1 starWe purchased this RV in February of 2023. To date it has 73 deficiencies. Not only is this RV slapped together with little to no regard for quality the company does not stand behind their product and will happily and shamelessly take your money. They indicate a true approach to customer service in the beginning and say all the right things until its time to get stuff done. Our service person at keystone hasnt answered a single email in weeks and since there is an owners dedicated email one would think that would help but it doesnt. The last conversation I had with them was to advise me Id missed some of their small print (their words) and that they dont cover mobile visits to fix warranty issues even if they are emergency (like the full underbelly of ****** flooding due to water leaks). Do yourself a favour stay away from Keystone. They arent the company they used to be. Oh and dont ask to speak to a manager because they apparently dont have any. 1 starKEYSTONE IS THE WORST PRODUCT YOU COULD BUY. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD I am in the middle of getting a lawyer I have an appointment this week. nothing ever gets fixed when brought to Camping World I have had two 5th wheels both Keystone one was a replacement for a 2021 Keystone ******* I now have a 2022 5th wheel ******* with more problems from electric to sile-out problems I have a crack through the bottom of my bedroom slide out that I had in for service complaining about water on the floor in the bedroom they said it couldn't be duplicated. I have everything documented make sure you keep every e-mail and paper that you get from the service department, I have had enough of this and Keystone should be ashamed of the products they are selling. I will keep leaving reviews like this one on their site and on here until you fix your problemsReview fromSarah M

1 starCalled Keystone customer service to discuss *************************** Fuzion roof issues. Bubbles (large and small) throughout the entire roof and along all seams in the roof decking. The curved roof edges are not glued down AT ALL and are hanging loose all along sides and back. Camping World submitted a claim on our behalf to repair/replace the roof where the material is lifting from the roof decking material. It looks AWFUL. Keystone said they would pay to remove the roof trim and stretch the material down the sides which would mean removing many, many screws and replacing the trim (after stretching) and drilling MORE holes. This would do NOTHING for the large and small bubbles present throughout the entire roof. When we contacted Keystone **************** they said the roof still performs its intended purpose so we dont need to worry about it. Soa $100,000 camper with a roof that looks awful but HEY it hasnt failed yet so to heck with how it looks TO US or how worried it makes us because we have zero idea if there is moisture underneath the roof covering causing it to slowly rot. We asked the customer service person for a supervisor and she hung up on us. She emailed and we asked to be given a different customer service agent/supervisor and she ignored the request. She also said their decision was final and would NOT provide a means for us to elevate our complaint. Rude, rude, rude. Hot water heater replaced once for leaking and ************ when it decides to work. Camping World says thats a known problem and they repeatedly cant duplicate issue when we drop it off. Its supposed to be an off-the-grid fifth wheel but have to run shower to get the water in the sink to heat using up all your water and filling the grey tank much faster than desired for off-the-grid. Real sliding glass door fell off track onto hubby and plastic piece fell on the floor. 1 starThey are the worst company to to deal with, and the **** they are producing isnt what you expect from such a well known brand. Then when you try to communicate with the company all you get is the run around, its as if they wont even stand by their products. We purchased a 2023 keystone ******* High Country thinking wow top of the line boy were we in for a rude awakening its a piece of junk, every time we go somewhere we come back with something else broken or not working. We have had it for almost a year and its been in the shop for 3 months. We asked Keystone for a manufacture warranty extension and we were basically told by them to pound sand. 2 starsWe purchased a Volante ***************************** ***** in spring of 2023.There were issues with the windows not being pulled up against the ,A new was changed with another (warranty work) and a decal was ordered by the vendor to install.From previous experience - bringing the ** back to the vendor will take time for repairs from previous experience and issues and from other consumers input that have bought **s from this vendor .The vendor even said twice that they would personally pick up the ** for this window repair and sticker replacement. I am still awaiting a call after 4 months.I have contacted Crossroads ** (manufacturer) about other small issues with this ** and to relay the same information about the vendor. They emailed me a DIY link for repairs and a recommendation to possibly bring it to another ** vendor for warranty work Our ** repair / sales vendors are quite a distance a way so it would be an inconvenience to complete this step every time to cover warranty work and long lead time for repairs.It seems this company and vendor only wants to sell **s and not have good customer support for this companies work and craftsmanship and this is not acceptable.. A lot of these issues should have been caught upon QA/QC inspection by the manufacturer before leaving the facility and a final inspection from the ** vendor upon receiving prior to selling.Review fromRobin O

