      Poor billing procedures. Overseas customer service that reads from a script and can't make a decision when errors in billing occur. My insurance company is being billed 10X's when the machine would cost if I bought it outright. I called the insurance company and I was told oh well that's why insurance is so expensive, we get ripped off every day but there isn't anything we can do about it.I have reached out over and over again but no response. There is no urgency to correct problems.

      They sent me some **** supplies that I didn't order or authorize. When I called them and they said that by NOT taking a call from them, I was agreeing to sign up for automated resupply. Very unethical company. Not the first time I had issues with them. Save yourself some trouble and expense. Do not so business with this company.

      Absolutely terrible company. Says they are sending supplies but dont, website doesnt work, customer service knows nothing, outsourced to foreign countries cant speak English enough to understand, orders placed on phone with a human lost, on and on.

      I took a sleep test with ****** and was diagnosed with minor sleep apnea. ******, come to find out, contracts their ************* through *****************. When I received the machine from them, I realized that it was quite noisy and leaked air, therefore would not work for me. When I contacted Apria, I was told to do a video call with one of their ***** The *** determined that she could not hear my machine over the call, however my wife could hear the machine running from the next room. She then instructed me to drive to Apria's office in **************** so that I could exchange it for a "working" machine. When I got the refurbished machine home, it was the same situation. I then contacted Apria again to see if I could get a different more quiet and efficient model and I was told that since I exchanged my original unit all sales are final. I was not informed of this policy the first time I called as a concerned customer. ********************** is supposed to be in the business of helping people, however this is not what my experience with them pointed to. They are knowingly selling faulty equipment of low quality and sticking it to insurance companies and patients alike.

      I was lied to about how much my payments were going to be. I was told that I had to wait 30 days to get fitted for a different cpap mask. I paid my original balance vote back draft and they waited 4 weeks to withdraw the money. They then tried to tell me that I still owed that money. They offered me a discount due to my frustration and then rescinded it because I told them the original payment had been paid. They told me it had not been paid yet. They revised to send me receipts and told me I will have to call in every month for receipts. In top of everything else I was in the phone with the billing department for 1.5 hours and asked probably fifty times for a supervisor and they refused to connect me with one. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor in Monday and nobody called. If I want stuck with them for 3 months I would absolutely switch companies. Do not use them if you can!!!!

      THEIR INVOICEING SYSTEM IS A DISGRACE. WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED MY DURAVLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT THERE WAS DESCRIPTION OF THE MATERICAL AND WHAT THE TOTAL COST WOULD BE, i KNEW MY INSURANCE COVERED 80% OF THE COST AND I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR 20%. ***** OF THE MONTHLY INVOICES INDICATED WHAT THE INSURANCE HAD PAID AND WHAT MY RESPONSIBLE WAS. IN FACT, SOME OF THE INVOICES AN INCREASE TO WHAT WAS OWED. THE LAST INVOICE I RECEIVED SAID I OWED $22.11 AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THAT AMOUNT WAS THE REMAINDER OF WHAT I OWED. I PAID THE AMOUNT REQUESTED AND ASKED THAT THEY COME AND PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT. THEY DID NOT COME AND PICK IT UP. NOW I HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE FOR $14.10 CLAIMING A BAD DEBT. THIS IS A COMPANY I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN. THEY LACK OF DETAILS IN THEIR INVOICES IS VERY TROUBLESOME. A 1.06 RATING IS FAR TO HIGH.

      Very POOR, help, on the phone for hours, transfer call to another representative and this goes on in a circle of pass the buck ******** gets no service.just to order supplies, No communication after waiting one month they sent the wrong supplies part. this is a ventilator with serious consequences. Apologies do not do the trick.

      Apria illegally changed my order status to automatic without my permission and then sent me supplies which I did not need. When I tried to return them they said the refund would take 2-3 weeks. I then insisted that they refund immediately because what they did was illegal. They said they would but it didn't happen. This is not a company you want to do business with. I too would give them zero stars if that were an option.******* ********

      Their customer service is very much a joke My order was canceled three times I couldn't get my supplies. They blamed it on my insurance. Then started to blame my doctor saying she didn't put in my order. The main company called me to give me a courtesy supply box for free which didn't make any sense. I had call my doctor to get a hold of them to find out what was going on with my supplies it was madness. So I changed companies. I will not recommend anyone to them.

      I am not happy with the lack of details in Apria *********** invoices for sleep apnea supplies. Their invoices show only a a bottom line value and don't provide any details on what the basis is for their bill. Their help line's answer was "we only bill you for what you owe after your insurance pays us". It is impossible to reconcile my insurance's explanation of benefits with ******* invoice so I can determine if their invoice is accurate. Their help line committed to send me a detailed invoice but I had to insist. Their customers should be provided the backup for their invoices every time without having t ask for it..
