      I rented a car in *******, ** from 2-12-2024 through 2-21-2024.This was a terrible experience.I called for the shuttle 3 times being told it was on the way. First call was at 5:32, second call at 5:51 and the third call was about 15 minutes later when they told me I was in the wrong location. I went to the other location and waited again for approximately 20 minutes for the shuttle. After dropping off and picking up passengers, we arrive at the *** location at ************************************************, **. to find a line that reached to the door and one solo employee working. He was in the middle of a heated argument with a customer there. He was on the phone for quite a while and finally the customer left. Everyone in line was quite angry with the length of the line and the wait time to get a car. Eventually they brought in another employee and she argued with me about how long we had all been waiting!I got the car and they had not filled out their part of the damage form and it was pitch black when they requested I fill it out. The car was filthy, it was dark and Im trying to do so with the light of my cell phone and my iPad to take pictures. I finally told the gentleman inside and he came out and said hed make a video of the car and that they didnt care about scratches, only dents and broken glass. This was the only part of this experience that I can say was good as he was very nice and understood. He also was very kind in helping me with CarPlay. All of this was very time consuming and when I returned the car, the girl was looking over the car and requested to see the video and I was so thankful I had it.Every customer in that line was so mad over the wait, lack of employees working and I heard others saying the cars were dirty.They never asked me for my own insurance policy I was using and the girl said she didnt have to see it.I would never rent from *** car rental again. Other than the one male employee, there was absolutely nothing good about this experience.

      The staff is so friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed renting a car in drivo service. Thanks **** for explaining very helpful hints and navigating me to obtain right package for renting car.

      I bought Insurance through the online service we use for the reservation, according to their rep at the store that was NO good so we were advised to cancel and FORCED to buy their insurance, we ask him to check with our OWN INSURANCE that covers all of our cars but he said that was NO good either, he didnt even bother in checking he just said no and forced us to buy theirs. We really had NO alternative at the time as we had waited a lot of time already so we ************ as we didnt have time to look for another company my husband called our INs provider which is Progressive and they said that our rental would be protected as long as our rental was for less than 30 days, we call the store to let them know this (within 3 hrs from taking over the car) but the lady who answered the phone said to for her to go back to the store (she was 2.5 hrs away from LA) and resign a contract, that was imposible at the time as this was NOt our fault, your rep decided to NOT follow up your guidelines, we asked for a supervisor but rudely were transferred to a VM where one was left and no one ever called us back !!

      We reserved a vehicle online and when we got there Andaysia informed us the vehicle was no longer available and the available vehicle would be an upgrade and would cost more. We then asked to add an additional driver and she added it yet failed to tell us it was an additional $150.00. Never have I had to pay for an additional driver. She then went on to pressure us to add their liability insurance I declined it as I have full coverage insurance on our vehicles and have loss of use insurance on our policy. She was rude from the start but was rude on another level when I declined the coverage. She is a poor representation of this company however, from the looks of all of these negative reviews this companies standards are low therefore they hire unprofessional individuals like her. I highly discourage anyone from renting a vehicle from this company.

      I gave them 2 stars for the car it was a nice Dodge Durango. The agent asked for my driver's license, telephone number and flight number/ airlines. He then told me I needed to buy the mandatory renters liability waiver after I declined the other insurance. I told him my ******************* Preferred credit card covers as primary and he said "no" it does not. He continued in saying that ********* is a "no fault" state and that I will not be allowed to rent the car without the insurance. He never asked for my own car insurance policy and I had never thought of that as well as I always rent a car when I travel and this is the first time I encountered this situation. I ended up getting charge with $21.95/ day. On my receipt, I later found out while waiting for my flight back home that the Renter Liability Waiver is Optional. I have seen that this does not only happen to me. A lot of customers also experience this kind of issues. The fix is just to have their agent ask for customer's proof of insurance once customer declines additional insurance. What do you think, are they doing it purposely?My Ace reservation number is CDV15241668