1 starPay the small fortune for my cougar 2023, have had nothing but issues since the day we got it clothes rack fell down husband fixed it bathroom ceiling fan was off center could stick my hand outside husband fixed it bed is broke hydraulics one fell off the other one is twisted so the bed frame lays crooked husband will fix today such a waste of my good hard-earned retirement funds! Will never buy another one from keystone workmanship is just ridiculously laziness no other way to describe it cheap it's like living in a fancy expensive cardboard box. These are just a few of the things that have been fixed so many issues I can't even tell you all of them don't have the time to waste anymore.Review fromJacob M

3 starsWe got a Sprinter 341bik because the layout was pretty much exactly what we were looking for. This also seemed like a higher end model so we thought it would be fairly good quality. However we have had several issues that really are upsetting. The main door was not aligned properly to begin with had a few inch gap between seal and door at top. Finally keystone sent a new door and I had it installed. Still doesn't sit perfect due to poor framing. The back window leaked after a few weeks of owning. The awning arm wobbles as it goes in and out which didn't happen with previous camper with same awning. The tv riser has to be held forward a bit when coming in and out or it will hit the counter top almost pulling it up with it. The outdoor kitchen door doesn't latch at any of the bottom 3 latches. Only the side two work. The gutter has a spot where they connected two and they didn't align properly making a dip where water just sits. Overall all it's just a bunch of little things that are really disappointing. Especially because some are not easily fixable.Review fromSherry K

1 starEverything falling apart. Trim from ceilings in every room. No insulation around door and who knows where else. They tried to cover finishing nails but used different shade pain/stainlooks horrible. So many issues there isnt enough room to type all. I absolutely do not recommend Keystone RVs. Very poor workmanship and quality for what you pay. Worst purchase I have ever made!Review fromJason F

1 starBiggest purchase of my life due to massively overinflated housing market. 2021 Hampton 388FKL. Waited months for it. Unbelievably disappointing. Build quality it terrible for the price. We were led to believe this was a luxury type brand. We paid a lot. Much of the crown moldings don't line up or have fallen off. Many of the water lines have begun leaking and are jammed into spots very poorly with way too much excess. Black water one way valve was installed backwards. Elec fireplace died, furnace blower motor died and when I replaced it I wasn't able to reconnect the loft furnace hose as it wasn't close to long enough to reach when furnace removed. No way to access it from under the stairs. Dumb. Converter making a horrid sound and had to be replaced, caulking around the shower was laughably bad, awnings don't slide well. They sound like someone dragging a 500lbs couch over a linoleum floor. Much of the wood pieces behind the walls are rotting due to leaks that took too long to be noticed. LEDs at the awning failed. Screws holding the outside cover for the furnace were stripped. Curtain dressing along the tops are too long and sagging/let go/block blinds from going up smoothly. I've had to fix much of this myself. 3rd party stuff was paid for by warr but I had to do labor. King size mattress is very bad. GF and I wake up every morning with a bad back, can't afford a new one. Slide carpets too long, massive tripping hazard as they buckle and stick up into the hall. Windows have screws missing, nails not pushed down into the carpet areas, they hurt a lot when stepped on. I'm terrified about the future with this c*** We have had it barely a year and my 2011 Keystone Cougar was far better. What a huge regret. Shame on your a******* for sending this and shame on the dealership for missing all this s*** when they had it for 3 days and claimed it was ready. Shame on me for trusting anyone.Review fromJames D

1 starTerrible warranty coverage. I purchased a 2022 fuzion 379 in July of 2022 and it has now been in the shop for 6 months going on 7 with no idea of a completion time. The service company tells me they keep waiting on parts and have to keep sending picture of the issues for approval. I don't even know what to do at this point. I've been paying the bank for a product I can't even use or see. It's now October 10 2023 and still no camper.
