      I had to do a video call with a respiratory therapist. The video was on my computer and the voice chat was on our cell phones. We concluded the call and the therapist and myself closed the video. The therapist however did not realize she hadnt hung up on her phone. She proceeded to make fun of my looks to a fellow male employee. It was hurtful and mean. My boyfriend took the phone and spoke up asking to speak to a supervisor. She immediately hung up her phone. My boyfriend trying calling back but didnt get and answer. Several minutes later the therapist called us and told us she had called her supervisor and she would be calling us. I told her how hurtful her words were which was difficult because I was crying. I got no apology from her. I spoke with her supervisor since and corp. I asked that this person be fired. I do not feel she belongs in this type of job which requires some empathy and sympathy for the patient ..not to mention respect. If she had been a child, I could have forgiven her but I expect alot more from a grown adult then such hateful remarks. Once a word leaves your lips, it can NEVER be taken back. Corporate pretty much lead us to believe they will not fire her or do anything. I also feel the male in the room she recieve the same since he was just as much apart of the whole episode.

      Absolute criminals. They are just stealing money from people with no explanations. Everyone you talk to passes it along. Praying on people who want to keep their credit score intact with no recourse for their actions.

      A very disappointing and unprofessional experience in dealing with Apria. With the help of my mother's PCP and Case Manager an order was placed for nighttime oxygen. It was agreed to that the order would be delivered between 10:30 am and 1 pm. When I checked on the orders status at 12:40 pm I was told it wasn't going to be delivered when I was told it would be. It was in fact not going arrive until between 2-3 pm, when I wouldn't be home to sign for it. I was lied to about the delivery arrangements and now my mother has to wait until Wednesday, 11/22 for this essential health care product. Being so cavalier about someone's serious health needs is really disgraceful and disgusting.

      Horrible company in every way. Do not do business with them if you can find any other supplier.Horrible, horrible , horrible. I hope some other company steps up and takes over their customer base.Really bad company that cost time, money, health, and probably lives

      If I could give us zero, I would. I am so fed up its taking me a year and well over 30 phone calls, and I still cannot get to anybody and corporate to file a complaint. I was sent a **** machine and never called to have anything explained to me on what it was or why I was receiving it or that I would eventually receive a bill for it either. *** never used it and then suddenly, after about three months started receiving a bill. When I received my first bill, I spoke to someone at Apria in billing, and they told me to contact ***************************** and they would take care of it. I called CareCentrix and they said Apria shouldve never been billing me, they three weighed a phone call while I was on the phone with Apria billing. They said on a recorded line that I should have never been billed for anything considering I never signed a consent form or any type of paperwork explaining that over a period of time I would be billed for the **** machine. Back in June I contacted Apria again, they told me someone would be coming out to pick up the machine from me with a three hour window. I left work early that day and waited at my house. When I called to find out where they were, they said the driver told them I wasnt there, which is impossible, because my couch is right next to the door, plus I have a ring, doorbell, video camera, and a dog that barks when anybody parks anywhere near my front door. They then said the driver would come right back of which he never did. They told me the next day they would be coming again, no-show no call a second time. I have since called them multiple times spoke to the manager of the location after leaving six messages over a two week timeframe finally got a hold of him when I said I was going to call in attorney. He said he could only takeoff two of the months that I was billed for but they still sent $107 to collections and said he can do no more. I would have to file a complaint with the corporate office.

      ZERO STAR COMPANY! The absolute worst business to walk this planet. If I had not been forced to use them thru my ******** I would never use them, thankfully, Humana got rid of them and I now have a 'real reputable provider for my equipment needs'. Apria charged money to my credit card that HAD to have on file, after fighting thru my insurance I 'won the appeal' and was supposed to receive a refund of between $90-100 dollars, Apria would NOT credit my credit card back but said they would deduct my monthly rental fee of like $6/month from my credit..that never happened because Humana pulled the plug on Apria - they NEVER refunded me - they are crooks and their telephone people barely understand English...They should not be 'allowed' to be in business, that is truly how awful they are.

      This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I currently use a CPAP machine and am 100% compliant. I work in healthcare and understand the necessity and benefits the equipment provides. Apria has continued to be unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely terrible to deal with. To start, I took months to receive the correct equipment and when they got it wrong I was forced to purchase items out of pocket from Amazon. The excuse being that my insurance would only cover items once every 6 months. I then moved and tried to file a change of address with the company 3 separate times because I was not receiving shipments. I went over a year being charge for items and never getting them because my new address was not saved. I was given excuses, supervisors were blaming employees, mistakes were blamed on the computer system, etcetera. Ultimately, I again was forced to buy things out of pocket. I spent the better part of a day recently trying to get this sorted out and they essentially said there is nothing they can do and good luck with another company. I highly encourage anyone who might have to deal with them to avoid it at all cost. I will also be reporting this to my insurance company. It is sad that this business deals in lifesaving equipment and based on this website they continue to take advantage of people and nothing seems to get better. Disgusting.

      Wish I could give the 0 stars! This company is horrible! We had my mother oxygen tanks promised multiple time frames and it kept changing. You have to CALL them because the website for delivery will change and no one will let you know. My mother could not be discharged from the hospital until the tanks were delivered. We were given 3 different times between 12pm -3, then 3-5pm then 5-8pm. I called customer service and spoke to supervisors and was given excuses and was even told one time that the driver said he would be there by 5pm. Tanks did not get to her home until 8:15pm!! We did not get out the hospital until after 9pm!

      Apria ***** so bad that the definition of the word sucky is Apria1 They bill more than thou an you owe, argue with your insurance even though the insurance records show you are being over billed and then they put collections on you right away for something bills you don't owe and shouldn't have been invoiced for to begin with.
