This company is a fraud, they hide the main issues in the vehicle just to sell them for more. And after you buy them, their excuse is you should have come and look at the vehicle. Even when you buy a vehicle with a clean title that says run and drive; do not trust them, they never disclose truthfully. I bought a 2018 GMC for high dollars because it was a clean title, Run and Drive out of *****, only posted as Front end. I saw minimal damages on the bumper so i guess that was the front end issue. After I got the vehicle home, huge damaged on the frame, requires a whole new frame. Vehicle did not run and ***************** damaged to the engine, more than 20k in repairs. This is not right. They could have easily posted it as frame damaged and mechanical damaged. But they lie to sell their vehicle for more money. I will not purchase anything from them again.IAA

Thank you for your review, I understand how you could feel this way if you didn't fully read and understand the auction rules. These vehicles are salvaged vehicles and are listed as what we were informed by the provider. We are not mechanics, these vehicles are auctioned off "As Is". Here are the IAAI auction rules to help you better understand the auctions. 1. ALL VEHICLES SOLD THROUGH IAAS AUCTIONS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.2. IAA MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY VEHICLE OR ANY OF ITS COMPONENT PARTS WHEN IAA PROVIDES INFORMATION ABOUT A VEHICLE FOR SALE. 7. ANY STATEMENT THAT A VEHICLE RUNS OR DRIVES (SUCH AS THROUGH AN AUCTION NOTATION RUN & DRIVE) MEANS THAT THE ENGINE STARTED (EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT A JUMP), BOTH THE FORWARD AND REVERSE GEARS ENGAGED AND FROM THE STARTING POSITION, THE STEERING WHEEL MADE ONE FULL ROTATION TO THE RIGHT AND ONE FULL ROTATION TO THE LEFT, ALL AT THE **** OF ARRIVAL AT IAAS FACILITY OR PLACE OF CHECK-IN. IT IS NOT A REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT IT WILL DO SO ANY **** THEREAFTER OR THAT THE VEHICLE IS ROADWORTHY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE STATE LAW, BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT VEHICLES SOLD WITH A CLEAR TITLE MAY HAVE A SALVAGE HISTORY. I bid on some items on the iaai online auction after winning 4 items I noticed 2 of the 4 items where in management!!!! So I phoned the auction in ******** and they informed me that the 2 item that I won went too cheap and that the owner would get in touch and negotiate a price with me last I checked this is a auction site there was no announcement of a reserve price. I think if they are going to run a used car dealership rebrand it so there's no recognition after a auction is won this is really a scumbag companyIAA

I'm not one to normally leave reviews but this company is a joke. We have been buying from IAA for over 15 years and the quality of business is dropping dramatically. Vehicles are constantly damaged at the yard, parts get stolen, and if you need to contact buyer services customer support they have at least 50 people in line and you'll be on the phone for hours, even the chat takes an hour to get a response...at least while your on hold for 2 hours they can tell you how they are the "leader" in the auto auction business. At least fix your customer support and maybe you'll be a decent business..IAA

Thank you for your review, some of the things you have mentioned we are working to help our buyers as fast as we can. We are auctioning off salvaged vehicles which are 'sold "AS IS". If something additional happens at one of our yards then that should be brought up to the branch manager and we normally work to get the matter resolved.Thank you WillIAA

Definitely not worth it. Copart is and ******** is much better ... This place is horrible.. no type of honor.I've spent millions with the company and when my dealer's license expired, they suspended my account. I was told to send out my receipt and they will give me a temporary extension , I did exactly that and they lie and did not ,Everyone else gives you a ****** Period But no not them. Plus they always lie about their cars being run and drive and I saw vehicles missing the whole knee assembly and they list it as a run and drive? U lost me thx IAA for nothingIAA

They are a horrible company.. They moving peoples vehicles around using a forklift truck.. I seen it with my own eyes.. my vehicle was moved around using a forklift truck.. And they damaged the bottom of my vehicle. Refuse to take a report. So I had to call the police in order to get one done.. They still havent tried to fix the situation. A forklift is not supposed to be placed under any vehicle.IAA

Thank you for your email, We are sorry to hear about your experience at one of our Branches. As stated in our IAA auction rules and signed by all. It states a ***** understands that the loading process is fraught with danger to a person or property because it involves lifting a vehicle with forklifts and placing the vehicle on a transporter.
