      This company is horrible to Communicate with, They make it very difficult to do what they ask of you. I spent hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another and getting different answers from different people. I was told by multiple departments and people that I did not have to return the wound vac they supplied, and then I get a Letter telling me that I must return it or be billed for it. They also sent an excessive amount of supplies, which of course they build ******** for. Its because of companies like this that most people cannot afford insurance.This company is scamming the government!

      ******** experience with this company. They call and request payment for service I didn't agree to. I am fed up with arguing with the harassing phone calls, emails and text messages

      From day one, this company has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. I handle my mother's affairs and fear that they are taking advantage of our mist vulnerable in their most vulnerable state. They have double billed me on more than 5 occasions for a wheelchair, billing both insurance and the backup credit card on file that the nursing home paperwork required to the point that in order to resolve I had to cancel my credit card. They continue to bill the patient directly when they have both the insurance on file and all ************ and medical contacts. The insurance investigative department has called them over 6 times on my behalf to resolve this matter in addition to myself - now I get bills in the mail for the patient. I would give 5 negative stars if I could. I've lost so many hours of time trying to work to resolve billing matters!

      I have had nothing but horrible experiences with this company with billing, ordering equipment and getting wrong items or missing items, repairs with equipment not done, customer service putting calls on hold for hours and then dropping them, lost records from doctors so they can inflate their monthly rent. ****** health should be ashamed for making their patients with no other options that can be used for equipment and care, seems a little suspicious to me. I would leave a negative 5 stars if possible.

      Worst company ever no regard for anyones condition no matter how critical it is. They take phone calls for deliveries and then claim they didnt get the phone call and make no record of it but say if theres a problem with the delivery they will get back to me. Meanwhile, nobody got back to me and when I called a few days later to double check they had no record of the phone call and no delivery on the days work order. Supervisors and staff are rude and **** and uncompromising unprofessional and not sympathetic to critical conditions and situations at all as by ignoring my call for an oxygen tank delivery and not even putting the work order through or making a record of the request they put me in a life threatening situation,

      From day one, they were never clear on what/when of supplies and billing. When I stopped using apnea equipment I tried - in vain - to cancel whatever order they auto-set up supplies to me. Logged into both Apria and Apria direct and could not find any auto-shipments... or any contact information. Supplies kept coming so I took some down to my local store and they said they were not affilated with the supply portion and nothing they could do. Really? Then, after a year of trying to contact someone, I rec'd a bill to PAY NOW for ******. Never saw any statement in over a year. Local store gave me a number to call to cancel finally. Called and simply wanted to cancel andit took the non-english speaking person 50 minutes to 'cancel' and credit my account - they would send confirmationto me via mail. In the past two weeks,have rec'd 2 robo calls telling me I need to pay immediately... THE TOPPER: they called / left msg to my med ** to say that I needed this equipment and to contact me. NOT THEIR PLACE TO CALL MY DOCTOR or anyone. Am beyond pi--ed off at this point, and want to know what I can do to prevent this type of b.s. 'customer service' for anyone else.

      They charge me $102 supposedly for supplies I didnt order, I called them and they said they were going to refund my money. well 2 weeks later I am still short $102 and never received supplies. I called again to check, Representative could explain anything ***************** to leave your card on file. They overcharge for supplies supposedly covered by health insurance or at least part.

      This business is unreliable. On Tuesday, November 5, I called and asked for pickup of a hospital bed. I was told the pickup would be Wednesday, November 6 and that I could get a timeframe by call that morning after 9:00 AM. I called and was given a 4 hour window: 2:15 PM - 6:15 PM. No one showed up. On Thursday morning, November 7, I called to complain about the no show and was put on the schedule for that day. I was told to check the companys Web site, **************************** after an hour to get a delivery window. When I checked, the window was 12:15 - 4:15 PM. However, I kept the window open and the time frame kept changing, first to 1:30 - 5:30, then 2:30 - 6:30 and finally 3:45 - 7:45. I waited on the phone for more than 15 minutes to speak with someone, and after pointing out that the company is in violation of state law, was promised pickup by 4:30 PM, We shall see.The company, has a recorded message that says **** are not guaranteed and can change. That renders any ETA meaningless.

      This company sucks! My client has to use them for oxygen. There is no way to email anyone. You are on the phone for literally hours. ***** ever returns the voicemail that you are forced to place after being on hold for 15 minutes. So you have to call back and get put to the back of the line and the process repeats. This is ridiculous. This item is required for my client to be able to breathe and live. How is it that we are not able to order more tanks when we run out? This should not be acceptable.
