I inherited my brother's home unexpectedly and wasn't sure what to do. I saw some commercials on TV about Grandview Homes and thought I give them a try. The whole selling process from the initial offer to the closing was so easy! We removed what we wanted from the house and left the rest behind. I will recommend Grandview to everyone I know who is looking to sell a house.

Grandview is an obviously experienced, professionally managed company to do business with. I interviewed and received home purchase offers from 4 firms in all. Grandview was one of the highest and came free of any contingencies. Some of the other offers had contingent clauses such as "offer is not finalized until 2 weeks have passed and our contractors have had ****** to the house in order to estimate upgrade and/or repair expenses." In other words, my home would be locked up with the firm for a couple weeks before I would even get a guaranteed offer price AND I would be obligated to grant ****** as needed for an unspecified number of tradespeople to come through the home. Additionally, if the repairs estimated to be needed were "high enough" it would cause them to reduce their offer to me for the home. Such uncertainty as well as the low-ball pricing were a real surprise (one of the firms provided an offer lower than one I received 6 years earlier!). Grandview on the other hand came out for a walk through and took photos within one business day of my initial call and provided a guaranteed offer less than 24 hours later. That offer was a fair value and had no contingencies. I was given as much time as I wished to consider the offer and I had my attorney suggest that the prorated taxes be recalculated, rather than estimated at closing, whenever the actual tax bills were provided by Cook County. The ** attorneys accepted that change to their boilerplate, I discussed closing dates with a rep from ** and everything went smoothly thru the closing approx. 3 weeks later. ** assumed all costs of the closing other than the obvious seller responsibilities (estimated taxes, mortgage payoff, etc.).In sum, ** provided a low-stress way of selling a home for a reasonable price, in a timely manner and the process was professionally managed throughout.Grandview Homes, LLC

It has been a pleasure working with you. You made everything so effortless for us. After weeks of trying to get contractors to do fixes to the property and having them promise that the work would be done the next week and then the next week, Grandview took over and said they would take care of everything. What a relief. We were also moving to a smaller property and had to figure out a way to sell some furniture or have it hauled away. Again, Grandview took over. Thank you so much.Grandview Homes, LLC
