      I wish I could leave a zero start review however I can’t. I went in to get my oil changed and my fluids topped off shortly after leaving driving down the interstate my motor started knocking and and locked up which in return caught on fire. Once everything settled down and I checked the oil I had none in my engine and I hadn’t even been 100 miles since they changed it. I called back to where they changed it and they pretty much told me I was tough out of luck, that I needed to prove that it was due to the oil change that caused it to lock up and catch on fire. Which ultimately is near impossible to actually prove. So now I’m out of a car that I’m still making payments on and not to mention I was in the area for college. I highly recommend not going to valvoline for an anything I don’t care if they are the last place on the face of the earth to do them.

      I went and got an oil change the beginning of September by the end of October my engine blew. Two people came to look at my car i sent them the video of my mechanic taking my car apart showing that my oil pan was cracked. Never heard back i called customers service, the representative stated that they left a note stating that they told me on the day they looked at my car that my claim was denied due to an accident. Which is a lie they never told/contacted me and Ive never been in a accident. He tried to get in touch with them no answer stated he will send them email. I call no answer, I will be making my way to the store.

      Horrible Place to get an oil change took my vehicle for an oil change and my oil plug was stripped I was told to leave my vehicle overnight and it would be fixed with no charge on the oil change the next morning upon arrival to pick up my car everything changed and I was treated like I was a criminal who had did something to them. Law enforcement was called on me and I was told that I still had to pay for the oil change and that they were not responsible for messing up my vehicle. After leaving there my oil light was still on took my vehicle to the dealership and was told that my car was short 1 quart of oil as well as a leaking oil filter. I went back up there and provided Assistant Manager Myracle G****** with the paperwork from my dealership I also advised her that I did not want them to fix my car she then stated that they wanted to check the information on the paperwork provided from the dealership. They checked it and then fixed it without my approval and tried to play me stupid and then tried to show me the oil stick and even pulled out her phone to record the oil stick after I had sat there for 20 minutes therefore I know they fixed it without my permission and then recorded it after the fact to cover there behinds I know they did it because once they so call checked it the oil light was no longer on there. This has by far been the worst experience I have ever encountered I don’t recommend this place to anyone because they are very dishonest people and when their backs are up against the wall they treat their customers like TRASH!!!!

      I went to get an oil change for my 2021 ******, and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The Manager approached me and starting speaking down to me. He was unaware he was speaking to a local Physician. Their general tone and poor attitude led me to make an appointment with my local ****** Dealer. I have never been to a Valvoline but first impressions are lasting impressions. I'll make sure to pass this information on my Residents and hospital staff.

      DO NOT GO HERE - they incorrectly installed the oil cap which caused numerous check engine codes to go off (none related to the oil change). I took it to the dealer who confirmed they screwed up. The ************** manager would not refund the oil change claiming I should have brought it back. Why would I do that when the error code had nothing to do with the oil change (indicated stability trac issue)? I have always gone there in the past, I will NEVER go back.

      Wrong air filter was installed. I went back twice, they said it was okay. I had to go to another mechanic who they recommended since my car continued to stall. I feel they wanted to send more business to ****** ********* purposely.

      Im at Valvoline In line like everyone else, they divided us up into lane for each bay door. I'm the next person to go in bay door 3 when the staff decides to play musical chairs. They tell me they need to move back and let someone else take my spot, why? were all waiting that's what lines are for duh. I just left, won't be going to Valvoline for future automotive service.

      Valvoline damaged my audi 2019 transmission and other part of the vehicle by draining the transmission oil by mistake and doble filled the right session. Car die, they refused to provide documentation, took the car to audi dealer and requested only to fill the transmission and omitted what happened. Audi found the car not being able to move and recommended a new transmission, valvoline declined the proper repair. Oil was filled, car turned on and without testing the car on the road was given back to me, for about 3 weeks I’m driving my car with white smoke, shifting problem, shaking and slipping. Valvoline refused to cover the repairs even when I took the vehicle for second opinion to another Audi and CarMax devalued the car for more than $16,000 due the transmission. They are evil, the lady called Kristie Spencer are the very unprofessional, she played, she lied. I’ll go all the way to avoid this to others costumer in the future. I wont stop because they don’t care about costumers and costumers safety.

      They changed my oil in June, went in for oil change and was told that the oil drain plug was stripped. They ordered one from ******** auto parts which would be delivered by 3pm. Did not go back until next morning. They then stated it would be delivered at 11am. I called at 11 and was put on hold. Then hung up on. Tried to call back no answer. Called ******** to check on part to be told it was delivered the day before. Amazingly awful customer service!! Waiting to hear from Area Manager.

      Terrible company!!! They have been telling me that my battery was testing low for 4 years since I bought my car brand new. I went to get my oil changed today. The technician attempted to sell me a battery. I refused. He started my oil change. Then pulled a van in on the other side of me. He completed that customers entire service. It only usually takes 15 mins for my oil change. 30 mins later he says they are finally finished. My vehicle will not start. He tries to sell me the battery. I refuse. He jumps my car. The whole thing is odd because I never had trouble starting my car. I hope they have not permanently damaged it. I am not going back to Valvoline anymore. I read online about their battery scams. Once I find out a company is being dishonest, I am done with them at that point. I would never buy a battery from them and now they lost my business on oil changes. I will also spread the word.
