      Awful! Equipment broke down after 6 months. Called several times for help but not one Apria office took responsibility or tried to help in any waybut I kept getting automated calls checking on my health. Finally tracked the product down thru the item number to an office in Kansas. The customer rep told me Id have to physically bring it to an office several hours away, couldnt ship it, in order to have a tech look at it. Still trying to get equipment, which is still under warranty, fixed. Meanwhile, apnea worsening! This company is criminally negligent.

      Horrible company to deal with. Exceptionally poor customer service, lack of training, and poor interactions with customer ********** actually raised his voice at me during the call and argued that he was right. I didn't receive CPAP supplies for over 1.5 years! Yep, used same CPAP supplies for this long because APRIA doesn't do their job. Same filter, mask, hose, and evap chamber for 1.5 years. I had an emergency with the equipment while out of state and they said it would be 5-7 days before I could get additional supplies....I drove 3 hours to obtain my own supplies from another provider. DO NOT USE APRIA HEALTHCARE!!! The kicker...Apria just purchased a diabetes supply company. Good luck to those new customers!

      These people never called and asked if I needed refills, how my concentrator was doing, if I needed anything. The one time I needed help, they were unable to help. Even though it was on Christmas Eve and it was beginning to snow I had no oxygen. So in Jan. I started receiving phone calls about an owed balance. Sometime they would call, not say anything and then hang up several times a day. I would get a person here and there and they would just read a script and not go off script. I had a balance in the 2 digits. I was told not to pay it and it most definitely should have been taken care of by not only my insurance but because it was a National pandemic. Yes it was related to Covid. This company has been harassing me more than the car warranty people. Even though I spoon fed them my insurance company and they spoon fed them. So after 8 months of this, the insurance covered it all except $7. Here comes the calls and letters. I ended up paying them to make it all stop 2 weeks ago guess what?!?! Theyre still calling me. This is how this company treats the patients they supply medical supplies with!!! They have been stressing me out since the day I was sent home with their equipment. I returned everything clean and in great condition as well. Also! I go to call and speak to their concerns department and it goes straight to voicemail. So they care more about the money than they do about concerns.. Okay! I see you Apria HealthCare. Calling all the time from *********, **.

      i think this place is incompetent, has no compassion, and is more about money than services for people who needs their equipment or they may die.... my husbands oxygenator failed, i need a replacement, come to find out there was a stop hold on his account for back balance, in the process of setteling this,they had my address wrong, i paid the back amount same day and was told after all that, they can no longer service me because im not in there area, yet they brought our first machine. i owe you not 1 cent and you wont bring another machine. what is wrong with you people......i got no explanation why. has society lost compassion, no, but apria did. apri better never call or contact me that i still owe them money, i have proof im paid in full...i will continue to de-grade this company on every social media available. im very hurt and angry that they did nothing to help me, just took my money and left me with a broken machine... signed....angry b**** from ****

      I have tried using Apria twice. The first time I just thought I hadn't met my deductible. Wrong!!!! They NEVER BILLED!!! I called and they had all my insurance information and never billed. They said maybe your insurance doesn't cover it. Yes, they do and I had already met my deductible. I went into my insurance claims to see -- NEVER BILLED. Fired them but still getting reminders sent to reorder. DO NOT USE THEM!! I had no problem getting supplies, just had to pay completely out of pocket.

      Approx 8/22/22 I found out that my health insurance company ended their contract with Apria on 8/15/22. I received an automated call demanding ozygen equipment. Once I found out why they were demanding equipment, I confirmed with the insurance company. I then spoke with the doctors office as they would need a script for new provider, but unable to set up with new provider until testing appointment in October. I made arrangements with Apria to pay out of pocket from 8/15-8/31, with ******** starting on 9/1. On 8/30 received an automated call stating they would be at the house to recover on next day. Called Apria, they did not see anything scheduled. On 8/31 person shows at home demanding oxygen equipment. Spouse on oxygen 24/7. Sent the driver away. Spoke with Apria 9/4 to make sure all was good and filing with a ********. Did not have ******** info although I had given it to them at least twice. I received automated call stating would be at house following Wednesday for equipment. Called Apria said insurance still under review as it had only been one day. Next day or two received call from person demanding equipment. Explained the issue. She said insurance requiring tests first (although she was unaware pending.) ************************** in October. She advised would put return on hold through mid October, with credit card on file. Gave credit information. Today the man showed up at the door for the equipment. I advised that it was supposed to be on hold and not surrendering. I need to refill my husbands oxygen canisters but worried when I bring to their office to refill as they directed that they will not exchange. They have failed each arrangement discussed. Very dissatisfied. I have not even been billed yet and they threaten in this manner against a terminal patient. Horrible!

      This is a nightmare. They do not answer the phone. Trying to get them to pick up their equipment.Apria Healthcare stated they would pick up on 9/14. Request that you call at 8am to arrange a time for the pick up. Called, and called. No one answers the phone. No time set. No pick up. I have never seen this poor service. I do not give them one star. More like no star.

      I went and picked up my equipment in **** was told my insurance had approved and I only needed to rent the equipment for 10 months for less than 13 dollors. So I took the equipment. They have taken $200.00 out of my account since **** Apria never received the ok from my insurance.. I am so broke over this continuous money being taken out of my account. Called so many times. Was told by ****** twice that she had removed my card. I just want to return the equipment and stop this unfair madness. I would also like all the money returned that has been taken from me. Please someone stop this company and help!

      Horrible Company! Do Not deserve not 1 star! How can they stay in business with the poor customer service that they give out! They claim to have sent a CPAP machine via ***** to my home. I have been teleworking since March 2020. My office window is in the front of the house next to my front door. I have a driveway that comes in one driveway on the left of my house and comes out on the right side of my house. I can see anyone that comes anywhere near my front. I also have 4 dogs in my fenced back yard which will alert me when someone comes near the house. On July 15, 2022, I received a text message from ***** indicating that a package was delivered, WHILE WORKING AT HOME. I have been going round and round with them since July and still do not have my CPAP. They are the very worst in the industry! Stay away from them!

      Worst company EVER...STAY AWAY...INCOMPETENT. Should not be in business. They double bill. Impossible to reach by phone. Apps are worthless.
