      I got a CPAP machine that is basically the cheapest, bottom of the barrel machine. It's a ****. And you can tell it's cheap. At any rate, I got it over a year ago from Apria. It was ordered with a full face mask as well. I never got a full face mask, just the nasal pillows. I called to complain and had to jump through flaming hoops to get a nasal mask. I tried using the machine, but was constantly getting choked up by water in the hose. It made a horrific sound because of the water. It was impossible to wear because I felt like a dog with it's head hanging out the window on the highway. I couldn't breath. I called to discuss the issues and the woman I spoke with said she'd make some adjustments to my machine. The adjustments were never made. I called again and again, left voicemails, and never received a response. I just quit using the machine. What was the point? Flash forward a year later -- I haven't had a good night's sleep. And I decide that maybe I should try again. Called Apria and finally got through to someone who heard me and finally said let's get you a new machine. After jumping through flaming hoops to get a replacement which included requiring a new prescription (which I had to get twice because the first one didn't include the settings) and instructions for a full face mask, I had to wait 6 weeks for a machine to be available. After all the hoops and nightmares -- I get told I can pick up a new machine today ONLY to find out they can't release it because I have a balance. Here's the kicker - they required me to pay my balance in full before they'd even agree to a swap. So now suddenly I have a balance that must be paid if I want my machine, but my accounts shows I have a $0 balance. I paid a balance of $53.17 to get a machine and no one can explain to me how I haven't been getting bills or even showing a balance of $0. I'm furious. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They don't communicate between departments and put patients in peril.

      My doctor recommended a **** machine from Apria. I picked up the **** from the Apria in ******************* and was told that there was no charge and that it was fully covered by my insurance. 6 months later, I received a bill for almost $900. I refused to pay the bill and returned the **** to the same location. Apria has turned the bill into a collection agency. Apria is either incompetent in working with insurance or intentionally misleads it's customers.

      Horrible horrible horrible I have been getting my CPAP Supplies from these idiots for over four years and every three months they keep telling me I need pre-authorization where it says right in my notes that I dont. I was due to get my supplies September 13, 2023 and it is now September 27, 2023 and I still dont have my supplies, there is absolutely no communication between departments here and no exceptions made for people that have private insurance. They follow one guideline and they dont want to know about anything else. I have had three-way phone calls with my insurance and Apria and there is a letter in my notes stating how my insurance works but yet they keep canceling my orders I have been on the phone with them eight times since September 1, 2023 and still dont have my new CPAP Supplies. This company should be shut down.

      My brother has been getting bills for services when he did not order equipment from April. The medical nursing staff order medical equipment at the time of discharge from **************************** I sent every piece of equipment back to them. April doesn't care, they are still sending bills through collection agency.

      I was on hold for 26 minutes, had to hang up. Called back an hour later, was on hold an additional 25 minutes, finally got a live person and less than 1 minute into the conversation was hung up on/disconnected. There is NO email to contact them. Very frustrated. Will be looking for another oxygen supplier!!!

      The most awful customer service and communication policy I have ever experienced. They are in the healthcare field and do not take patients health need into consideration. This is DEPLORABLE and constantly getting worse over the years. They are deceptive, inconsiderate, unavailable, dishonest, money hungry, disrespectful and it goes on and on!!!! I have had MULTIPLE mtgs and conversations with my insurance about them due to being a proprietary company w/my employer - USELESS!!! They continue to lie and deceive. If you have any other options, do NOT work with Apria... your health will be on the line and they just don't care :(

      This is a scam business targeting seniors to bilk them out of thousands of dollars by sending bogus statements for equipment they never delivered. Their 3rd world billing department barely speak English and have an accent so think you can't understand what they are saying so communicating with them is useless. They are not rated by the BBB so that alone should stop you from ever buying from them. They force local businesses into bankruptcy and then take over their accounts. They charge $157 for CPAP head gear that you can buy for $39 on amazon. They off shore departments so no American should ever do business with these a******* Post in ************ your terrible experience with these vulchers so other seniors don't get scammed.

      Horrible Horrible customer service... they are run as if it is a constant scam. Sadly I did not see these reviews prior to my involvement with Apria H. I have been having issues with the billing **** for 6 months of payments "not in the system" and them constantly claiming payments were applied to previous months. Finally came to an agreement to close my account (and there would be no more billing) if I paid off the non-disputed balance. I paid the agreed-upon amount & returned the equipment only a month later to receive yet another billing and be told by customer service there was no agreement noted on their side. Only giving it a 1 star as ZERO is not a option AVOID THIS COMPANY

      Just beginning my journey and Im not looking forward to it by the Consumer Affairs and BBB reviews but its the only company that works with my specialists to get me started with my CPAP equipment.I am on hold over an hour with these fools right now, over an hour and this is the second time today. The first time was 26 minutes then I clicked on the chat cause , why now and a representative said she could help me so I hung up on my call.Then she tells me, oh sorry you have to call our 888 number for that. I have now been on hold for 59 minutes, I work for living and don't have the time to spend on my employers dime sitting on the phone on hold.HIRE THE PEOPLE YOU NEED AND PROVIDE SOME **** CUSTOMER SERVICE!
