      Wish I could leave a BIG fat 0 for them. Not because of their products but because of their hiring process and lies to potential new hires. Onboardibg is horrendous with them. Was told one thing and completely opposite happened. I have never in 30 years of employment ever experienced an onboarding this bad. Nobody in their HR department knows how to communicate with anyone. One word: RUN! I wouldn't even trust their products knowing the type of company they are.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. I would give 0 stars if I could. They send bills without breakdown or explanation of charges. When asked them to send me an itemized explanation of a $125.00 autocharge, their explanation added up to about $12.50. I was just checking my insurance claims, and I haven't made an order from Apria since before July... however, I have service-date charges for every month since then, which I did not request nor authorize. Some of the charges are small, for $4.16, for CPAP filters. I have never ordered those by themselves.       WHY CANT WE GIVE 0 STARS. My husband is on NO WEIGHT BEARING instructions for +1 months and is a teacher. He has had to miss work (and is now back at work in crutches which is NOT ok for a 62 125 lb man with spine issues). I have tried calling, tried leaving messages, tried going through Care Centrix (who are AMAZING) and NOTHING. If I EVER get told we have to go through Apria again, I will outright refuse and not allow my time to be wasted like this again. I be NEVER seen a business continue to run with SO many negative reviews. I would be HORRIFIED/ASHAMED/EMBARRASSED if I worked there or was even somewhat associated with this business. I thought some of the negative reviews were probably from people who were too rigid or neurotic, but NO - EVERYONE has a problem with this place. they are absolute c***

      I have been with them through ****** and the service is terrible.they don't seem to ship me my right replacements every 3 months, I have been using nasal pillows and my last order was full facial :( got told I'd be called 24 or 48 hours, never happened. Continual problems for years.

      This is the worst Ive ever had to deal with in my life.. ! FOR 6 months Ive called to re order supplies and every time I call they say this is the dollar amount we need to mail out your supplies.. I pay the amount the ask . And then 9 days later I get a voicemail they need more money to ship out what they promised.. this has happened 3 times in a row !! Ive paid 170 three times and received nothing ! Theyre a fraud! And in my book lying stealing scammers!

      These people are truly criminals. Even if you are 100% covered for CPAP supplies by your insurance provider and even if said provider has 100% paid your claim, this company will simply start sending unitemized bills to you claiming that you still owe them money. They're really nothing but scam artists. They're racket is double billing. Billing your provider and getting paid by them, then going after you for mysterious charges. If you have them as a medical supply provider call your insurance company ASAP and ask them to switch you or face years of unscrupulous billing. You've been warned. STAY FAR AWAY.

      This company would let someone die!!! I've waited and waited and no call from them, had ****** office send over paperwork and call twice. It is a week later and still haven't heard a word. I call and the prompts are pressed as asked and then hung up on. I called the head office and they don't even have me in the system! Stay away and DO NOT use them!!

      This company is the worst. They never called back to confirm delivery of my father hospital bed. I even drove an hour from where I live to their office in person to what appeared to be a locked warehouse. Found 2 workers just hanging out causally. I was told the person who would handle the matter would called. Still one week later no confirmation for delivery.

      Their agents do not do as promised and when they s**** up, they do nothing to correct the problem or take responsibility.
