About a month ago, my wife was discharged from hospital and the doctor recommended a oxygen tank service to help my wife to mitigate her illness. The driver from Apria called to rescheduled the delivering oxygen tank services for next day morning. We waited at home the morning and the delivering personnel did not come until after 2pm. Since my wife felt better, we decided not to use the service. This time a representative from Apria called on a recorded line to provide the same service because doctor insisted to use the oxygen tank services. The doctor has made a 4 hours urgent service for my wife. During the recorded call, I made a complain about the deliveing services. My wife was back home from the hospital in the afternoon. The delivering personnel left a notice on my door stating they missed us at around 3:05 pm. Is this kind of service that we get for something that is matter for our life existence? Because it is life essential, we have to take whatever they offered. Do we?

A company that supplies life-sustaining equipment and supplies should be responsive to patients needs. That, however, is not the case. My wife, who uses supplemental oxygen, called because her portable concentrator quit working. Aprias response: We wil try to get someone out by Tuesday. That is four days away! Service with a smile, they are not. In the event that something unforeseen should happen to my spouse, are they liable due to negligence?? Maybe!!!

This is the worse company I've ever dealt with. Example: I received a bill for $11.40. The date of the invoice was June 6. On June 14 I paid with a credit card via Apria's web site. On June 20 I get an automated call that I need to pay the bill to avoid further collection efforts. The bill isn't due for another 7 days and they are threatening collections! In addition, ******** and my supplement company says I should owe $2 less then Apria says I owe. I pay the higher amount to avoid the aggravation, but it's an example of how bad this company is. AVOID THEM at all costs.

I've been reading the June and May 2023 reviews and 2nd them all. [I've been using Apria equipment for 10 years] My comment is the relationship with ********* I believe Apria's business operations amount to fraud. Apria ships supplies unsolicited and pockets the payment from ********* It is very difficult to stop automatic supply shipments.

Not a good company. I went out of my way to avoid doing business with them and they bought the company I was using.

They are the worst! We needed a delivery for our newborns oxygen after he was born prematurely. They gave us the wrong stuff and didnt answer our concerns regarding the fact that it was not on the right flow for our newborn. Then when I call to tell them that there was a mistake in the order I have to wait 10 hours just for them to drop off more c*** that isnt even what we need it for. I am so fed up. It is now 10pm at night at we are expected two more hours just for them to bring ** the right supplies. Mind you I called them at 10am this morning and they told ** it would be resolved within 3 hours. What a joke! I hope they get their delivery issues in order. I never want to use this company again if I can help it! I have spent over 4hours total on the phone with them over the last two days. That is too much for a simple delivery. Delivering so late at night too is ridiculous!

Terrible company, every time I order supplies I have to chase down a receipt to get reimbursement.

Very low level in costumer service. They leave you on the phone for hours. I believe they dont want to take more workers because they will have to pay them and make less money for themselves. We, the costumers are not important enough. Its only about the money. Shame on you:(Do something about it. Our time is valuable!!!

Mixed success with Apria Healthcare though partly hindered by an unresponsive physician. Was in need of a Bi-pap and trying to pay my balance. I kept trying to inform customer ******************** that my address had changed and that I was no longer receiving their mail but was prevented from changing it initially. It took 9 calls to finally get my balance resolved. **************** didn't respond to my voicemails, and kept being told I would get a call back the next business day. Apria can be useful for getting what you need but I would not recommend trying them without backup from an active physician as it was so difficult getting any response from them by myself.

Apria is the most evil, incompetent, vile company. They never send PAP supplies when they say they will, dealing with them is an endless runaround, I cannot WAIT to fire them I'd rather do business with ANYONE ELSE. Do NOT have anything to do with Apria if you can avoid it.
