    BUYER BEWARE. I am writing this review out of genuine disappointment and concern. My husband and I made a purchase through this company based off of their reviews and guarantee of fast, reliable shipping and customer service. The company displays in several areas on their website and social media accounts that they guarantee 1-2 shipping from the time the purchase is completed. We ordered our mattress with this understanding, 3 days later the mattress is not shipped and we have not received any communication from this company. After contacting the support number listed on their website, I was brought to a customer service agent who told me my order was still processing and a label had not even been created. The customer service agent then went on to tell me I could not speak with management about my concerns of their false promises and advertising. When I expressed my disappointment with the company, they made an offer that they would monitor the movement of my order and provide a discount if it was not delivered within 10 days. I reminded the agent that we purchased this mattress with the understanding that it would be delivered within the week and should have already been shipped. I once again brought up their 1-2 day shipping guarantee that they display all over their website, the agent told me that their website was outdated and incorrect. At the end of the conversation after being on the phone for *************************************************************************************************************************************************** but she couldnt guarantee that they would. We were disappointed with the lack of customer service and false advertisement from this company, please keep this in mind before supporting their business.

    I bought one at the end of 2018. At the time they offered 1 free cleaning. Now, the bed has low spots and high spots that make it hard to sleep. I sent the requested pictures to them and even used a weight on the bed to show the differences in sagging and firmness. They told me that because it has stains on it, it can't be replaced. It is on the current warranty. I said, well, I will take my 1 free cleaning and then you can take it back. The customer service man on the phone said management would not authorize the cleaning. I said, how do you know it is stains if it is not had its free cleaning? No answer.

We stand by our forever warranty and will honor any warranty-related inquiries that meet the policy guidelines. Our warranty policy has never included cleaning service, but we do have care instructions for our mattresses that we recommend if needed.  We appreciate the feedback you have provided and regret any misunderstanding with our warranty policy. Our records indicate that a replacement was approved and processed. We appreciate your patience while we completed the warranty review process.

    We bought a Dream Cloud mattress. It was dipping down past 1.5 inches. We requested a new mattress from the warranty company. We have sent several pictures. Each time they come back with they need another angle. Their warranty website does not say where exactly to measurement. We had to contact a lawyer to get resolved.

    Purchased the Premier Copper Hybrid King, original ship date said 01/10/24-01/14/24. Ordered on 12/31/23. As the 19th of January 18th rolled around I had emailed them several times for an update and they basically had no idea when it would ship. I got a call from nectar on 01/18/24 offering me their sister company mattress the Dreamcloud Premier Rest, so was I not going to get the mattress I wanted I only received $50 for my inconvenience of a month of waiting. Currently have a new baby on the way and need to get this done before then so I agree to the Dreamcloud. Said it would ship within 3 days. Ship date was 19th-20th. Then 01/22/24 rolled around with no shipping notification so I reached out and was told the same thing Nectar told me. Its in processing for shipping and they would email me once it shipped. I finally just asked for a refund and now I have to wait 10 days for that. Worst company ever.

    Mattress ordered 11-Dec-2023, CC charged same day. No further communication from the business on delivery date or update. When I contacted customer service multiple times even after 18 days! 29-Dec-2023 I was given the same bot like response - got flooded by orders, shipping label has been created and waiting on carrier. In essence, you deflected your incompetence to a carrier, you can take a customer's money right away, you don't need to fulfill your service nor need to provide them timely updates. What a joke of an operation!

    The DreamCloud customer service team went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience. I really dont know why there are any negative reviews for this brand. We also were recommended to get this with an adjustable base and its been so awesome! My gerd has virtually disappeared since I got this new setup. This mattress is worth every *****.

    DreamCloud's mattress is in a league of its own. Big and comfy I feel like every inch of my body is getting the support it needs. Just perfection really, I dont think I could have imagined a better bed to sleep on. Our ordering experience was seamless and everything shipped promptly.

    I will be a DreamCloud fan for life! DreamCloud's mattress provided comfort from night one. Its definitely thick so be ready for that but I was amazed at how quickly I adjusted to it it was like sleeping on a cloud from the very start. The exceptional customer service made the whole experience even better.
