On 4/25/2024 I placed two orders. On May 3,2024 I contacted company for shipping information via an automated online form. I received an email from ******* that said that they were a small online business and had placed an order overseas and it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery however if I wanted to cancel they could cancel the order. I replied yes please cancel both orders. I have sent numerous emails with no reply or confirmation of the cancellation. I have contacted ******** ******* and filed a dispute for the charges. I am not sure this is a legitimate company and wanted to warn others.

They claim to be a small U.S. based clothing boutique. I purchased 5 dresses on March 24, 2024. As of May 7, 2024 only 3 have arrived, all from China. One of those 3 was advertised as a mid calf length, and is a long shirt length. All 3 are incredibly poor quality and cheap material, and do not match the advertised photo in color, cut, or fabric design. The other 2 dresses still say “awaiting shipment.” Their site automatically applies a discount code then refuses returns of items purchased using a discount code; essentially making all sales final. Their site also says they will refund defective merchandise, but will not issue a refund for the shirt length dress. The site says they can’t issue returns for any orders in transit, but will not refund the 2 dresses that have still not shipped. Their only reply about the second shipment is “usually an order ships in 2 weeks, but shipments from abroad can take longer than 2 weeks.” Both of those are also coming from China.Initial Complaint

On 4/20/24, I purchased 3 items for $95. ORDER #*****
When the order arrived, all items were too big, so I emailed the support address on 5/2 requesting information on how to return items, but this is what they said:
Thank you reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you wish to make a return. I also apologize for the inconvenience, though upon evaluating your return request it appears that your order is ineligible for a refund. It looks like you checked out using a promo code for an additional 15% off. Per our "Returns & Exchanges" policy (see section titled: "Notes"), any items purchased using a discount code are final. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks again!

Ordered a jumpsuit on April 14th.
Received it on April 24th.

I sent messages via the same contact us method a few more times over the last few days of April.
No response, ever from this company.
Emailed *************************** several times. No response. Reached out to them on ******** at ********.com/wrenleyandbrynn. Posted a few questions in Comments about getting a valid RA#. They blocked me on ********. Did some more searching on ******** and saw many people commenting about being scammed by this business (by being a fake business not out of Kansas, but overseas. I ordered an xs jumpsuit from this company. They sent me the wrong size. When I reached out to their customer service, they responded by telling me that because I used a discount, all sales are final.

I purchased two items on 4/22/24 totaling $62.83. I received both items, however, they were not anything like what they should have been according to their website and descriptions. The items came directly from China, not their store in KS as they made it seem. I read their return policy before purchasing so after I received the items and was not happy I reached out for a return and refund. I was told that because I used a promo code that they flashed up on the screen on their website I was not eligible for a refund. This was not anywhere in the policies when I made my purchase.
The company has also deleted my comments and blocked me from social media after I complained about their products. I have since seen posts from numerous other people that have had similar experiences with the company
