Brand New Keystone Hideout. We reported Warranty issues at the beginning of summer and dealer took over 3 weeks just to DIAGNOSE. Now we've been waiting months to get the warranty "approved' and parts in. Unable to use RV at this time as we don't want to make anything worse. Originally thought it may have just been the dealer backed up or not communicating but after reading other reviews I'm not so sure! Reached out to Keystone directly a few days ago regarding warranty status and still have no updates. Very dissatisfied customer!

I purchased a 2022 Keystone Hideout 28RKS in Late June 2022. The problems I have had with the ** are as follows. First, awning lights, refrigerator, and microwave didn't work probably after about 5 months. It took me about a month to get to the shop. It then took 1.5 months to get resolved. Second, I had some water damage from a bedroom window which noticed in early April. I dropped it off mid-April to get fixed. It took a few months to get that fixed. I had them to an inspection before I went to pick it up. They found many minor issues and a large issue on the slide out. The minor issues were fixed pretty quickly by the service center. The metal has taken almost three months to arrive for the slide out to get fixed. All of these issues were covered under warranty. But it has been at the shop since mid-April its almost October at this time. So in total the time it has been not fully functional or at the shop has been close to if not over half of the time I have owned the **. The ** was not built correctly that is the reason for the window leak and the slideout damage. It has been nothing but a headache and I would not recommend buying at least the same model as myself. I will never even think about purchasing another ** at all. If this is the outcome then its just a waste of money and just added stress dealing with something you can't use. The ** has never actually been used for camping as of it. It has only ever been on the road when I have to bring it in to get fixed. The amount of money these **s cost I would think they would be built in a better manner than this.

I CANT stress this enough to all my fellow campers do NOT buy a 2023 keystone Fusion light toy hauler with the wall between garage and kitchen. IT will NOT haul your UTV without swaying all over the road going over 40 MPH. We took a huge loss and got out of it in 3 months because it was such a pile of s*** Thought I would save yall some very serious danger on the road. We did everything right and had the best sway bars you can buy. The problem is the weight is all behind the axels so it tips back a good 6. water tanks also sit behind the axils making it worse. Yes we drove with it Empty. You cant even carry a coffee pot in it.. it is just not made to carry **** lbs. We have the smallest UTV a Polaris trail S ****. We have lost a lot of money on this deal please dont do the same.

Thank you for your review. While it doesn't appear that you own the unit in question, the cargo capacity is available directly on RV itself and can be provided with the specific VIN through contact to us, as well.

I purchased a 2021 keystone outback 330rl brand new in july of 2021 and in this period of ownership i have had it back at the dealership 3 times now and every time it is there it has been for a different reason. First time camping in it the entrance door would not shut without slamming it and the hinges on the front bed for under storage broke off after only being opened 3 times. ************ about 6 months and my rear wall starts forming a crack on the corner of my rear window and thus the whole rear wall was replaced. Now with the camper being 25 months old on the last camping trip the rear slide out top cable bracket which is only held in place with screws has broke loose pulling the screws out and has messed up the outside of my slideout and are being told that this is not a structural warranty item. Call into keystone to make a claim and is the worst customer service I have delt with would not recommend anyone to buy a keystone product unless you just like throwing money away.

i just recently bought the ******* lantern 17b and have contacted the company about the a/c unit thats too small. I researched it and everywhere i have looked it says the unit comes with the **** btu a/c but my unit came with a **** btu a/c. i contacted a couple people there and one person told me that if they run out of the required parts needed for each unit they just throw whatever they can find in the unit, then i talk to another person and they said the company just changed the specs to **** btu and the ****btu is now considered an upgrade. i would highly reccomend not buying s*** from this company cause apparently they do not honor thier warranty or thier word, oh and if your gonna change things change all your paper work and quit trying to burn people out of thier hard earned money

