      I've only been a customer for a few months and it's been extremely disappointing experience. The initial delivery was dramatic and inappropriate, the manager resolved that issue. But since then communication has been infuriating. When issues arise with the device, we call for a technician. The appointment gets canceled on their end due to their decisions and we're not even contacted to let us know. Waited all day only to call them to be told no one is coming. When the technician does come out, he tells us we'll need a new device. Because of prior communication issues I called the ********** tx office to confirm the new device would be delivered the next day. Then they tell me no one is coming cause the technician reported no issues with the device. They have sent the request to a logistic supervisor and I'm waiting for yet another call that I may never get for them to probably not help us. I wish I had opted to go to another company after that initial bad experience. Avoid them if you can.

      I refused to give them my credit card information and asked them to send me a paper bill and I would pay off of that. I got the paper bill and went out to their site to pay on-line. I entered my credit card information and they indicated it wasn't accepted, so thinking I might have entered the number incorrectly, entered it again and again, it indicated it wasn't accepted. ( I have "0" balance on my credit card, so that wasn't an issue). My bill was due, so I entered my debit card number and again, indicated it wasn't accepted. A day or so later, the transaction was taken out of my checking account, again, after receiving it on-line it wasn't accepted! I then went back out to the Apria on-line payment site and they had actually PROCESSED all three of my transactions, both credit card payments and debit card payment! This was over 6 weeks ago and today I get another paper bill in the mail, saying I still owe the original balance! I did dispute my credit card payments and they were removed.Their accounting is atrocious and it almost seems like a scam! Needless to say, I will be finding another supplier for my cpap supplies.*****

      I was prescribed a CPAP ****** told at picked it up that if the mask did not work for me I had 30 days to request a different type. I called Apria and requested a different mask.I received the mask and the type of mask works much better for me, however, it is too small. I called and explained I needed the next size up in that mask.It literally took ********************** a new mask. He kept saying but you have an auto-ship in a few days. I said I know but it is the wrong size so I don't want it. I asked him to please just give me the items I am currently eligible for which I was old the mask replacement and filters. After all of that, he sent the wrong mask! Then a few days later, I got a big shipment of the same wrong mask!I called customer service again and this time was helped by a very nice lady who immediately found which mask I needed the order history and put in an order and a return label request.Because it takes a minimum of 10 days every time I place an order I called and asked about suspending my service until I have all of the equipment I need to use the ***** I do not think it is fair that I have to pay a monthly monitoring fee for something I cannot use due to negligence on the part of customer service and slow order fulfillment. I was told that was not possible.2 weeks go by and I still have not received the return label or shipment confirmation. I call customer service to get the status. I am told that the order is still processing and there is a shipping delay due to some manufacturing error. I asked about how far out they were delayed and was told they didn't know. It has now been another 5 days, 3 business days, and I have not received any shipping notice or return label email, but just got another bill in the mail.My insurance company is trying to reach them for the last hour.

      My mom required oxygen while dying of cancer. We physically returned the oxygen tanks. Six months later, we receive a bill for thousands of dollars and when we contacted the Apria Health representative they at first said we never returned, then said we returned a month later than we stated. We have spent hours on the phone and no one seems to know their own inventory or where their equipment is.

      After returning all the equipment I had gotten from them, and paying every bill they sent me, they sent one last bill a month after returning the equipment, for almost four times the normal bill. When I called, they tell me that they sent bills by email too, and I missed them. Well, yes, anything I don't recognize goes right to spam. I get my bills vie the postal system. Now I'm going to have to pay for something that is already been paid for because they can't seem to figure out what is going on. I hate that I had to go this route.

      I received a prescription through ****** insurance for a CPAP machine, which I received ,in the mail, at the end of Feb 2024. I used it a total of one hour,and in that time, reached out to Apria customer service 3 times. I told them I was having trouble with the machine, and was unable to use it. After each call, they assured me that I would receive a call back from a sleep therapist that could recalibrate the machine, and guide me through the process. I never received a call back! In the mean time, they were billing me for the equipment,that I was unable to use.I was finally fed up with their lack of response,so I returned all the equipment to a local branch on *********** in ******** **** was unable to go inside the office,and was told to call and someone would come out to my car. A gentleman came out,he never asked any questions, took the box, and went inside.I never received a receipt, or paperwork proving that I had made the return.This was my fatal ERROR!!! Since then I have called repeatedly, and gone in person to speak to the manager, who claimed they would need to find the machine,since they track the serial numbers. All the while, I was getting weekly robocalls, asking me to pay for the equipment. I also talked to several customer service reps, explaining my dilemma, and each time being assured that they would email the local office,and that someone would get back to me! Crickets!!! Never have I received a call back until today, when I spoke to ***** (supervisor in customer service) who once again ,said she would email the local branch to get verification of the return. When that verification came through,they would refund back the $719 they say that I owe them. I have been dealing with this completely unresponsive,horrible company from late February til now, mid June 2024. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and have lodged a formal complaint through my ****** insurance,as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

      1. The Corporate number listed here is a fax number so I have no way to call them.2. It took them a year to fix my insurance. They were charging me over $300.00 that I was not responsible for. They finally got it fixed. I called to pay off my balance but I couldn't because I was sent to collections!! I was told my account was on hold while they were reviewing the insurance issue.3. I called to see if they could pull back the balance from collections. I was supposed to send them all my information I had last night. But, a half hour after I got off the call with one rep, I got a call from another rep who told me this could not be done.

      Fails to communicate except when they want you to order supplies. Get conflicting guidance on ******** coverage from local office and national office. Takes weeks to receive order if they follow through at all. Sent plastic water reservoir for CPAP in bag - obviously broken. Customer no service.

      My mother had Apria (she never lived with me). After she passed away someone from Apria came to MY house requesting the equipment. No adults were home, only my young daughter. Apria personnel "talked there way" into MY house to "look around" for the equipment. They even took a piece of equipment that did not belong to Apria and I had to call them when I returned home and get them to bring it back!What kind of a company does that?! Horrible.

      Over charge ! I pay my part up front the day I order my supplies. I have 80/20 insurance. They kept billing me for different amounts. Ill call their billing and just get the run around. Put out with these crooks . Paid a bill of $41 36 after 6 months from my order , just got a bill almost a year later for $10.36 . Know one can tell you why . They turned me into collectors. I paid it . They are bad to do business with.
