    I ordered a dress for my wife on Wrenley and Brynn's website on April 28, 2024 for $34. The order number is 31062. I have never received the dress. I have followed up by writing their support email multiple times and I have not received a response. I want a refund.

    This company is a scam and claims to have a return/refund policy. They’ve lied and pushed back the shipping date of the products. I never received anything I ordered and they will not respond to emails about a refund.

    I placed an order over 3 months ago for a jumpsuit and my credit card was charged $33.00 I have not received my merchandise I have Contacted them 5 times to request refund if they are not able to fulfill my order. They are now not responding

    One dress was not sized accurately and they will not make an exchange.
    One dress has not been delivered at all and I am not getting no response to my email.
    I am getting no response to email and there is no other form on contact available.

    I never received my item and I Emailed them several times. I requested a refund and they are ignoring me. I really want this Company looked in to and receive a refund

    I ordered a jumper on May 12, 2024. I was told it would be a couple weeks until delivered. After four weeks of being charged and not receiving the item, I sent an email saying I wanted my order canceled. They responded saying that it would be 6-8 weeks until delivery. I replied saying I just wanted the order canceled and my money refunded. They did not respond, and I have not been sent the item.

    I had placed two orders with Wrenley & Brynn on 4/28/2024. I had received the confirmation email for the order and saw the transaction go through on my credit card. In the confirmation email, I was told that I would be notified when it was sent. After 2 weeks without any word about my order or it being shipped, I reached out and was told that due to high volume of sales they had to outsource the order and it make take 4-6 weeks. I waited till it had been 6 weeks and reached out again the other day to inquire about my order. Once again, I was sent the same email as before stating that it may take 6-8 weeks. I responded back saying I would like both orders to be canceled and my money back due to the orders still not being processed or shipped. I have now not received any word back in regards to a refund and to have the orders cancelled.

    I ordered 2 dresses on March 14th and one was delivered but the Brisbane spotted midi dress was not delivered and the website continues to say it is being prepared to ship. It’s been 3 months and I have reached out to the company with no response.

    Wrenly and Brynn is a fraudulent company that has not sent me my large purchase and it has been longer than the 4-6 weeks their policy states, which they constantly change in emails. I found online that they are not actually located at the address listed on the website in Olathe, KS. I’m positive I have been scammed out of $250 for the large purchase I made from their boutique.

    I purchased an item through a link for a ******** ad. I did receive the item but it was not at all as described-poor quality and not close to the measurements provided on the website. I went directly to the website to request a return and did not receive a response even though it said I would be contacted within 24 hours. I tried numerous times again a few days later. No reply. I replied from my shipping confirmation email. No reply. I made a comment on their ******** page and now I’m blocked.