If you are in the Market for a Higher End ** that is pure junk, then a Keystone ******* is the ** for you. We purchased a new 2022 Keystone 3781RL from Dad's Camper Outlet in ********, **. on 03/15/23 it was delivered to us on 03/19/23. We had problems from that day, the main slide out on the Drivers Side was hanging up when trying to slide it out, the door into the trailer would not stay closed, closet doors were not adjusted so you couldn't latch them, *** Plug on the Refrigerator circuit would constantly trip out and there were numerous other smaller issues. It was two days later that the main problem came up, our roof has a leak the Vinyl wall covering on the ** and on one of the ceiling panels was starting to wrinkle and come loose. I called the dealer where we purchased our trailer and told them we needed to bring it in for repairs, I was told it would be several weeks before I could bring it in. I was able to take it in on 04/18/23 on 06/30/23 the dealer called and said my trailer was ready that all repairs were done. When I went to pick it up on Saturday 07/01/23 there were no people from the service department working that day due to the 4th of July weekend, so no one was able to do a walk through with me to inspect the repairs, it was at this time that I saw where a 13'x9' section of the roof had to be pulled up staled, taped and glued back down, the ceiling panel that was replaced didn't match the rest of the ceiling, needless to say I was not happy. I have contacted Keystone **************** on several occasions to voice my disappointment in there product but it seems to fall on deaf ears. As I sit here typing this review the ******************* covering is wrinkling up in more areas the seam tape in several areas is also coming loose the *** Plug is still tripping out the door into the trailer now will stay closed but cannot be locked from the inside. I hope this review will keep someone else from making the same mistake that we did.

I bought a 2022 Dutchman Atlas **** **** the layout is amazing. Thats it. The quality of this unit is junk. Less than par materials used in construction. The molding is constantly falling out. The doors the laminate is just falling off the doors. I had camping world replace all the doors and they are cracking and peeling again. The customer service is a joke. I guess they feel they got your money they dont have to fix anything. Very sad. Especially with the cost of these units.

On 7/12/2018 I bought a 2018 Keystone Springdale destination trailer 38BH model from PleasureLand RV Center in ********, **. Unfortunately, the product did not perform well because the black tank failed along the factory seam where it was molded. There was a very small hairline crack that was leaking. The entire black tank had to be replaced prematurally as the trailer is only 5 years old and it would be expected to last nearly the life of the trailer. This was a factory defect that failed. The cost of the repair in total was $1762.83. Keystone cooperate office was notified and they said they would not assist in anyway as it was out of warranty. It was of no fault of mine. It was a defective tank from their factory and they did not stand behind the product. Never would I go with that brand. Cheap materials.

We purchased a 2022 Keystone Hideout 27RLSWE on May 21, 2022. In November of 2022 it was taken in for repairs to the authorized dealer service center (where the unit was originally purchased in *********, **********) due to the roof leaking severely and other related and unrelated issues. To date it has been in for repairs due to roof leaks and other issues, 2 separate times. It was in the repair shop and out of service from November 14, 2022 through February 20, 2023 (3 months 7 days) during which time the repairs were (as we unfortunately found out later) not completed correctly, and the unit had to go back in the repair shop and out of service from April 3, 2023 to current (3 months 6 days and counting) during which time the repairs have not been completed.Since May 8, 2023, we have tried working directly with Keystone RV but to no avail, despite the fact they have acknowledged the unit is defective. It is grossly defective. They have done nothing but stall at every turn. They have thus far refused to complete repairs and provide an offer of fair compensation for the time out of service. They have thus far refused to replace the defective unit in kind or with a comparable unit that is the same size and has the same or similar options (they did offer a smaller unit with lesser options, that we refused, of course). We provided a unit model number that we might be willing to consider, but they have yet to respond to that, other than to ask us for additional models we may consider acceptable as a replacement. And, they have thus far not offered to buy the defective unit back at all. We have demanded all the above, in writing, on multiple occasions. It is our very strong opinion that Keystone RV does not care about customer satisfaction, does not stand behind its products, is certainly not forthright, and most definitely is not a manufacturer to be trusted with any recreational vehicle purchase.****** and ***************************** *********, **********

We have a 2019 Keystone Cougar 29RLD purchased new and have to agree with the others. We have not taken it many places since Covid hit right after our purchase but the door to the bathroom warped and has had to be adjusted several times. The laminate flooring is bubbling up. Some of the moldings on the ceiling have cracked. The converter went out after the first year which is a pain to change. Now on our last trip the antenna flew off on the way home. We got home to find wires hanging down the side. There is a recall for this but somehow our model number wasnt listed but the serial number is. They said that they are sorry if the model is not on the list it isnt covered. I showed them a picture of their list of serial numbers and a photo on the side of our camper with the serial number listed and the reply was sorry we have to decline. JUNK JUNK JUNK, FROM A SORRY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. DO NOT PURCHASE A KEYSTONE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY REGRET IT.
