      For 4 years Ive been trying to resolve an billing issue with Apria and UMR ****************** health res, Ive provided Apria with the info the need to get this resolved ive been dealing with worn equipment a reservoir that has rust in it. I have no filters I have everything pretty much scotch tape and they do not care if anybody has any information about a class action lawsuit against Apria please let me know Ill be more than happy to join. I need my CPAP equipment

      Apria is a terrible company to deal with.In just two years, Apria already managed to do the following:- shipped me incorrect CPAP supplies - sent me to collection for $17 that my insurance allegedly underpayed without invoicing me first - failed to recognize my payment to collection for months after receiving the reference #- forced me to spend hours over the phone to solve the issue - asked me to call the collection company again, who told me the issue was solved - recognized that my insurance had actually payed the $17 balance - told me to call collection again for reimbursement...I wonder whether there is any management or accountability in this company.

      DO NOT do business with them. For over 6 months and multiple calls, including a 3 way conversation with myself, my insurance company, and Apria, to prove I have insurance. They keep automatically withdrawing payment saying I have no insurance. Never received an invoice for total amount due, or what my portion would be after insurance. They even threatened to come pick up my machine even though my payments were current

      I started with Apria 6 years ago; and changed within 6 months to another vendor due to billing and shipping issues. My insurance company referred them to me, and I assumed that they would have improved; nope. Here is the short version:About a month ago, I ordered supplies and faxed them my Rx as requested; my doctor also sent the Rx along with the medical notes. Two weeks later, I received a call from their support team asking for the Rx and medical notes; they told me they did not have them. I have a fax confirmation that states otherwise. Nonetheless, I refaxed the Rx and then contacted my doctor. I confirmed later that day that *** did, in fact, send the info; I, too, sent my copy of the Rx and again received a fax confirmation that it was received.Two weeks later, today, I called to follow up. Support initially told me they had no order in the system. I read the transcript of the phone message I received from the last call asking for info; I was then asked to hold while they looked into it.A few minutes later, the rep came back online and told me that "the order was canceled in the system, but there was no reason indicated. She then shared that the only solution was to create a new order.This is so unacceptable, and frankly, it is incompetence. I placed an order a month ago and had a follow-up call with them 2 weeks later when they asked for medical notes and Rx; and two weeks later, I learned the order was canceled; no one knows why.When I asked to expedite the order, overnight it to me, I was told they would look into seeing what they could do..... Apria made $990 Million in 2022.... the least they could do is to overnight order to a patient when they make a mistake. Nope, they told me sorry and that I could expect my order in **** days.Sad that patient care is not a priority with Apria, based on results.I told them if I didn't have it within a week, I would choose a new company... we will see what happens; I am not holding my breath.

      They will keep charging you and charging you! you can call and call they will argue and argue! then put the charges on your credit.

      Worst service ever. I call in an order( because online service is just as bad if not worse) and try to correct all the info that's incorrect . They say they will update it and NEVER do . I get shorted on items in my order or the order doesn't even get placed.

      This company is the provider for CPAP supplies. After placing and receiving an order for supplies, I received a bill. Even though I thought that the bill was high, I paid it by mailing a check and the proper portion of the invoice. Approximately three weeks later I started receiving phone calls from an unknown number. As it is my habit to ignore unknown callers, as most of them are scams, I did not answer. After the fourth call from the same number, I called back and discovered that the calls were from Apria healthcare. The calls were regarding the bill that I had paid three weeks earlier. I explained that the bill had been paid, and the person that I spoke with was satisfied. Approximately a week later, I checked the balance online, saw that the balance was the same. Assuming that the check I had mailed was lost or delayed, I paid the balance online with a credit card on 6/17/2023, and received confirmation that the balance had been paid. I also contacted the company to let them know that I had paid the bill both by check and online. On today, 6/27/2023, I again checked the balance online, and saw that the company still shows the same balance due. Attempting to contact the billing department is useless as each time I have been connected to people who could only be considered fluent in English by a very generous evaluator. I seek nothing from the company other than they not negotiate the check that I sent them, and that they acknowledge that the bill is paid I would NOT recommend this company solely due to the fact that their billing department is either incompetent, or their is something illegal going on there.

      I have spent hours on the phone trying to get someone to tell me what my mother's bill will be for her oxygen machine. I have been sent back and forth from person to person and no one can tell me anything. Twice they hung up on me for no reason. The people were rude and very evasive. I have a bad feeling about them and will not be doing business with them. I am just glad I found out before the oxygen machine was delivered. I had to choose 1 star to post this review. In reality, it would be a ZERO!
