      Been waiting over a year for a replacement CPAP machine that was "under warranty". Worst service I've ever had from any company. Have made multiple calls every other month to check in. Sure hope I don't pass away in my sleep waiting!

      Very difficult to stop billing my account and to receive an accurate amount of my current balance. Over charged and promised to correct this with no refund. Have to speak to an unfortunate employee in *************** with very little understanding of the process. Frustrated with a broken CPAP machine and either on hold for an hour or given wrong information. Very poor customer service.

      The company shipped two CPAP water tanks to me in error. I called 3 times to get credit but they never issued credit to insurance company nor to me for out of pocket deductible expense. I drove to their office over 30 miles from my home and took me half a day to find the person to help me. I returned the two brand new tanks and they said that they will refund the insurance company and credit me for 49 Dollars. unfortunately it is more than 18 months and put the 49 Dollars for collection.My humble opinion is that they are milking the insurance companies and consumers like me.Please investigate their practices and help consumers that are effected by them.

      Worst company on every level imaginable. DON'T EVER USE!!!!!1) Takes forever to get through to the local branch. Forced into voicemail without option to wait.2) Have to call back multiple times to resolve anything.3) Always "Not my job" and be transfer to many different people.4) After waiting a year for a CPAP they sent the wrong one and after hours of discussions, was told they made a new internal policy that they can send whatever they want. Told them to take the machine back, I refuse to use it. Finally they sent what was ordered.5) After telling them the size mask I wanted, they still shipped the wrong one. Had to go through another return and replacement after talking to four people and hours of calls.6) Can't create and account on their web site unless you know your full account number (which is difficult to get) and a validation code. I called them to get the account number and was given 3 letters and 3 numbers. WRONG. See next interaction.7) Called back telling them I can not set up the account. 1st person couldn't help "Not my job". Second person in billing was terrible.a) She would only work off a script instead of listening to the issue and trying to resolve it.b) she wouldn't stop reading or take a breath causing problems.c) She rattled off some number and kept going. I finally had to talk over her and keep talking over her until she stopped talking and tell her that at the beginning of the conversation she gave a bunch of numbers. It was four digits followed by three digits and three numbers. Turns out the first person who gave me my account number didn't include the first four digits.d) My bill was not yet due for another two weeks. She behaved as a debt collector who was skip tracing someone who was 90+ days due. Trying to get me to commit to paying the wrong amount, per my insurance company right then and there. This was the second time that when I initiated a call I was treated like I was a criminal.

      Dealing with Apria Healthcare to facilitate delivery of DMEs (Durable Medical Equipment) prior to discharge is extremely frustrating. Their process is slow and customer service is very poor. They lack the empathy for patients who are already going through a stressful time in their lives by making the process difficult to obtain the proper DMEs. The hospital case manager and myself have tried several times to contact them to expedite a request in order for my son to be safely discharged, but have been unsuccessful. Our insurance have indicated that there's no pre authorization required for the DMEs. However, Apria Health insist on obtaining one prior to delivering the DMEs, yet they submit incomplete documentations to the insurance, delaying the discharge process. When attempting to contact the manager handling the case, the intake persons answering the phone is short, rude, and lacks patient empathy. Patient wellness is not at the top of priority!

      Apria healthcares billing department needs to have a class action against them. They waited six months to send me a bill. And it had no description of what The bill was for. I had to contact them twice in three months to get them to send me an itemized bill and they still did not include what the items were. I had to pay them out of pocket because my HRA account denied them because of their billing practices. Im still trying to get an itemized bill from them so I can be reimbursed .nine months later.

      My husband had to call their customer service 4-5 times, then finally ******, who contracts with them, because they keep charging him (and threatening him with collections if he didn't pay) for equipment that was picked up over two months ago, AND they show in their system it was returned. He had a conference call with Apria and ******, and Apria said he had a zero balance, but refused to say he wouldn't get another bill! This has been the problem: Zero balance, equipment returned, yet 2 weeks later another bill and/or threatening letter to collections shows ** in the mail.

      They don't even deserve a star. They are a lying bunch of idiots..all delivery dates did not happen and its been nothing but one excuse / lie after another. These people need to clean up their that or close the doors because their service down right *****

      This company is the worst overall, customer service ( cant speak english) , No Help with new machine, So many charges on my credit card on file that it is now maxed out . I used a small one for this thankfully . When i asked for a detailed Invoice , She asked me * For what * , She sent me an Invoice of Just Dates and the amout that was paid, No reason, no explanation nothing. I had to call my insurance company to find out and they to were confused because there was no claims for said amounts, She had us on 3 way to resolve it. Come to find out... they only took ***** out many times instead of ***** a month for 6 months. I removed my Credit card from the system 2 weeks ago to stop the declined charges. I WILL NEVER USE THE COMPANY AGAIN

      Apria health care has very poor customer service and their office locations in ********** doesn't work with ********, ** location, who by the way is doing a great job. I moved from ********, ** to ******** ,** and the office in ********, ** refused to update my home office to ** for more than 6 weeks and keeps me billing even after I returned the unit in ******** office. I returned the **** unit to ******** office in 7/6/2022 and have a written letter from the ******** office. I paid $96.89 on July 8th to their ************** as suggested by the billing ***** The ** lady sends an old **** for $83.06. I told her I paid more than you are asking for, and you should return my $13. She doesn't get it, doesn't talk to the ******** office and keep calling. This is very very unprofessional.
