      My experience with Angi's is getting worse and worse.I pay $831/month for Angi Ads. In the last several months I was getting no more than 10 leads per month on average. That is $80-100 for each lead. However, 99% of your leads are total garbage. In 9 out of 10 cases I can't even contact the homeowner even though I always call immediately and leave the voicemails. My guess is that homeowners get bombarded with the phone calls from contractors as soon as they enter their information and they just don't respond. In one of the recent cases, I was able to reach the homeowner and set up an appointment later that day. When I came, he was mad at me and yelled at me, saying that he received so many calls from different contractors, his phone just kept ringing for several hours non stop.Many leads have Mexican names and apartment addresses. What is that about. I was told that those leads will be replaced. Never ***********, out of about 8-10 leads a month, I am able to set up 1, maybe 2 appointments maximum .... And I don't remember when I actually sold a full roof replacement through Angi. All that for $831/month

      Totally Unacceptable to Me. Booking ID #******** (not your new booking #) was a total fraud and I demand a refund. Your "pro" should be named Satan, not ****** because he is certainly from h*** He is a liar and should be held accountable. He informed me that I had to purchase some materials AFTER he was well on his way to another private job. As a matter of fact 6.5 hours after his arrival time or 2.5 hours after the 4 hour time block had expired, this Satan sent me a link to a piece that he said he could not find because he was on the road, and asked me to order AFTER his scheduled appointment with me as he was well on his way to a private job 3.5 hours away from his home. Obviously, that was his fraudulent alibi and judging from today, I am sure he has done this before. So, money was taken out of my account before he ever came to my residence as your pro never showed up. I am livid and I will forward you the transcript between our private cell phones as we did not communicate through Angi's site. I would permanently and immediately ban this Satan from Angi's "pros" because it hurts Angi's credibility, ethics and accountability. The **** BBB and Consumer Affairs will be made aware of ******* R for Ethical Violations including: 1) ******************** 2) conflict of interest and 3) transparency and accountability in business practice. Also, other than a representative named *********, not much help was given to me from Angi as the 3 or 4 prior representatives rudely transferred my texting communications and I had to fill out the same form four times as your AI texting robot could not manage my situation. Now, let me address my elderly crying parents with dementia that I take care of and have not been able to wash our clothes since Sunday morning as it is now early Wednesday morning.       On Saturday, I was scheduled through Angi for a mattress pickup in ********, **. The assigned contractor never arrived and could not be reached. Neither I nor the Angi dispatcher could get throughhis voicemail was full.I contacted Angi customer service and was told they had no ability to assign a replacement that day. They said the earliest possible pickup would be Tuesdaybut even that wasnt a guarantee, as it depended on whether another contractor opted into the job.I find this unacceptable. There is no contractor accountability in their system, and no escalation or resolution process for customers. I was left waiting all day, with no service delivered, and no meaningful remedy offered.This is a failure in service delivery and customer support. I am filing this complaint so others are aware of the risk in relying on Angi for scheduled services.

      Angi handyman services is a complete disaster. I dont know how they are in business because they cant manage to accomplish anything. I have to say this might have been the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. At every point of contact, and there were a lot, they utterly failed. They will waste your time and stress you out, and then offer a refund as if it were a generous gift. If I start getting into the details this will become a book so, please just dont trust them with your time, energy, or your home.

      Needed a refrigerator recycled. Prompt reply to my request. Company suggested called within an hour and removed said refrigerator within 24hrs at a reasonable price. Totally professional, will use again. Thank you.

      Booked a bike assembly service via Angi ******** ********** *. was my technician. First he was 30 minutes late for the appointment, and didn't answer the phone when I called him about being late. The entire time he was assembling the bike, he was on the phone with someone else, and tried to leave without even informing me. Luckily, I caught him juyas he was about to drive away. I tested the bike, and nothing was adjusted correctly, from the derailleur to more importantly the brakes. I pointed this out to him, and he spent 30 more minutes fiddling with it before speaking poorly of ******* bike designs, and telling me he couldn't do anything more. The brakes still weren't adjusted - the rear brake literally did nothing. But he left anyway. I spent an additional hour adjusting the brakes myself. Meanwhile numerous calls and chats to Angi customer service, waiting in hold, multiple transfers, repeating myself over and over, being told that the only way I could contact a supervisor was in writing and that it would take 2+ days for them to get back to me, someone finally told me that they would issue a refund, but that it would take 5-10 business days for the refund to post to my account. Well it's been 10 business days, and still no refund. I would've been better off just assembling the bike in full myself. Absolutely horrible service, from the technician to the support people. Avoid Angi at all costs!

      I hired ****************** for a small project that cost $500 a large over payment which a found out later. This job should have taken 3 days at the time that I am writing this it is still not completed. This is supposed to be a licensed contractor who has sent several workers who may not be licensed. To complete work on a bathroom ceiling. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

      Our experience with Angi for Pro has been very bad. We complained about it when it was Home Advisor, and now it's worse. We wanted to close our account a year ago, and they asked us to try it out for a while longer with some free leads. That process was prolonged because it didn't work as promised. Among other things, they "mistakenly" charged for a lead that should have been free. We disputed the cost, and they said they couldn't refund it, only credit it to our account. Finally, when we tried to use the credit, a lead worth $203.45 came in, which turned out to be a scam. You're supposed to seek Angi for several reasons, one of them being to avoid exposing yourself to this, and they can't even guarantee it anymore. We finally called to close our account and request a refund for the balance. There's no reason to have a credit that will ultimately remain at risk of being lost due to a scam or a fake lead. They refuse to refund us, so they've scammed us. We don't recommend Angi. You'll experience all sorts of setbacks, leaving you feeling like you've wasted your time and money. It's not an effective tool for growing your business.

      Terrible service **** with fraud and contractors who overbid. Angi'e's List used to be a good service. One could get an idea of project costs without being required to solicit q bid. Now, despite claims it does not occur. it is nearly impossible to get a idea of project cost and contractors without requesting a bid. In addition, there is mandatory auto-renewal unless one calls and requests cancellation. Angi's claim is that it can be done on the website, it cannot. One has to waste hours to cancel in telephone calls.The bids received from Angi's contractors are far in excess of other reputable contractors. We had patio work done for %000. The Angi contractor bid $30,000.

      I signed up with Angie's beginning of 2024, gave them $1,000 to help boost my business, I didn't get any business I only got spam calls, and fake customers using fake addresses, I tried three times contacting representatives asking to cancel and they talked me out of it every single time, I've made absolutely no money with this, I've only lost money because I've had to answer and deal with fake calls and fake business projects that don't exist, I would never used this if I would have known that it was just a scam
