      Apria never billed my insurance last December 2022 and when I switched insurance companies they tried to bill my new insurance company for last December. I called them in January and spoke to Higher billing and gave them the correct insurance information and they assured me they would bill the correct insurance and they did not. I was later told in February they could not bill them because that insurance was not active and they would not pay. I had told them I already spoke to that insurance company a few days prior to my calling them and they would pay it because it was a date of service in December and they were the insurance company at the time. It is now mid-February and they still have not sent it in. This is the worst company!!

      Do not use these people. We started to place an order for cpap machine and they required a credit card prior to placing the order. And they said they would send an email authorization in order to process the order. I asked to be provided a statement of what would be charged. They said that would be the next step after providing credit card information. I provided credit card information. Got to the next step, they refused to provide statement of what was to be charged. I said cancel the order then. I did not give email authorization to place order. Guess what they processed credit card anyway and now refuse to reverse the charge until they post the payment to the account in 7 to 10 business days even though they verify they have received the funds. Would be no stars if I could.

      My Dr. sent a request for a CPAP for me. I have tried to contact this company for the status of my order, and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Their local branch won't answer the calls, and the national number tells you the call cannot be completed at this time. I still don't know the status of my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

      Apria has abandon all HIPPA RIGHTS PROTECTION BY EXPOSING YOUR MEDICAL DEVICES IN S SEE-thru bag and YOUR PRIVATE CELL PHONE NUMBER to tenants and strangers who rent where you do. They sent a deflated wheelchair cover with no pump and I cant blow it up as they may have put their mouth to the valve before! They harassed me over an unpaid bill when I had not received the bill yet. It wasnt even 30-days past due yet.

      If I could give negative stars I would. They kept billing the wrong insurance company despite me giving them the correct billing information several times. They billed the card I had on file for my portion for the insurance portion of my payments. I have spent 6 or more hours on the phone trying to get it corrected and they wont give me my money back until the insurance pays the claim, yet they keep billing the wrong insurance despite the many calls that I have made to provide the correct information. The amounts that they think they owe me back do not add up with any of the charges they have billed my insurance. I would never do business with this company again.

      Apria Healthcare is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been overcharged so many times because they do not know what they are doing with my insurance. I have called more times then I can keep track of and I am always told I will get an email in **** days. It never comes. The refunds never come. My insurance company calls them and their nice customer service reps say it will be resolved but it never is. And on top of that I dont get my supplies. I have been waiting for a Cpap mask since Dec 16. I called beginning of January and was told it was on the way. Jan 16 .. I was told it was delivered, but it never was. The supplies were reordered and I have yet to receive the Cpap mask. I called yesterday 1/25 and the customer service rep said that there were so many notes that she needed to review and call me back to determine the issue. No call back.I know I am being overcharged and may never see my refund . But I will never use this company again.

      Apria healthcare is breaking many laws. Gave ** statement we owed $116.00 we paid it then they sent statement we owed $800 for the period we had already been billed for. We had a switch in insurance gave them copies of card 9 times and 22 calls giving them Id number. They have threatened to pick up equipment not even a notice. Then said we dont have the insurance we gave them yet weve had it since may and theyre paying all the bills. Ask them what insurance they have on file? They never changed it after 31 times of giving it to them.

      There so called "accounting people do not understand basic math! The rep told me that I had a past due balance, the first I had ever heard of a past due balance is when I called needing a statement for me HSA. The rep told me that the balance that I paid for my order, part of that would go to take care of my past due balance. Asked serval times how I had a past due balance and where has nobody had ever tried to contact me about this balance. I asked for paperwork from them about this so called balance. When I got it, I NEVER had a past due balance. I asked the rep if she understood basic math and if she could tell me what 2+2 was. I had a card on file with them to pay for the new machine and any supplies that I might order. After two months of not seeing a charge for my monthly payment, I called them and was told by the customer service rep that I had a credit balance on my account and that credit was taking care of my monthly payments and as long as I didn't order supplies, this balance will make all of my monthly payments. Then on Saturday January 7, 2023, I received a bill from them for over $200. It also showed I had a previous balance of over $100. This is the first invoice I have ever received from this company. Called them on Monday about this and was told that my card was declined for the April payment. I asked them to explain how they can let this go for 9 months and not make a phone call or send me an invoice to fix the issue. All they could say was they were "Sorry". They could not answer as to why the other customer service rep told me I had a credit balance.This company is the worst to deal with. They will take money from you when they tell you that you don't owe them anything. If it is mentioned to use this company, tell them no and go somewhere else. Don't give them any business!

      Apria is running a scam pyramid scheme. They charge your credit card 4 or 5 times what a product is worth the **** ******** TEN times that amount only to be paid a fraction leaving me with a small balance. They do not credit the credit card they charged. They hold the money until you finally are able to get through to someone (the phone tree continually restarts) and you threaten them enough. If your pulmonologist writes a prescription to this company decline it !!!
