      This companies medical billing is done offshores and the people handling their billing do not understand *** medical billing. My husband ordered supplies for his cpap and they filed 3 claims to our insurance company for three date of service but he only had a one time order. They billed us for the portion of the claim that they were responsible for writing off as a participating provider with our insurance carrier. We disputed with no response or resolution. Complete insurance FRAUD. Beware the DO NOT use them for your supply needs.

      In the beginning I was told my oxygen machines were completely covered by my insurance so I said ok and they brought it to me and I found out that it was not covered. I dont look at my checking account all the time and when I did I saw they charged me for 3 months. It was almost ******. So I said What and called them and said I was told it was covered but they said oh well. I asked them Please give me a refund and they said no so I had them come and get the machines. I feel like I was scammed. Not cool.

      A representative said multiple times on a phone call my situation was resolved, then five days later theyre trying to put me back in the same never-ending loop. It seems their goal is to wear their customers down instead of providing transparent and quality service. Stay away, far away. Customers should not have to spend hours, upon hours, of their quality time with their horrid service, dropped calls, and automated replies.

      I have never dealt with such a horrendous company in my life. We are talking about my sons livelihood and needing many supplies to keep him alive (I wish I was exaggerating). We are forced to change to Apria due to insurance changes and this happened 8 weeks ago and we STILL don't have the supplies we need. Doctors orders are sent over ******************************* they have none. I have had to reorder G-Tube 3 times in 1 month because they refuse to send the correct supplies. It is like they don't even care that my son could end ** in the hospital because of their lack of knowing how to run a business in patient care in particular. They also say it'll take a day or two to receive when in reality, it takes up to a week AT LEAST. Someone deserves to be arrested for patient abuse, which is EXACTLY what this is. If I could give this pathetic excuse for a company -10 stars, I WOULD.

      Keep being charged can't get them to pick up supplies even though cpap was picked back in May. WHY would you send supplies when no longer have machine. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

      Wow - it sure looks like I'm not alone in my problems with Apria since there are a lot of other people's reviews here that are similar to mine. I agreed to pay them a down payment and then 7 monthly payments for a new CPAP machine. After that they went on taking payments from my bank account! I complained and at least they stopped accessing my bank account but they have continued to send me monthly invoices, and have left 2 phone messages saying the matter could go to collection. I HAVE FULLY PAID FOR THE MACHINE! And they owe me a refund for what they overcharged me. My insurer, Humana, sent out a notice that they've cut ties with Apria which I can understand. But they're continuing to try to get money from me. I've called and e-mailed them and even mailed them letters but they don't seem to hear me. What is wrong with this company?? Maybe I'll file a BBB complaint and hopefully they'll change their A+ rating of them (where does that come from??).

      Terrible customer service! They scheduled to pick up equipment between 2:15-2:45. Never received a phone call with an update. 5:45 still not here. They have my number. I would expect a call with an update. Also lost the order from the doctor. Asked me to call the doctor to submit the order again. Terrible experience!

      This DME supplier is the absolute worst DME company to do business with! They have NO CLUE what they are doing! I am the patient and ***********/Medicare used Apria to order a medical device that was authorized and approved by my Doctor. *********** and CareCentrix who handles all their DME orders used Apria to order my medical device! This company had only ONE type of this product and it was out of stock. So my authorization sat on their desk for weeks. No one was ever contacted. Especially floridablue or CareCentrix to let them know that my medically necessary equipment was not available. So here I am the patient who is in severe pain waiting for my equipment and my authorization was just put aside! I had to call floridablue to find out why I did not get my equipment and they had no idea what was going on because Apria NEVER let them know that they did not have this device in stock. So as the patient I was in the dark as to what was going on. So was my insurance ***** Apria NEVER **NTACTED anyone to let them know the situation. Its now six weeks and I am STILL WITHOUT MY MEDICALLY NECESSARY UNIT! I just told my insurance co I REFUSE to do business with this incompetent company and the rudest staff ever! Most especially *******! She was so disrespectful not only to me but to my insurance co rep. ** said he was filing a complaint against her with her supervisor! She needs to find a new profession and Apria needs to GO OUT OF BUSINESS! I am done with this incompetent company! My advice is STAY CLEAR OF ORDERING FROM THEM AND LET YOUR INSURANCE ** KNOW YOU DO NOT WANT THEM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

      There customer service is abysmal. If i could give zero starts as well i would. They told me one thing when i received my cpap and then i was surprised when my statements jumped 40 dollars. when i was told during my rental it would be ~10dollars a month. They couldn't even be bothered to alert me of a price increase they just tacked it on. I feel that is very deceptive and unprofessional business tactics to ***** as much money out of me and my insurance. It originally took over a month for them to get things in order and that should have been a sign for me to begin with not to deal with them. I will tell everyone I know going forward to avoid Apria like the plague. I am going to be obtaining my medical supplies through another company as I will not deal with what I feel our thieves.
