The worst customer service possible coming from the ***************************. We got sold a vehicle that was marked as CLEAN title on May 10th and received said title issued on November of 2020, we checked the history of the vehicle as well as the NMVTIS system to make sure everything was according to what we were seeing, on May 26th, a SALVAGE CERTIFICATE was issued for the vehicle changing the game entirely. We contacted the *************************** and ************************* the Branch Manager gave us the worst attitude as well as going as far as to say that's not his f****** problem, he does not know how to properly communicate with anyone and his employees are clearly learning from him as one of the secretaries was verbally attacked by ****** after she called for FOURTH time on this issue to let us know that the seller was only emailed YESTERDAY ( Wednesday ) when this has been an ongoing issue since Monday morning when we received the title and ****** ( after getting "offended" and telling us not to waste his time by telling him what we needed to be done as resolution ) said he messaged the seller already, now we know that wasn't the case. There's not a single person at IAA *************************** who knows how to do customer service or solve any issues, all they do is gaslight and offend the other person on the line until they snap back at them and even when they don't, they tell them they are being neurotic and offensive. Thank you ****** for calling my secretary a "child" after she asked you if you could see the notes on the case since you said you didn't know what she was talking about and that it wasn't your problem she called for a fourth time ... not to mention the woman who got mad on Tuesday because when we called, she said "we will send you the new title" and we said that's not the resolution we need ( she didn't even have it, she was talking about a title for ANOTHER dealer ) and she kept insisting it was ours and called us neurotic for trying to tell her we didn't buy that car.IAA

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever had to experience. They say they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours after creating a help ticket. I am currently at 8 days on this round of email chain. This round they wanted another copy of my license and proof of address. This would have been the second time they had this information which was kind of sketchy to begin with. They've had my registration fee for over 2 months now I'm still not approved to buy anything. I remember I used to deal with Manheim Auto Auction when I was a car dealer this place is an absolute joke 2 months later no refund still not able to buy anything stay away from this company!IAA

C*** customer service, c*** website, c*** app. C*** everything. All of these other 1 star reviews are accurate. Do your salvage bidding elsewhere and save yourself hours of headache.IAA

1 starThe two white ladies at the front desk of the North ******* location are extremely rude and unprofessional. They were eating and licking their fingers in front of customers, and they were the most unhelpful people to speak to. They do not give you a valid inventory sheet when going to pick up your personal belongings and the reasoning I was given behind that was were supposed to fill em out but nobody ever does. They lied about not being able to check the glove compartment and arm rest, yet items from both of those locations were found in the box they threw my items into, just not ALL of them. They stole my items and had the nerve to tell me if I noticed something missing I should just file a police report. This whole establishment just gets away with anything. False advertising on vehicles. They say cars run and drive and when you get there they dont. And mileage is marked wrong on other occasions. The ******* branch is not trust worthy and has bad customer service and lies about cars and makes you pay for the car even if its their mistake.IAA

Now things do change with vehicles that sit for periods of time that would make them different than initially listed but the auction rules for IAAI explain all of those things.Thanks WillIAA

Bidding system is ******** as h*** Swiped up on a live auction the stupid app glitches me for an approved bid. They claim it take 3 clicks to bid. But this is clearly a huge lie. Luckily for me its only **** dollars. Imagine if this would have been a ******* dollar car. What a nightmare. I almost never buy a vehicle that doesnt run. But this vehicle was destroyed. I mean this thing has its engine smeared all over the firewall. Yet they refuse to believe that this is a simple glitch in their system. So now Im stuck with a **** dollar bill, which I refuse to pay. You guys need a better way to figure these small problems out. I guess Im being forced to buy elsewhere!IAA

I've never seen a company get all one ?? reviews and less desirable comments in my life. They are ask true. I've spent a lot of money with this company as a buyer. These fees are racking up. I'm *** the money orders will be charged $20 per money order. Money orders only go up to $1000, we don't have a choice!I have stayed loyal to them since I've been in business, but now it's time to start the process of moving on. I know they will respond with the same generated message like I've seen on these reviews, but it doesn't matter. Just know, your listing dealer's. The fees are driving us out. We are not in this business for nothing. We have to make a profit as well. I have paid almost $1000 in auction fees for a vehicle that's only about $4k. Internet fee? You only allow us to purchase online, they don't take large amounts of money, the fees to pay with certified post office money order's are being charged $20 each ( starting in May). We can't survive, and they survive on our purchases. If you are a dealership, just look elsewhere, it's not getting better, it's getting worse.IAA

Towed my truck after someone hit and ram . Missing engine tuner and diagnostic tool. Both driver side rims scraped because tow truck driver was careless. Not sure who stole the tuner? Do not do business with these people! They wont answer any questions! Trashy company!IAA

My car was taken to IAA ******* here for an estimate after a potential total loss declaration by my insurance after someone hit my car.First off, a process that should have taken a couple of business days, according to my insurance, took nearly a month to complete. Then it gets worse from there.My car was eventually declared repairable and then returned to me, after which time it became obvious that IAA had no intention of ever declaring the car repairable in the first place, and instead spent the time immediately prepping the car for auction.1. The car was returned to me with a giant sticker on the windshield that required me to purchase GooGone and razor blades to remove.2. The car had been detailed, which is not necessary for an estimate, but is if the car is to be auctioned.3. The license plates had been removed from my car, which is not necessary for an inspection according to the insurance company. When the car was returned they only returned the rear license plate and there were signs of tampering with the tabs on that plate. The tabs had only been affixed a couple weeks before IAA picked up the car and had been affixed flat at that time, but the corners on two sides of the tabs had been pulled up when the plate was returned to me.Over the course of this whole month my claims adjuster was NEVER able to reach anyone at the facility on the phone. I tried calling myself the day the car was returned to me to locate the missing plates and was on hold for around an hour to 90 minutes myself over three different calls and never had anyone pick up the phone. This company has no interest in declaring vehicles repairable. This company has no interest in helping customers or insurance claims. It is obvious from my experience they only have interest in helping themselves and trying to auction off your vehicle the moment they get it.IAA

We then prepare the vehicle for auctions per the request from the provider. We are not insurance adjusters or have anything to do with insurance claims. These are things to be brought up to your insurance company..IAA
