      OMG The billing invoices are not broken down. No Service Date provided. Only quarterly billing. No explanation, ever. Billing invoice is listed as co-pay. My insurance company says I owe .64 while invoice from Apria comes in at $40.24. So random that one cannot make heads or tails of anything. Due to this, FSA account denies payments because there is no backup.

      My experience with this business has been very frustrating, I would give 0 stars if possible. I had used this company 5 years ago for a **** device and had a good experience at that time. The **** was recalled and I needed a new device, now a BiPAP system. My doctor's ****** sent prescription Aug. 2022, which the company claims they didn't receive. Then when I followed up multiple times, finally Apria acknowledged a fax from my Dr. ****** recently in October. My previous insurance was left on my account and of-course is inactive, I had given the Apria representative my new insurance 3 times (each a different rep) also my current insurance was included in the prescription, which Apria claims was "cut off in the fax message". When I called again today, after waiting on hold for a rep for over 20 minutes, I was told that I didn't have active insurance. I lost my temper and requested a manager. I had to give the insurance information again for the 4th time and the manager would "see if she could get it updated into my account". This business is now terrible and incompetent in my experience and opinion.

      An Apria representative called me to get my co-payment for my CPAP device ahead of placing the order. She advised me 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. She was abusive and threatening using the device I need badly as leverage to get my credit card number. Rude would have been an improvement. The tone of the call was similar to the *** scammers who threaten people with jail unless they pay. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Horrible experience. Leaving a false name for fear of retribution -- not receiving or delaying even further the delivery of my equipment.

      This company was scheduled to perform a maintenance on an oxygen concentrator that was last serviced in 2020. After three(3) scheduled times, company never showed up for scheduled times. One time was confirmed at 9:30 p.m. Unheard of for such a large company. After purchasing my own, which in the long term will be much cheaper. The company made no attempt to set up a pickup time, just stopped by unannounced and demanded this was the time for pickup. Very rude.

      Agree with other poster that they are both billing insurance company for equipment I never received and sending me different products than what I order. They are also trying to tell me I am only authorized for 1 new nasal cushion every 3 months and the insurance authorization I have in hand says one every 2 weeks, yet I see they are billing insurance company for more. I have been arguing with them for months. Last order I was over billed my copay for $20 and was told I have to wait almost 10 more days to call back for refund as its still shows on their system as pending. What my insurance shows as copay amount never matches with what Ive paid. I am done using this company.

      This company is the Worse! Avoid at all cause. They continually harass me with phone calls saying, " I have an outstanding balance and to avoid sending to collections I need to respond immediately to unpaid balance......."I have talked with 3 different customer service advisors at ********************** and they all verified that I have no "outstanding" balance. My bill has been paid in full, (over $3,000 btw). I explain that I continue to receive phone calls saying I still have outstanding balance and to PLEASE stop the phone calls!

      After waiting months for a vpap, I finally receive it in July. Today a man came by on Aprias behalf, to retrieve the equipment! This because I did not comply to rules (that I was not aware of, nor gave been made aware); I must use cpap 30dys in a row, I must use it at least 4hrs steaight, I must see the specialist within 90dys of receiving equipment. WOW. THIS IS BIG BROTHER. Pkease know that I have been paying for this rental. WHY a customer is bullied and manipulated this way?

      This company is committing fraud. They will bill your insurance for services you have not received. Phone calls go to a call center. I can never get anyone in my area on the phone. DO not use this company!

      The company turned me over to the collection agency; even though I was paying them. I have all my receipts. Even though they turned me in to collections, they never sent money to the collection agency. I was sent home with oxygen, but when I got home, I was weaned. I did not need oxygen because it was making me sick. I had an oxygen overdose. I called Apria to pick up the oxygen; they did not get it until 4 months later. They told me," they had no one to pick up the oxygen in my area." They have done me wrong by not picking up the oxygen and turning me over to collections; even though I was paying them. They never sent the money to collections, SHAME.They did not have anything under a one star-rating; so I picked 1. I hope my story can help someone else to see this was a scam. God bless

      Apria Helathcare is absolute GARBAGE!!! RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN... GO ELSEWHERE!!! If I could give them negative stars, I would! ******* from Apria Health in **************** is a complete jerk; unproressional , rude and completely disrespectful. I was trying to talk to them and have a discussion with her, and she got rude and hung up on me.It has been over 2.5 weeks with us fighting with the company to pick up the oxygen from my house. They tell us they are on their way, and never show up, or they switch the pickup date to another day with letting us know. They do not come in their "pickup" window like they state and when we call to ask when they are, they tell us they cancelled pickup because they dont have a driver anymore and tell us to bring it to them instead.... a 100+ pound tank plus multiple medium sized tanks, because that is the only way to get it out of the house.... who says that to a customer... this company should NOT be allowed to be involved in any aspect of someones living!These people have NO idea what they are doing! Their driver/techs are very uneducated on how to use the oxygen and hook it up to the tank, and their whole communication from that whole company is a complete joke! They are going to kill someone one day with their lack of knowledge on oxygen. It is appalling this place has certificate to be in business. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE APRIA HEALTH!!!
