      Very poor customer service. They definitely need to Be schooled in English. Had to remove my CC due to billing without an explanation,Every time i receive Cpap supplies they say I have an Open balance.Im have to call my insurance company and they call Apria to get it straightened out. Each time Apria has goofed.Love to change vendors!!

      I am doubly insured & ****** (my insurer) has assured me I have no copayment for CPAP supplies. Apria hasn't gotten the memo - they harass several times per week, asking for payment for CPAP supplies. I've requested help from ****** to assist with stopping Apria's habit of calling me daily, requesting payment. If Apria's billing department would get their sh*t together, maybe this wouldn't be an issue?

      Got charged $168.00 because of my deductible.On a fixed income so I dont have $168 to pay in full.Paid $18.Now Apria Health calls me all day threatening me to pay in full before it goes to collections.Try calling but billing is in another country.Horrible company to get cpap supplies from.

      If you want a headache buy supplies through Apria. I buy direct through another supplier without using my health insurance because of the headache dealing with them..

      Apria shipped equipment and supplies to me in December of 2022. I made them pick it up on June 14, 2023. They billed my insurance for supplies I never received. Sent me wrong supplies and billed insurance which insurance paid. Returned the incorrect supplies and sent the right ones and billed insurance, which was denied because of duplicate claim. Apria has billed for supplies AFTER the pick up date and are now trying to bill me for the items. They billed for 6 shipments of supplies that I never received. I did NOT sign up for automatic shipment. I have sent letters to *************, ** and ***********, **. I can't get a straight answer on who to contact regarding this issue. I have spent countless hours on trying to get this matter taken care of. DO NOT USE APRIA HEALTHCARE. They do not deserve any stars of rating.

      Horrible customer service by **********************. My CPAP exceeded the life of the motor which required a new prescription. My doc wrote one along with all supplies. The medical group approved it and itemized each item they approved. The authorization included one of five masks. Apria received it and stated I got a mask three months prior for a different machine and that mask should be good for the new machine. They refused to honor the new authorization and the new prescription. I waited 45 minutes on hold each time I called the office (and I needed to call 4 times for this item). They refused to return voicemails. They even sent me a docusign which said "This email is being sent to you while you are on the phone with an Apria Healthcare representative to request for you to review the ************** and Rental Agreement (SSRA) and provide your approval electronically." Yet, NO ONE CALLED ME AND I WAS NOT ON THE ****** This arrived without any advanced notice. I could not have any conversation before signing and if I didn't sign, I would NEVER receive a CPAP. Dealing with Apria is enough to select a different insurance provider for my CPAP needs.

      During call to Apria's **************** for ordering ******* was very unprofessional and rude. I called inquiring about getting another component for my new ResMed cpap machine. The call rep was short and not listening to me as I was attempting to explain what I was looking for. She treated me with disrespect. She ended up hanging up on me without providing the information I needed.

      I need someone to tell me how this place is even still in business?? My 93 year old Grandmother has been waiting on a bed for over 30 days while she's been sleeping in a chair! Hey legs are so swollen they're about to bust. After found through h*** with their nasty employees especially *****, who hung up on me, they bring the bed and say her other bed has to be removed, and leaves! I call them and they tell me, get rid of the other bed and they'll come back next week. And this is what you call healthcare? **************** has left that nation, and this place she not even be in business.

      They continue to call us about a bill but will not send us any bills. They demand they we provide a credit card for auto payments. They do not send us bills through the mail or through our email. We get constant other solicitations but not the bills through our email even though we have requested it a dozen times. We have not received a bill for over a year.

      Terrible company!! My doctor prescribed a CPAP machine for me and sent the prescription to Apria. I was contacted fairly quickly and quoted a one time fee of a specific amount and then 10 monthly payment of $18.00. 2 months later I'm getting multiple calls a day "trying to collect an outstanding bill" and when I'm finally able to speak with them, they tell me that my payments are $90 a month instead of the original $18 I was told at the beginning.They give me a long run-around story about how I haven't met my deductible and that's why it's now higher. That should have been something mentioned at the beginning when I was told $18. Anyway, I check with my insurance and confirm that my yearly deductible isn't met and what they have coincides with Apria, so I start paying $90 a month knowing I won't have to do that very long. Now, two different times I forgot about the payment but quickly paid it 3 days late. Now, it's two weeks after I made the payment and I'm receiving multiple calls a day about my outstanding balance again. I paid with a credit card, why on earth is it taking over a week to post to my account?!This place is absolutely ridiculous and after reading other reviews here, I'm going elsewhere for my supplies. There is no way I'm letting them keep my credit card on file so that they can charge it all ***** nilly!
