  New HVAC contractor in the ************** area. ****************. Signed up for Angi. Have been getting a good steady flow of work through the APP.Thank you very much.Also the agent I spoke with was very nice and helped me through the setup!Decently priced for quantity of leads.

  tried to leave a 5 star review for complete septic (Goshen,**) several times and Angie's list will not post the review! Quite a shame...with all the scammers there's a good company out there that deserves praise! So 5 stars for complete septic...Angie...not so much...Angie's list itself gets only one star

  Selected five plumbers via "ANGI.' One called but failed to keep the appointment made via telephoner. 4 hours wasted waiting. The other four never contacted me. Fairly useless.

  BEWARE OF ANGI !! Referred me to Iconic Properties, ***** ******** and he ripped me off of $7500 and Angi doesn't want to get involved with getting my money back. ****** **********

  This business is a giant scam and ****** to any contractor. They sell 80%. Bad leads with only about 20%. Actual people wanting work done. They will von you out of money and refuse to return it.They tell you that they will only sell the lead to 3 people, but I have talked to several customers that had been contacted by ******** contractors.HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND

  Contractors: beware of this platform!!!! I signed up for a one-year advertising agreement with Angi and was auto-renewed at a higher rate without any clear or prominent notice. No signature or opt-in was required. A vague marketing email was the only communicationburied in a flood of unrelated emails.After I attempted to cancel, I continued to be billed, even while my account access was blocked. When I finally got through to someone, I was told a verbal agreement would end the chargesbut they continued anyway.The quality of leads deteriorated drastically, with customer numbers expiring after 30 days or being unresponsive. Some appeared to be fake. No refunds were offered, and when I raised concerns, I was told to go to ******** now disputing the charges and filing complaints with federal and state agencies. Angis practices feel intentionally misleading, especially for small businesses. I would not recommend this platform unless youre ready to fight to get basic service terms honored.

  This place is horrible. No matter how many times they try and revamp the name its still ends up being the same absolutely horrible service!!!! We are contractors who signed up with Angie to generate leads and absolutely no leads whatsoever and anything we did get were fake or old numbers from people who said they never put in the request?? just a complete waste of money

  Scam fake leads They will send you fake customers.Also they allow competition to submit fake leads and charge you. Stay away from them. Should be shut down

  As a contractor I highly advise do not use Angie leads. More than 50% of the calls and messages I were getting were from scammers from ***** and overseas. Angie leads does nothing to weed them out. Ever since they opened their platform to be free to users it has been inundated with scams. I talked to my salesperson about this they acted like they were going to stop it and nothing ever changed. Out of 40 leads I might get five or six decent leads. Angie Leeds has not figured out this issue. Stay away from them.

  This is thee WORST company I have ever encountered. They are SCAM artists. We signed up for leads, thinking it would benefit our business. After not even a month of having the app, it logs you out constantly, the leads are all SCAMS. It is $600 a month for nothing. We called and canceled and they told us that we owed over $1700 to cancel our contract early. They will try to charge your credit card over and over again. I have tried to call them and just get hung up on after telling them that they are scam artists. All they do is tell you that you have x amount of time to pay that close out money or they will send you to collections. I am seeing that they are in a $7.5 billion class action lawsuit suit. We will be joining the law suit. I highly recommend if you have been scammed to contact your states attorney general and file a lawsuit against them. They scammed us out of $600. We will be billing them for a refund and to cancel our close out charges. They threaten that they wont do that and we will have to deal with collections so we too will send them to collections. We are leaving reviews to the highest business sites and are contacting our lawyer immediately. Angi leads us HORRIBLE. In my opinion and experience- Id never USE them. Id ***** anyone clear of them. This has been such an awful experience for a small business owner.
