      I have cancelled with Apria at least 5 times. Last call last month said I had to pay another ****** or they cant cancel me. Stupid me paid it, I was promised it was cancelled. Just received a new bill in the mail again. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I refuse to pay anymore bills, They ************** a letter in the mail of cancellation and I get a new bill instead. Horrible company.

      Been trying to get delivery of 2 pieces of medical equipment for my brother for over 24 hrs. Finally got one of them. Left on porch with no customer contact!! Still waiting for the other piece. My brother is sick and needs both of them. I have already called them no less than 5 times. All I keep getting is excuses and broken promises. I hope to God that I dont ever have anymore dealings with them.

      This business continues to Balance Bill my account! We have been fighting them for YEARS! NEVER use this company. Balance billing is illegal!

      after several years, I have had enough of Apria. They consistently ask for overpayment even though I have told them incorrect, but their response is they cannot ship my CPAP supplies unless I pay. Then surprise, surprise, I get a refund check for the difference 4-6 weeks after. Last year, I was over my out-of-pocket maximum, and they insisted I owed my co-insurance. I am getting tired of the calls to try to resolve and avoid overpayment. I also spoke to United Healthcare who has also tried to resolve. The most frustrating part, is you can never get to the right department. In fact, I was told to resolve I need to talk to quality care department but they don't inbound calls. Another manager told me it is their corporate policy to bill then refund. I think there should be a class action lawsuit against Apria. I will be changing suppliers. I recommend avoiding Apria.

      Why do I again have to fight with Apria after multiple calls just today of them wanting a credit card on file AFTER I had to jump through hoops with them 3mos ago and have my insurance company call them directly to tell them I have no deductible or copay for DME supplies. They were supposed to put a note in my file, but here I am arguing with people from ***** yet again. DO NOT EVER give them a credit card if you can avoid it. Its all shady and scammy to me. The second my machine is done with the 10mo usage approval of my insurance company I am finding another DME. They are awful, ZERO STARS.

      I have over two pages of notes for a bill I disagreed. Overall the employees, with exceptions, were friendly. However, I didn't get returned phone calls, confusing information and bad information. They tried twice to say my receipt from when I returned my cpap, which showed a zero balance, was the receipt they sent with the cpap. I corrected them using the date and information on the receipt. They continued to do wellness phone calls for over two months after I had returned the cpap. They also continued to call to set up a pick up for my cpap after I had already carried it to a local office and gotten the receipt. And yet, one person said I had received my billing information in the package with my cpap and many people just don't read it. I keep all bills and receipts. Based on their disorganization it's more likely, those of ** they said didn't read the information never received it.After the last phone call wasn't returned, I paid the bill to avoid the risk it would end up on my credit report. I strongly recommend not using this company.

      Weve been waiting 6 weeks for my moms *** machine to arrive. They call and leave messages to call back, but when we do we are put on hold for hours. When we get through, no one can tell ** why they left a message for **. And they are rude on the phone! Like its my fault that they dont know why they are calling **???? If my mom dies waiting for her machine, they will be hearing from our lawyer.

      This ** took over *** Healthcare and they are a nightmare. They should be looked into as the way they treat their customers. I am so upset (putting it mildly) of the different things I have experienced with them in the past 6 months I would run out of space. I have asked several times in the past 2 months for a phone call from a Supervisor and has not yet gotten that phone call. My last **nversation with someone was not pleasant and knowing the phone calls are re**rded I hope they listen to mine from today. Im looking for another **mpany and pray whom ever I find they would do a better job

      Absolutely horrid to deal with. Can't follow simple directions. Like my former partner who needs his supplies and doesn't live with me anymore. Yet they can't seem to grasp the idea of not sending it to my home any more. Apria is paying for shipping. My former partner is paying. I'm stuck in the middle of this mess. Now the delivery is going in the garbage. Thank you, Apria! (Not!)

      After a February 2023 sleep study, my doctors office sent my cpap prescription to Apria Healthcare of ******. I already had a brand new replacement cpap machine in my possession from a factory recall situation. All I wanted was for them to set my new machine at the prescribed setting. They had no respiratory therapist on staff to do it. Instead they sent me their version of a new cpap machine for which I am being charged. They sent it without any notification. When I call them, I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to speak with anyone. Have left my phone number to call me back and that never happens.Spoke with a woman on a Friday afternoon saying that I would return/drop off the unopened package containing their version of a new cpap machine after I return from my one week vacation in ******. The Apria woman said nothing about a set return date. 5 days later I received threatening texts saying someone will be picking up my machine on Thursday and if its not available, there will be consequences. I called Apria FROM ****** to explain my situation. I was angry. She hung up on me.Apria employees didnt listen to anything I said, nor did they communicate their actions. I have found them to be an absolutely dreadful company. Communication with this horrible organization is impossible.
