This truly is the best way to sell your home! From start to finish everything went so smooth, the offer was more than fair, actually more than I expected. I picked the closing date & time that was convenient for me. From start to finish the whole process only took 3 weeks! All the employees were so helpful & a pleasure to work with. Everything you hear on the commercials is true! Grandview made selling my parents house easy and the only costs I had were the property taxes and my lawyer fee. The price when all said and done was comparable if we would have sold it through a real estate agent. With a real estate company, we would have had to pay closing costs, any additonal fees that arise and repairs to the house that were needed. Selling to Grandview, we did not have any of that. Everyone I spoke to or had contact with at Grandview was nice, helpful and made us feel at ease about selling our family home of 52 years. And, I cannot say enough about ***** who is very compassionate and was just so sweet about the whole process and during the walk through knowing this was a very difficult time we were going through. I would highly recommend Grandview to anyone.Grandview Homes, LLC

***** and *** are the best! They were on top of everything; always friendly, accommodating, communicative and professional. Selling my late parents house to Grandview Homes was so EASY and CONVENIENT! I didnt have to deal with the massive cleanup or repairs or any unwanted furniture or items. I literally just walked away. Grandview took care of all the rest. That took a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Plus they gave me a VERY fair and fast cash offer!
