORE LRS. Horrible customer service and very expensive.

      If I could give a rating of 0 I would. We rented a few Portables for a wedding party we had. When the portables arrived they were covered from floor to ceiling in the dirt and feces, not to mention the full toilet filled to the brim with waste. The smell was horrendous, with no toiletries, no hand sanitizer, and no paper towel. That was after the delivery driver dropped them off, inspected them, and left. We ordered the luxury portables considering this was a very elegant wedding, but no we were delivered nasty, dirty, uncleaned, single toilets with nothing inside. These portable looked like they were thrown from a cliff and didn't even have LRS Stickers on them, it was some other companies' stickers. It all looked and smelt like it hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. Pure and utter disappointment considering you officially ruined my wedding day. I WOULD NEVER NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND LRS Portables for anyone. Not even to my worst enemy. Your company is an absolute joke and I am very surprised this s*** business is still running! THANKS FOR THE WORST DAY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I have been being double billed by LRS for several months. They claimed to have not received payment for fall of 2022. After several calls, emails and proof of payment, I have still not been credited. I'm on my third incorrect invoice!It's a struggle getting hold of anyone at LRS. Their work hours are also my work hours, It seems to me that if a business, with a rating as low as this one, cannot provide sufficient customer support, then they need to hire/train more staff or make adjustments to the customer service hours.

      They collect your money, but do not collect your recycling. Sometimes I our area goes weeks without pickup!! I have to keep calling them back before someone does something.

      Terrible ******************************** Been calling and leaving a message since Friday and no one responds. No one responds to emails either from their website. So much quality **************** and for responding in 24 hours - flat out lie. Trying to cancel service and get trash container picked up.

      I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the ongoing issue of LRS waste management company failing to pick up my garbage despite my daily reminders. This has resulted in my garbage and recycling containers being left on the street for several days now. I filled out the missed form online Sunday and got an email stating it will be picked up on Monday. No one came then I called Tuesday and the reps said it will be picked up that day, no one came again. I called Wednesday and the reps I spoke with had a little attitude when I'm trying to express the situation and she said Wednesday is my pick-up day and it should be done that day. Up to this day, Thursday no one picks it up yet.So I have made multiple calls to their representatives, who assure me that the garbage will be picked up promptly. However, it appears that no one is effectively addressing the situation, and there is a clear lack of accountability and follow-through. As a customer, I expect a reliable and efficient waste management service. It is disheartening to experience such a prolonged delay in garbage collection, especially when I have consistently communicated my concerns and reminders.

      Raised rates without notice and expected me to pay for services not rendered after contract was up. Continues to bill for Late fees for services I do not receive. Worst customer service!
