      **WARNING THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND DO NOT REPAIR**
      This shop stripped my oil drain plug and has refused to fix or pay for repairs. Timothy the manager at the Crestwood Missouri shop was not even on site and has lied about the damage. He is a weasel DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

      Lack of honesty and integrity. Charge for services not done. Stated they did the service and charged but did not.

      We did the oil change properly and went back and reviewed the in-store video to confirm. We spoke with the customer and they had other work done at a mechanic shop involving two sensors in the engine. We were not liable for bad sensors that had nothing to do with the oil change. The employees overlooked checking tire pressure and did not set them during the visit. We run our business daily with honesty and integrity. Feel free to stop in anytime and we can check tire pressure and add washer fluid if needed.

      The tire pressures were not done, the fluids were not filled. The change oil light was not reset. Then two days later a sensor light came on which the mechanic that checked that stated the oil was very dirty. So my concern the fluids were not filled, the tire pressures were not checked,other oil light not reset then two days later after Valvoline my mechanic stated my oil was extremely dirty causing a sensor light to come on. I called it to their attention on the ties and fluids and the oil light after everything was checked off and they were sending me out the garage. Never go there again neither will all the people I let know.

      Store located at 11999 Alamo Ranch Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78253
      Fraud and attempt to effectively pad profit margins are evident. I visited for a quick state inspection and they failed me due to their subjective view of streaking on the windshield. There was a piece of pollen under the wiper blade that caused a minor streak and then it clears up. Their objective was to sell new wipers which they offered and then would pass me. I have a video of the windshield wipers and tried to talk to the manage however the motivation was to clearly upswell from the inspection in the belief I would buy their wipers versus going to another station. I understand state inspections are not a big money maker, however don’t try to cheat people by coming up with frivolous add ons stating it’s Texas Law. The law is clear for what is required to pass the inspection for windshield wipers.

      Thanks - this is the standard textbook response. Look I can use chatGPT to write a response as well. The point is the vehicle did not fail at another location and it should not have failed there. There is a serious problem with trying to sell items that are not needed to pad profit margins. Thanks the response, the state attorney general is my next stop given so little thought was placed into your response. This matter is not closed!

      We cannot speak on the integrity of inspectors at other locations, the inspectors at our service centers do follow the states strict guidelines however. While we understand a failed inspection can be frustrating we do stand behind our inspectors decisions. Faulty wipers are considered a safety concern, and vehicles without wipers in good working condition will not pass the inspection in the State of Texas per the inspection guidelines.

      We sit outside that establishment for over an hour waiting to get an oil change these guys and here are slow and truly pathetic. I will never return to this establishment quality, poor service, poor communication, poor they just don’t care about nothing here.

      The technician who completed my oil change failed to properly secure the cover that goes over the oil pan. As a result the cover came loose as I was driving in the highway, resulting in damage to my car's splash guard, mounting tabs and oil filter. The estimated cost of all necessary repairs is over $400.
      When I contacted *****, the location manager, he refused to acknowledge that his crew's negligence was the cause of the damage to the vehicle. Instead, he blamed the tow truck operator. The only reason the car needed to be towed is because of the incompetence of Tylor and his team. He went to say he felt that the car probably didn't need to be towed and the only reason I had it towed is because I am a female and "was scared of being stranded" and that I should have kept driving with a sheet of metal hanging off the bottom of my car.

      I got an oil change from this location they installed oil and a new filter everything was great. Couple days later all my oil drained out and engine completely turned of call Valvoline and they came out and looked at the vehicle. The employee said that there was 2 seals left on the filter and the engine will be replaced by them. Received a phone call by the business stating that they are sending the old oil filter off to their corporation and getting filter tested and ripped apart. Employee stated he will give me a phone call in a couple of days about the situation. I got the phone call couple days later employee stating that the engine failed and the reason of gasket blowing is an internal problem with vehicle that caused high oil pressure. Reason I gave a one star is because employee said they will replace engine because they did not take old seal off. So now I have a car that has a knock in the engine.

      I pulled up and was never greeted by any employee. After an hour wait I pulled into a bay. Then I was told I was in the wrong bay. I was going to have to wait another 45 min because other vehicles are in front of me. I was there before the other vehicles, but with the bad customer service. I had to wait. Poorly ran business by bad management which means bad techs. Don’t go here. Other business will give you better customer service and not there to take a customer money

      Don't under any circumstance take your vehicle to a Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility. I have had a claim open for a month and half for a baffle that was broken off below my valve cover. First the manager of the oil change facility lied to me and told me that the dealership said this could have happened some other way. They assured me that they did not say that. They have no reason to lie, but Valvoline does. Finally spoke to an area manager that told me that since it broke in his hands he would take care of it. Got pricing from the dealership, but due to amount he needed final approval one layer above him. Then silence for 3 weeks. Today was just told my claim is denied despite the fact that the ****** mechanics told me this is the only this could have happened. I've been forced to get a rental car for a month while they strung me along. I have called almost every day and sometimes multiple times a day to get an update. I've been told response time is no more than 2 days, well at multiple times in the process I heard from nobody for over a week. It might be convenient, but it's not worth the risk. Now I'm paying the price and a very large one at that. I will tell anyone and everyone to never go to one of these places.
