      Please do not use this store! I had an oil change on my car and they overfilled it and caused so much damage I now need a new engine and they will not take accountability for the damage they caused even though I saw them argue about how much oil they put in the car. They have video to prove I'm write and still will not acknowledge their mistake. Go anywhere but here if you want to keep your car intact.

      We did not overfill this vehicle. We had an issue with the vehicle not starting when it came in to the store. We did the oil change properly and the car would not start so we had to jump start the car and they left. They called the store and my store manager went on sight and showed them the oil was at the proper level. We have reviewed in-store video and the oil change was done properly.

      You sent me a letter saying welcome to volvoline family.. well im not part of your dam family.. I have wrote a review on your wapakoneta store.. I have pictures of your team there.. oil filter was loose not even 40miles on the oil change. Remind u my truck only has 50,000 miles on it. Well your technician that has 270 professional hours left my oil filter loose and oil all over my garage floor.. and I take it back the manager says its my problem. Well engine 2 quarts low since your people don't know how to change a oil filter. So I spent over 200 dollars and now engine low on oil. Oh had to wait 40mins.. took 35min to service my truck.. well guess if you want something done right you do it yourself... so my suggestion it quit sending me things in the mail.. because your harassing a person that has no need for your services since your service are not in my requirements.. I was a mechanic for 23 years. And your company is not a star rate of 4.6 to 5.. that is a wrong statement of your company. Because I know of other people getting service in the wapakoneta ohio area that they can't get there vehicle fixed of your volvoline won't take responsibility actions for your f*** up.. so u should only get a half a star.. also the crew that did the performance of the service. They said they was tired.. well sounds like there are people not up to there jobs. I will never get an oil change from any volvoline instant oil changes.. I get my oil changes for alot cheaper and will take responsibility of there actions.. that 1 thing volvoline needs to change in there policy.. you take care of the costumers if your company didn't properly do there jobs.

      Never again. Second time at that Versailles KY location on 530 Lexington road. Bad attitude by the same employee twice. They just lost a customer.

      They installed windshield wipers on my vehicle a few days before a trip down South. The back window wiper fell off. I had to go to a Ford dealership to get on put one since the one auto parts store near the town i was staying didn't carry that wiper. I needed it replace since storms were coming for the drive home. Took 2 hours of my time to drive to and back to the closest place to get the wiper pluds the cost of the wiper. Contacted Valvoline twice. Still no resolution.

      I sat outside the bay doors waiting for other customers to finish. There was a car parked that a worker came out and spoke to. No one ever came to speak to me about what I needed done. When I was an assistant manager at this location it was policy for us to greet every car with minutes of them pulling up. All I needed was a top off which they could’ve taken care of without me pulling into the bay. That is what we did when I managed this location and it helped keep our lines short and helped with customer satisfaction. The Jtown location needs some work

      100% the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.
      They ruined my oil pan during an oil change and then refused to refund me the cost of repairs when it was discovered. I had to continually call to get answers, since no one would call me back. Do not waste your time or your money.

      Poor service and not admitting that they made a mistake which costed us $499.40 at another business because they had to fix Valvoline's mistake.

      I wish I could leave 0 Stars. Valvoline in Federal Way,Washington Changed my Son’s Oil on a Vehicle he had just Bought. A couple of Months later the Cars Engine Ceased up on a Highway! So we contacted the Mechanic at the Carlot where the Vehicle was purchased from to have it Towed. Mechanic Diagnosis no Oil was in the Vehicle, they further investigated & found out the Oil Drain Plug was not installed correctly & the Oil slowly leaked out Totaling the Engine & costing around $6000 to replace. We communicated this to Valvoline a few times but got the run around by Managers. We Finally got to file a Claim & they said they denied the claim because they were playing phone tag with the Mechanic about inspecting the Vehicle. They knew exactly where the Vehicle was located. They have the Address of where the Vehicle is & never went out to inspect it. The Vehicle sat there according the Lot Manager for about 2 weeks before they sent it to the Wrecking Yard. Now my Son is without a Vehicle & the Money that was put into said Vehicle towards purchasing it. I am reading a Ton of Reviews & Valvoline is Notorious for Denying Claims for Damages to Vehicles behind their Negligence. We will be Escalating this matter & going very Public & Further I feel the Attorney General should be involved. We will be sending a Complaint to that office as well.

      I had an oil change preformed at Valvoline instant oil change. I have a well maintained 2008 ****** with ******* miles on it. Several belts have already been replaced, never gone over on an oil change. Having moved recently I could not locate everything needed to preform an oil change at home so I simply ran to Valvoline. I should mention Im a young female, very girly but grew up in a mechanic shop with 8 brothers, I know my way around a car. They informed me my serpentine belt was on its last leg and that I shouldnt leave without having it replaced it was replaced ****** miles ago so I was confused and in a hurry so I just left. Having severe anxiety and taken their word for it I decided to buy the $17 part and do it myself. They offered to for $130. 130$!? anyways. I changed the belt myself today and was surprised to find a beautiful belt with minimal wear, and no damage. I went ahead and changed it since I had a belt and had the belt off, but I will be keeping my old belt in case of emergencies as it still has A LOT of life in it. I do not appreciate being profiled, lied to, and the unprofessional environment of the lead mechanic hyping everyone about getting drunk on their next shift together. Luckily I have the knowledge to maintain my car myself and will never have to return. this is unacceptable.
