I received equipment I did not order. I called the Never to state that I did not order the equipment and that's some of it was not even my size. I was told it takes 14 days for a return label. In the meantime I had major surgery. I called after 16 or 17 days and was told that it would take another 14 days to receive a return label. Finally after another 14 days I received a return label and returned the equipment. I received an invoice for the equipment. I attached a copy of the return label with tracking number. I received a message from Apria stating my return had been received. A month later I received another invoice from Apria. I called I said I have proof that I returned the equipment here is my tracking number and a copy of the email. I was told that they only showed that I returned a cushion that was the wrong size. I said I returned everything. I did not order it. They gave me a phone number to call equipment returns. They gave me the wrong phone number. I called them back they contacted the equipment line with me on the line. The lady on the equipment line said that she did not know what was returned. It only showed that I was returning a wrong sized cushion. I stated that I returned everything all of the equipment. I did not order the equipment. I was told that they would remove the billing, but that it would take 14 days. That I could call back from 14 days and see if the charges had been removed. After 14 days, I called them again and of course the charges had not been removed. It is a loop and a cycle where issues are never resolved.

To start off they delivered this equipment to the wrong address. Secondly, Terrible customer service by ******* who answers the phone. It was a true bother for her to help me. Ive been waiting 2 days for a pickup and the driver hasnt shown up. They wont provide a time window either. ******* said I should drive to ******** and drop it off. Very poor at their main purpose of delivering and picking up medical equipment.

You should have negative stars. When I was first told that I needed supplemental oxygen for the rest of my life the hospital said only apria was in network under my insurance. I later found out that apria told them this. When I got home from the hospital and called apria to change companies they said I was under a contract for 2 years. I never signed a contract but I'm sure they will say it was implied or done verbally. This is a giant ripoff and detrimental to my health. I finally got approved to rent a portable oxygen concentrator. A inogen G5 that goes to 6 liters of oxygen which is what I require on activity. They said I needed a doctor's note (my doctor had already faxed them 1 which, of course, they never received." IDIOTS! fax machine shows and printed it was received. So I got the new doctor note and called to say I was bringing it so I could pick up my poc. She said that she didn't have one. I would have to call Rotech (Hooks). They do not carry any portable oxygen concentrator from inogen or more importantly produce 6 liters of oxygen.

I want to express my profound frustration with Apria Healthcare's service regarding a phototherapy unit for my newborn. The unit arrived with only one eye mask, whereas multiple sizes should have been included. The single mask provided was of such poor design that it continuously fell off, putting my baby's eyes at risk. When I requested additional masks, the three replacements that arrived were not only late but were all of the same ill-fitting small size. Despite repeated assurances of a swift resolution, the promised delivery of an appropriately sized mask failed to materialize, and I am still waiting. To make matters worse, I am being charged an exorbitant daily fee for this unit. Given the substandard quality of the equipment accessories and the gross mishandling of this situation, this daily charge is not justifiable during an already stressful time. My wifes ability to rest has been severely impacted as she is forced to monitor the mask constantly to prevent it from falling off, compromising her well-being and our babys care.Furthermore, I discovered another patient's invoice with their personal information included in the paperwork for our unit, which is likely a HIPAA violation. This discovery makes me question whether my unit was properly sanitized and calibrated before delivery.Adding to the frustration, my wife received an intrusive call from an Apria clerk demanding the serial number of the unit due to an apparent mistake by their technician. The expectation that we, the customers, should rectify their errors is both frustrating and unacceptable. In summary, Apria Healthcare's negligence in handling this situation is inexcusable. The lack of proper equipment accessories, repeated delays, poor customer service, and potential privacy violations highlight a severe lapse in their operational standards. For a company entrusted with providing essential medical equipment, such failures are particularly alarming.

I would give Apria negative stars if possible. This company is committing fraud in their billing practices. This is well known, and Apria needs to cease and desists. They are charging my flexible spending credit card for claims that were paid by my insurance company. I spoke with my insurance **** who was on the line with Apria and me in a 3-way call in June. This call took at least an hour of our time. Apria was supposed to credit my account, since the insurance *** proved that the claims were paid. Apria did not credit my account. I followed up with Apria on 8/28/24 and they are giving me the same script/story. This company should be prosecuted to the highest degree. I plan on filing a complaint with the **** Attorney General and the **** Apria needs to lose their license!

I can't give 0 star. It is just happened that they sent me the SECOND TIME wrong parts. Both times, they are not willing to accept and don't let me to send it back, but charge me for the wrong, not my machine-related parts for $xxx. Unfortunately, they are in monopol, so I can't change them. But I seriously consider to sue, because they make my clean breathing in danger. **************** just says "it is OKAY", and "yes, it is okay". For them, it is okay. For me, my life is in danger because of their neglection. The lady of the "customer service" can't promise they will send me the right parts - it is just ridiculous.

I received false information from Apria when signing up for their services. I was told my insurance only covered one form of oxygen supply, either a portable concentrator or ** tanks but, I could pay for E tanks at a monthly fee so I could have both supplies. I was told the monthly fee was $35.00. I switched from my old healthcare facility to Apria as I wanted a *** for travel and needed the **Tanks for excercise and excursion. Unfortunately, Aprias logistic manager informed me that this information was incorrect. I was told that the $35 was a fee for the regulator and cart, not the tanks. Amazon has a regulator and cart for $60! Why would they charge $35 per month!? He also said they would no longer deliver **tanks to my home. I need the ** tanks so I opted to give them back the *** but was told that they will no longer deliver to my residence and I will have to go to the office to exchange them. I'm disabled and their office is 40 minutes away from me. Had I known all of this before hand, I would have never switched over. I was given false information to switch and now have to go through the long process of going back to my old company just to get **tanks again. Beware and get everything in writing before you sign up.

To Whom It May ********* have OSA and Apria Healthcare was my facility for **** Device and **** Supplies. My medical insurance was only valid through 9/30/2023. My new **** Device was ordered on 6/26/2023. I never received any billing statement(s) from Apria HC. I received a letter from ***************** showing that I owed Apria HC for the **** Machine. I never received a billing statement(s) prior to collection notice. I contacted Apria HC and they told me that my insurance was no longer valid and that I would have to pay $2,000.00 for **** Device. I contacted ********************** HC and they provided me with ***** prepaid label. Apria HC in ***********, ******** received **** Machine on 1/31/2024 and was signed by: SRAY. I received a Collection Notice dated 2/6/2024 from *******, *******, ********* in the amount of $730.04. I have repeatedly requested billing statements with no results. Apria BCBS of MN, which is incorrect. I received 3 Billing Statements total. On those few billing statements they still show $730.04 that was sent to *****************. As of July 27, 2024, Apria HC withdrew $330.06 from my bank account. I never received a billing statement for this amount. I contacted Anthem EPO BCBS Representative yesterday and we contacted Apria HC and they told ***** at Anthem that they submitted claim on 6/27/2023 and received Denial from medical insurance company on July 26, 2024. The Anthem EPO insurance representative told them that that was not true and told them about other charges that were submitted from Apria to Anthem EPO. I contacted my Bank today and filed a REG E to prevent Apria HC from withdrawing future unauthorized charges from my bank account. It will take 10 business days to receive response or decision. Please give me advice or direction so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.*******************************

The signed me up without my consent for supplies. I never filled out the application for supplies. They told me they automatically signed me up. I told them to please cancel the supplies order. I tried to return the supplies at the ****** address that was on the package. Because after several attempts to get a return label from this company they never sent it. I went to **** and tried to send the package and I was going to spend my hard earned money. The **** said this address doesnt exist. I will never stop fighting because I have rights!
