      They take forever to do the work. Seven weeks to replace to window and do paint repairs from hurricane damage(roof shingles fell on the car).They say theyll call you back and never do. Avoid this place

      Had the absolute worst experience with this place (******* location). The blind spot monitors in my car stopped working after they installed a side view mirror, and they keep promising me on the phone to connect me with the service to get it calibrated, but despite my many calls, I'm yet to receive any information about that. They installed only one mirror, and the blind spot monitors on BOTH SIDES are now not working. They told me it'll be an additional $400-500 to get them calibrated. When I asked them when they gave me an estimate and why this number wasn't included, they said on the phone "they didn't know". Isn't that the purpose of an estimate? I had to call them four times after I collected my car because they never got back to me about getting the monitors calibrated, and the lady at the front desk kept having the worst attitude with me despite my patience and kindness. They even forgot to put the back plate on the mirror until I noticed it before I drove off. I have been so understanding, mistakes happen, we can't anticipate everything, okay. But they've just been s******* me over and taking advantage of my patience. At least they could've offered me a refund or communicated well. Long story short, if you ask them to do a repair you're paying out of your pocket, don't waste your money here.

      Worst company, my son taking the car over two fix after have a accident, they told him need to replace two tires two wheels and need alignment, they ***e the job in may of 2024 the car was pursed same year brand new car, after six months the front tires are completely gone like no reason, just because they do not do the job well or the alignment is wrong or is any part of the car is not good enough, my son car is not safe to drive no, the way that they did a jobs is criminal, they can cause and accident my son life was in risk, just because they do not work the. Right way, and after I make reclamation to the place and spoke with the ** with manager and any one care about. It, please be aware to use this place, I am so disappointment the lady manager of ********* location, she ***t how to treat people is very rude, and show to use very bad attitude, please *** not use this shop again .

      There was a mix-up regarding payment for my vehicle repairs from my insurance company. Once I was made aware, my insurance called them hours later to let them know a check was on the way. After receiving this call from my insurance, ***** proceeded to call me, demanding payment and making threats if payment was not immediately received. I will NEVER use this company again!

      Waited in waiting area 15 minutes while the only staff member talked on the phone. Complete waste of my time. I only wanted an estimate. Never got one. Don't go there. Awful service.

      I took my vehicle to have it repair at CRASH CHAMPIONS in ************** on October 22, 2024 because someone had it my car while parked. I was informed that it was ready on October 24, 2023. It was ready alright! A few things I was told would be taken care of. Well, it wasn't! Picked up my vehicle and to my surprise, it was driven 4 miles and the SUNROOF was open and certainly not closed AND the BACKSEATS were down!! My radio was on another station and SUPER LOUD when I picked it up! I guess they failed to close the sunroof and put my backseats back up! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANYTHING THEY DID!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

      Please DO NOT USE them!! I had a very small fender ****** with a parked vehicle; upon insurance recommendation I took my car to Crash Champions. Due to an issue with white paint on ******'s, my car had paint flaking off the entire roof and a few spots on the car - nowhere near the damage I filed for under insurance. They told me they could not do the insurance claim unless we fixed the paint. I said OK how much will it cost to fix the paint. They got back to me with a verbal quote (never emailed; they only emailed the insurance quote) and I accepted the $1,600 cost to fix the roof and a few other spots. Fast forward to picking up the car and none of the roof or spots were painted. I asked about this and the same woman came out who gave me the verbal quote and she said I agreed to it and that she had emailed the quote (she did not). I told her we agreed to me paying $1,600 for a paint fix and ALL they did for $1,600 was clear coat a 6 inch wide by 4 foot long piece. How can that possibly cost $1,600? I'm so very disappointed in this experience. I have reached out to their corporate team.

      Good morning, I am hoping you can help me with a repair on my vehicle. I was involved in a collision on 9/19. The original estimate for my repair quoted 15 days. It has now been a total of 36 days this car has been in for repair and every time I call the branch to get an update they tell me it will be ready "tomorrow". I understand we have had two hurricanes in this area, and that slowed down the work. However, I am highly disappointed that I have to call the body shop each day to find out when my car will be completed and each day I am told "tomorrow". So, to recap, EVERY MORNING I have to top off the gas tank on a rental car in anticipation of the car being returned that day. EVERY MORNING I have to tell my boss I will be leaving early from work to pick up my car. EVERY AFTERNOON I have to call the ***************** location to be told it will be ready "tomorrow" and EVERY AFTERNOON I have to call Enterprise to extend the rental one more day. This has been going on since 10/18. After a lengthy discussion with the General Manager of the ***************** location yesterday morning, I received the very first call I have received (i.e., I didn't have to reach out to them) from Crash Champions in the afternoon and the General Manager assured me the car would be ready today. This morning, they reached out to the car rental place this morning, and I found out FROM ENTERPRISE RENTAL that my car will now not be ready until Tuesday next week. This is horrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone to your facilities - especially if their service advisor is ****** *******. You have an app that can be used to track the service repair, however that app is useless unless it is updated properly. I would like to know why your team does not communicate properly with customers, and most importantly why they can update Enterprise Rental but they don't have the common decency to update their own customer.

      I cannot recommend Crash Champions based on my experience. My choice to go with them was solely because they were the only shop accepting Lemonade insurance. Since my interaction with Crash Champions, they have not only placed blame on me for their shortcomings but have also demonstrated a lack of honesty with both the ******** insurance company and their customers. They initiated repairs without providing prior notification, prioritizing their profit over transparency. Additionally, they forfeited their contract with me by failing to conduct necessary diagnostics beforehand. Regarding *****, the General Manager, it raises questions about his qualifications for the role. After attempting to explain the situation to me, he "fixed" the starter only to later assert that the battery was the actual issue. This raises concerns about his technical knowledge.***** spent a lot of time "mansplaining" to me that he was a body shop and not a mechanic shop.*****, you indicated that mechanical work is "outside" your "scope" , yet you charged both Lemonade and me over $1,000 for repairs that were never completed. Nothing was disassembled or inspected. (To which I will not pay.)If this work was beyond your "capabilities" as a body shop, it was your contractual responsibility to contact both the ************************** and me. Unfortunately, ***** has failed in this regard as well. I would also like to inquire whether a background check was conducted for ***** before he was placed in this position. Additionally, I am concerned about how he interacts with female customers. This situation warrants your immediate attention.

      Scam artists that held my vehicle hostage for collateral, despite the fact that I gave in and paid them what they asked for. Regretfully chose this auto body shop to assess for damages following a car accident. Dealt with ******* during entire process to assess for damages. When I attempted to pick up my car, I was met with a balance (that they claim was for tail light reassembly/storage fees) and they refused to release the car to me until I paid this bogus charge. Although I knew they were being dishonest, I wanted nothing more to do with them and communicated with ******* I would agree to pay it in order to pick up my car. My insurance company reported that this balance was PAID (ie they verified that the check was CASHED by Crash Collision).Upon second attempt to pick up my car, ******* claimed that my case was 'audited' by manager, *** ******* and my balance had strangely increased by more than 8x the original charge. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop by all means. Dishonest, scam artists.
