    I would not recommend Dreamcloud ***************** as far as it pertains to shipping products when promised. I placed an order a couple of weeks before the mattresses were needed. I received a message from Dreamcloud that the items I ordered were not in stock and they would upgrade my order and that was fine with me. Bottom line was the order was never shipped. I was continually told that the shipment was "being processed". They told me the items were in stock, but they did not know when they were going to be shipped. This went on for several days, each time I spoke with them. They refused my request to speak to a supervisor. I was told that the supervisor would just tell me the same thing. When I called and asked them for the company's home office address, they refused to give it to me. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a company. I finally cancelled the order and was given a refund. That is not what I wanted. I wanted them to do what they told me they would do and ship my merchandise that I had paid for.

    We bought the Dreamcloud original because of the ******* reviews and warranty, i dont know hay anyone could sleep on this bed, after 3 nights of no sleep, both my wife and i, we went out and bought a ******. Called DreamCloud to return and they said no returns before 30 days, on the 30th day we called again and they said i had to schedule with some company called ********* to have the mattress picked up before the refund, ********* sent me an email they they dont service my area (*****, **) and gave me 3 options to before they could offer a refund. Overall waste of time and money, sham company, bad product, inconvenient and difficult returns process plus zero customer service. the ******* dont buy a matress online, ******* reviews are paid for and i assume most of the reviews on their site also.

We have a recommended 30-day adjustment period because sleep experts agree it takes weeks for our bodies to adjust to a new mattress and it is outlined in our return policy that return can be made no earlier than 30 days after delivery. Your frustration with this recommended period & the return process is understandable and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to provide high-quality products backed by excellent customer service, and we regret to hear that this was not your experience.     The customer service is heinous. This is not a review for the product, but the company. I placed an order in Dec and was told to expect it to ship in 3-5 business days, and arrive in another 3-5. 6-10BD, easy. The item was out of stock and they didn't bother telling me this until my third confused and upset phone call TWO MONTHS LATER. Ironically, it was two calls; for some ungodly reason, two separate customer service reps had been assigned to me, and both called up to offer me a substitution I didn't want. I called back and told them I did NOT want the substitution because a taller mattress would not fit in my bedsheets and I refuse to buy all new bedsheets. I could hold out one more week for the thing I actually ordered while in increasing back, shoulder, and hip pain. They sent the **** thing anyway, and when I called to ask what the h*** was going on, they told me I'd have to return it and start my order all over again. Another several months of waiting after being forced to the back of the line for no reason. I blew up trying to get them to honor the original ship date I'd been promised and they refused, instead offering me a $50 discount to keep the mattress I couldn't even use. I returned the stupid thing and did not place a replacement order. All this not counting the false promises they made over the phone when the order was placed in Dec claiming they set up the mattress in your home for you for free. That never happened at all. I was lied to and yanked around for MONTHS of physical agony on a bad mattress with disorganized and ignorant customer service reps with no interest in helping me, just in getting me off the call. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

    They are a manipulative internet company,refusing to give people their refunds unless they donate or dispose of the bed,no where in their warranty does it say this,i feel soory for the regular people that keep these disgusting people in buisness,if i was a person capable of investigating these white collar scammers,i would,and the bbb rates this barn company a plus,my mastercard is going after them,people,when you pay with your credit card,file a dispute with them,then they will send you a simple form to fill out to send back,they will refund your full purchase amount,dont bother with resident,the parent company,thats that.

    Weve slept great since getting it. Firmer than previous but not hard. Setup for our queen was made easier with two people working together. No off smells. Expanded to full during the day for the first nights sleep. Would highly recommend. Also, shipped on time.

    Total C*** Do NOT buy this companies product. It is over priced c*** and the "service" is even worse.Bought the $2600 Top of the line Premier Rest Hybrid - My Wife and I Both have our very own *****'s to sleep in with a hill in the middle.Fought for a warranty replacement. Waited and waited only to receive some junk bottom of the line replacement.When I pressed I was told they "upgraded" us because the Premier Rest Hybrid was discontinued.Right.Now I will not stop (I'm retired) until this bait and switch game is solved.The CS reps are beyond dumb. Can not move them off a script no way no how. Ask a simple question and they ask for pictures - What?!!Answer my question. What is this 3.0 tight top queen hybrid? I bought a mattress that is twice as thick and three times the price.Yeah no..... They got the wrong guy this go around.DO NOT waste your Money. Go buy a real mattress from a real furniture store.
