      I had an unfortunate experience at Valvoline located at 1215 MacArthur Rd
      Whitehall, PA 18052. On 2/24/2024, at approximately 10:30am. My wife & I pulled into one of the three garage bay spots behind a car and a mechanic came out & told us to move our car to the third garage bay. After about 20 mins of waiting the car inside our bay vacated, but one of the mechanics came out saying we needed to let the car next to us take our spot because she was waiting longer. I told the mechanic that the mechanic in the 1st bay told us to go to this spot. He apologized & said "Let me find out what's going on?". As we had our window down, we heard him explain this to another mechanic, who at the time didn't realize was the manager, the manager looks at him and screams "I DON'T CARE WHAT HAPPENED, SHE WAS HERE LONGER SHE NEEDS TO COME IN NEXT!" So as the mechanic came out to relay the message, I told him we understood & started backing out to move into the middle spot as that driver maneuvered her car to get inside the bay we were waiting at. The lanes to the bay are not that long & directly behind us was MacArthur Rd which is a highly congested road with cars zipping 40-50MPH. The woman gets in, so we wait longer for our turn in the 2nd bay. The car to left of us arrived after us, this was the lane we were in when we first arrived. So now that car exited the first bay and the mechanic working that bay started signaling that car that arrived after us inside. I yelled out to that mechanic "NOW WHY IS THAT CAR GOING IN WHEN I WAS HERE BEFORE THEM?". The mechanic came out explaining he didn't know & all of a sudden, the manager yelled "SINCE YOU'RE YELLING AT MY EMPLOYEES YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR SERVICE, BYE!" When I went to explain the manager said, "REVERSE OUT & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SIR!” We were turned away. We have been frequent customers to Valvoline for their speedy speedy service but feel the treatment we went through was enough to rethink future choices.

      I am writing to address a deeply concerning experience I had at your Valvoline location on **** Road on January 31, ****.On this date, I visited your establishment for an oil change and transmission fluid replacement service for my 2020 Dodge Journey, which has ****** miles. ******* number ***** details the transaction, totaling over $200. Regrettably, despite paying for both services, it was discovered the next day, February 1, ****, that the transmission oil replacement was incomplete.Upon returning to the store, I was informed that my transmission lacked oil, despite having no leaks. This failure to complete the paid service is unacceptable and has resulted in undue inconvenience and potential damage to my vehicle.Despite being assured that the store manager would contact me within ***** hours, it took until February 8 for ****, the manager, to reach out. Unfortunately, ****'s conduct was deeply disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and failed to address the issue adequately. Furthermore, promises of an inspection were not fulfilled, and subsequent attempts to escalate the matter to ****** yielded no response.It has now been over 18 days since the incident, and no meaningful action has been taken to rectify the situation. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction and safety is appalling and reflects poorly on your company.As our car is the main source of income for my family, the prolonged delay in resolution is unacceptable. I implore you to take immediate action to rectify this matter and provide the compensation and assistance necessary to repair the damage caused.If no satisfactory resolution is reached promptly, I will have no choice but to involve legal representation.

      Broke value stem on tire did not tell me tire is flat they refused to take responsibility even though I only drove a block home people can see this happen s alot and they always deny

      Valvoline deliberately makes it difficult to file a claim and once they have a claim they can deny your claim by giving false information to close their claim which then they consider their final decision and will no longer assist you nor will district managers, return, phone calls, or acknowledge the problem. Valvoline instant oil change allows their locations to take advantage of customers and expects to get away with any damages they cause because they are corporation and people won’t fight back. Not only did their negligence cause damage to my vehicle that will cost close to $10,000 to repair the way they have handled this situation has caused severe stress & heath problems.

      Horrible service had me wait in the line for over 30mins and let other customers ahead of me .I came with no engine lights or problems with my car to get a normal oil change service to leave wit my car having problems smoking and making my engine over heat. Also I relayed the message to the manager who was completely rude and inconsiderate instead he argued with me about the problem for a hour instead of trying to find a solution even when I had proof from employees and video footage from there shop that the job was not done fully correct. The managers name is Christian D***** and I strongly recommend work from other shops

      My complaint claim has been denied, this is my letter to corporate.**** (name on title)***** (wife) She brought our Explorer in for the oil change and filed the claim. I wish to handle the correspondence moving forward.***** brought our 2012 Explorer to the ******* location in August. The oil pan bolt was crosthreaded by the tech and leaked. They admitted that and sent us to ******* Automotive and Tire for a repair. ***************************************************************. In hindsight I should have refuse a repair and demanded a new oil pan from Valvoline. The repair failed and now my claim to get it fixed is denied. The area manager (***) will not call me back. I was told it is "up to them" to refile a claim. ******* Automotive said the repair can only be done once. They did that. My vehicle never leaked oil and now I have a mess in my garage and have to check my oil daily. Whomever was on the chat yesterday could care less. I am getting an estimate today for a new oil pan and I will let you know how much it is. I have no plans on paying for it. My car never leaked oil until I used your service.Waiting to see what they say.I hope this helps anyone who needs an oil change in ******* to rethink going there.

      Valvoline in ********* **, ******************* location damaged my ***** Accord when they serviced the vehicle. They were slow to respond to my concerns, then denied doing anything wrong with no solid evidence, and in fact, used false information as part of their justification. Valvoline corporate, the franchisor, said they could and would do nothing if the franchisee decided not to fix the problem. Not only did they deny wrongdoing, they did not even have the courtesy to say sorry, but instead, after telling me they were not going to offer me any compensation for hundred of dollar worth of damage said "have a good day." What a slap in the face. This is terrible customer service. Not a business that anyone should be using.

      This is the ******************************************************************** location. I was foolish enough to use a Groupon for an oil change at this location. When I arrived, I was second in line. There was constant horseplay among the employees. I waited second in line for about 45 mins, no greeting. I guess a past co-worker or mutual friend of the employees arrived. They allowed him to cut the line and engage in even more horseplay, general playing around. I mentioned that I and a few other customers had arrived first. They stated, "he just needs a top off" (keep in mind he stayed just as long as I did). When I finally got into the service bay, the oil change took about another 30 mins. I mentioned that the service was taking too long. The line of cars waiting for service was in the street. When the oil change was complete, the employee slammed the hood so hard he broke the hood latch (hopefully it's on camera); so the hood was unable to close. I stepped out of the car to inspect it. I confirmed the hood latch was broken as a result of the employee's unnecessary actions. The manager, ******, insisted that it was not their fault. "I see this all the time; it's just a build-up of grease!" He scrubbed brushed the lock and closed the hood. I re-opened it to check if it was fixed and it was still broken. He stated, "we don't do anything under the hood!" with a giant smile on his face. This does not make sense being that I was getting an oil change and opening the hood is obviously necessary. I demanded his managers name and stated that I will have to call corporate. Now I have to get the hood latch replaced before my girlfriend goes out of town for the holidays (in1 week). I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS THIS MESSGAE IS FOR ANY PROSEPCTIVE CUSTOMER DO NOT GO HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This location / business represents indifference, unaccountability, and serious incompetence. I am just trying to help other people not go through what I went through. Good luck if you go.

      Terrible service sure its quick and convenient but is it worth it. No! Left drain plug loose started loosing oil as soon as I left shop. Check engine light truck shacking and clunking had to have towed to mechanic.which ended up needing cylinder replaced. They r denying responsibility or wrong doing even after I brought it back to shop and they confirmed oil was leaking at plug had pic of iol slick coming from bottom of truck yet still running me around saying they were not responsible even after mechanic support they were. Dont go there save the hassle go to reputable mechanic
