      Apria has THE worst **** The wait time is 30 minutes then they tell you to call the local branch rather than the supply branch if you're in the 1st 30 days to reorder masks up to 3 times, no cost. Then they route you to the supply line to wait 30+ minutes. The **** I spoke to today was ateociosly rude. This was our 4th call in 2 weeks, over an hour each time. C.S. *** was difficult to understand, talked over me ***eatedly and was just plain rude. Apria clearly needs to invest in staff training and get their narrative straight across departments. The supervisor finally offered me a therapist appointment and some online resources but I don't trust them to actually do their jobs, so no appointment for me thank you. This was such a simple miscommunication and they blew it.

      Go through a different company if you can! When my insurance changed, I gave them my new insurance multiple times to make sure it was in network and no one said anything until AFTER I was billed $40 they kept calling and saying I owe but didn't say why. As respectfully as I can possibly say this, it is also hard to understand the *****s over the phone so having someone tell me I owe money without explanation doesn't help.I spoke with an ***** I was able to understand and they explained my insurance does not cover the equipment and I owe $40. I paid the money mo ths ago and thought that was it. Months later I get a bill saying I owe $164 and doesn't say why. The first ***** hung up on me -I was calm on the phone and simply said I was confused about the billing- when I got to a different *****, I explained the issue once more and they said it's for the same bill from September. A bill from 5 months ago that they originally told me was $40 so now they changed the price and expect me to pay.This company is shady and untrustworthy. When you put an order in for equipment, it always says if there's a fee they will let you know and not ship it out until a payment is made, but that is a lie. They will ship it out making you think it's covered then wait months later to say you owe them money.

      Stay away from AriaDirect, I privided my prescription and their sales associate recommendation was for me to purchase a product that my insurance does not support. That is absolutely wrong advise, and they refuse to take the product back and the payment was almost $600 out of pocket. ****** requested I return this wrong product for supported one according to ****** product line up. They actually want me to by another one for $900 plus and still keep the wrong one and ****** will not cover any of the cost being an travel size.I need resmed machine for compatibility, but out of luck. Stay away from ApriaDirect.Thanks Mr. *****

      UPDATE. It gets worse. Ripping me off and costing me credit card interest because they can't process a refund. I'm on fixed income and $450 is A LOT. No one can fix that they double withdrew funds. Months of calling and trying. I'm told it's finally done they NO REFUND! It's there mistake that I have been charged! Not one supervisor has and idea how to fix it. I just am told they see it was their mistake but nothing they can do I have to wait. If I could give less than one star I would. I have been shipped the wrong size supplies EVERY delivery. I have to call go through phone call to phone call to get someone who says it's changed. I have pack up wrong size and drive to mail it back. Over and over again. The WORST company ever. We are I'll that's why we need the supplies and this is what you don't your customers! Shame on you. COO should be fired! Get it together.

      I've had problems ordering supplies every time I've ordered from Apria in last two years. They won't process my order and Apria won't contact me to tell me that they won't process it.I have to call multiple times because I haven't got my order and they say they haven't even started processed it more than 3 weeks later. This after telling me they have all needed info and will rush my delivery. Gender Discrimination? My husband doesn't have problems with his orders.

      My mother is forced by *********************** to use Apria HealthCare for 15 years now. She has had to put up with lack of follow up on servicing her oxygen machine for the past 5 years. When they are supposed to make a service call their "service window" is basically all day up to 9:30pm, that's if they even show up. My mother is in her late 80's and for her to open up her house to complete strangers that late in the evening is rediculous. I used to work next to the Apria HealthCare in *********, ** and what I saw was very disturbing. They unload used medical mattresses out of their vans and just dump them by their dumpsters in huge piles for months on end. They put so much medical waste in the dumpsters till they are so overfilled that it blows all over the parking lot. The drivers I encountered during my working hours are very sketchy people. We had to confront them about their driving because they had almost ran over my fellow coworkers many, many times. They are fowl mouthed beyond the norm. I have seen reviews on **** and see many other complaints about the service Apria Healthcare provides and I can't believe that **lorado **nsumer protections have not been enforced on this company. This is being written to stand up not only for my mother but to all the elderly people that have to deal with medical suppliers like Apria Healthcare. Apria's website in rediculous to navigate even for me let alone my mother and probably most elderly persons. And if you try to call you have to go through a myriad of menu selections and then sit there and wait over a half an hour waiting to talk with a human. This needs to stop! They need to understand that they are dealing with the elderly and must simplify and make more efficiant the process of patients getting their needed supplies without jumping huge obstacles to get what they pay for in huge premiums in insurance. They deserve much more than this. I can't believe that the **lorado State Attorney hasn't done anything about this.

      Mercenary, criminal, gas-lighting, mis-billing. Nothing but complaints for these criminals who are holding up me and my wife by mis-billing our insurance constantly.

      They billed me incorrectly by not checking the letter my doctor sent in which constitutes medical necessity. They are in direct violation of both the No Surprises Act and the Good Faith ******** Acts. I demand that they stop collections from contacting me and rebill my insurance with my letter of medical necessity. This has been going on for 4 years now. Ever year, I have to call them to fix this and they drag their feet until collections is called. Apria is acting illegally and unethically.

      My experience was I was billed $639.86 for my CPA machine through auto pay two days after Christmas 12/27 without notification then sent a bill on December 30 after the fund was taken. No prior notification was sent or billing shown online. Apria has a unprofessional business practice that Customer need to be notified about. I would rate this company a minus 5 if possible they did nothing to try to resolve this of sending after the payment was deducted.
