      If I could I would give them negative stars. I am STILL battling this company almost a year after thinking I had gotten them off my back! Now, after paying for my equipment (that I never should have had to pay for in the first place) they sent me to collections! No letters, no calls, no emails trying to collect the debt since it having been paid in March. Just random calls from a number that wouldn't leave a message for a couple months and I finally answered and it's a debt collector. About good ol' Apria. This company needs to do some soul searching. Their business model is trash. **************** is garbage. Employees are not even able to get their stories straight from one person to the next when the notes are all in their "system". Honestly, I cannot write enough bad reviews for this company. They have made my life h*** for the last **** months AND the machine that I HAD to buy crapped out on me immediately after buying it. Do you think I'll ask them to fix it? H*** no. Do yourself a favor and use any other CPAP service besides Apria. Even if it's what the doctor ordered. Do your research and go elsewhere. Save yourself.

      I would not give them one star. This company double and triple charged us for equipment they never serviced. We had over 2 years with no communication from them. Orders for supplies would be taken then never delivered. I had to order supplies from Amazon for the equipment we had from Apria. The only communication with them was when we got the doctor involved. We were billed for services they never did. ******** paid all but $250 each month but we were billed $1600. In order to get anyone to help we had to call the office in *********. This place is unprofessional and rude. When we switched companies and returned the equipment they were very rude

      Billing processes are unforgivable. They have an online payment portal. Even when you pay them they still show an open balance and you receive automated phone calls threatening additional action due to an open balance. Customer support says it takes them 1-2 weeks to process credit card payments made using their online real-time payment portal.Avoid using this company if you have any other alternative. Terrible.

      Apria is a disaster of a company. I have a bipartisan machine and it is covered 100% by my insurance. My insurance company has contacted Apria to tell them of incorrect billing numbers and that I am not to pay any bills to Apria. Apria now says Inowe 900 in rental fees and claims United denied my claim which is a lie. I think they are committing ******** fraud and Apria should be investigated.

      They are ridiculous. Never sent my replacement mask. I called several times. Wait forever for customer service. Also was promised 3 times that a supervisor would call me back. Never happened. But they know how to send a bill because insurance won't pay even though I cannot use the machine because my mask is broke and no replacement sent. This is really the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I am 59 years old. Their customer service has to go their whole company has to go they are worse than the worst.

      How about their rep. telling you that your insurance company that has supplied coverage for the equipment your doctor and you request and need to breath, tells you that the insurance will not cover a Trilogy ventilator but the sales rep. suggests they can supply a C-pap. Of course this shows the lack of respect for the doctor and the lack of knowledge by this company. After three years of machinery coverage and a right lung plication our insurance never denied any coverage. *******. then stated" the company that supplied you with that machine will never regain the value of that machine that I have." They were not worried about me or that company they were worried that they could not gain anything by suppling me a new machine even though we were not asking for a new one just a machine that would take a ten hour battery (portable oxygen machine Inogene C3.) that we had. But our insurance company will get copies of this and the reviews listed below and maybe we can help others not step into this black hole.

      Apria fraudently charged me twice for amounts that were already paid by the insurance provider. They dont' run your claims through the insurance producer, and when the insurance provider sent detailed information showing that Apria illegally charged me, Apria refuses to make it right. Contacted BCBSIL fraud department and **** of ********** Don't set up automatic reorders with them-that is how they illegally charge you but then don't refund the amounts. HORRIBLE COMPANY to deal with.Date of experience: September 13, 2022

      THEY CHARGED MY *** CARD ****** AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF THIS. THEN WHY WAS MY CARD CHARGED? I HAVE CONTACTED APRIA AND APRIA DIRECT EACH AND BOTH SAY THEY HAVE NO RECORD BUT I HAVE THE *** RECEIPT WHERE IT SHOWS IT WAS PAID TO APRIA.

      I waited 1 1/2 years for a replacement CPAP machine. Every month during this time I got a bill for the machine that I didn't have use of. Each month I called and spoke to a representative, dated it and wrote what they told me, "disregard this notice". Now, a year later I recieve a collections notice out of the blue. I called and once again get the run around. This is a HORRIBLE business. They don't deserve even 1 star.

      ZERO STARS! F*** this company. Hands down the worst brand I have ever been forced to work with. They have attempted to charge me out of pocket at least a dozen times. They don't have a single phone rep who speaks fluent English. They have sent my file to collections 3 times just to remove it because they are complete idiots. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CLOWNS OR THEIR OUTSOURCED EMPLOYEES.
