This process was very easy. My loan specialist called when she said she would. I had my info back to her quickly. She closed and funded the next day. I am grateful for the pleasant experience.

I currently have a loan with them. Recieved a pre approved letter for a loan for 2500ish and would be used to pay off existing loan. Sent all documents in and was told I needed my divorce decree to verify child support. They changed the amount to 800, then said sorry can't help you. It cost me 15 dollars to get a copy of my divorce papers. I basically paid to be denied. Don't approve people then deny them.OneMain Financial Group, LLC

Extremely rude customer treatment. I have had nothing but rude unkind service since the day I walked into their offices. They tell a customer one thing then turn around and do something else and blame it on customer. Would it kill them to be polite with their customers instead of always angry and unkind. This company is absolutely great to work with. Yes the interest may be high but through two divorces, my credit is not the greatest. But when I needed some financial help they have always been there. And they always have worked with me in any situation. The Carlisle branch is just great. I work with Danielle or Dave and they are very professional and upfront. No hidden agendas or tactics. I can honestly say, I know the interest is high but customer service matters to me a lot. And the Carlisle branch of One Main and One Main overall is top notch beyond five stars.
