I am immensely pleased with my experience in dealing with Grandview Homes!! I showed my deceased father's property in June 2023 and was offered a fair cash value within three days from the gentleman that is on the commercial inspecting homes (Mr. ************** I previously had the property listed with a relator for 6 months. During that period, there were approximately five showings with two contractual offerings in which the contracts were pulled. After my contract ended with the realtor, I later learned from another realtor as well as various Investors that the house was listed too high, based on the condition as well as the geographical location of the property. Because this property was a probate estate property, there were several nuances that had to be dealt with. Grandview Homes hung in there and not once suggested to pull the contract. We finally closed on the house on September 13, 2023. I would highly recommend Grandview Homes to anyone who wants to go the Investment route!!Grandview Homes, LLC

Received a fair cash offer for my condo which needed updatIng. No professional inspections, commissions or closing costs. Very simple process. Very happy with the whole deal. Planning on selling my other condos to Grandview Homes in the future. I recommend them for the people who wants to sell their properties as is condition. Though a customer leaves money on the table selling to Grandview, they serve a necessary purpose, and treat people fairly and with respect. They also move through the process quickly and efficiently. Start to finish in my case was less than a month.I was torn between upgrading a previously rented property or selling as-is to Grandview at a lower price. By the time I figured in all my time and the work that would need to be done and compared a projected sales price, I decided, the difference between what I would make if I renovated and sold it on the market and Grandview's price wasn't worth my bother. Also, after selling several houses over the years, just not having to hear the litany of realtors' noxious and self-serving complaints about the property was worth thousands.This is a class operation, not at all the type that preys on desperation. Going into it eyes open, they will take care of you, make a fair profit and do a service to the community by improving the property. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice people from Grandview were and that they were punctual and efficient. My only complaint was that receiving the money at closing, through no direct fault of Grandview, took way too long.Grandview Homes, LLC

Gandview Homes made the experience of selling my mom's house such an easy experience. A relative had been staying in the home. I had no idea of the level of repairs and general issues with the living conditions as I had not been in the house for years. I was not expecting much in the way of $$, but they totally surprised me with what I considered to be a very fair offer. And I didn't have to move anything out. ************************* and *********************** were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The experience made me wish that I other properties to sell to them, it was that amazing of an experience. Considering what is involved in selling a property, this was a a low stress ordeal for me.
