    Bought GE opal ice maker. Stopped making ice before the one year warranty. They said I can replace it with a refurbished one which to me is gross. I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it. They are difficult to get ahold of and slow. I doubt I’ll get my refund since it’s past the one year warranty now.

    I purchased a recliner from Bob's discount and purchased the warranty. I had a problem with the chair reclining the mechanism. So someone came out replaced the part. And now 2 years later the same part is broken. The tech said that the part is always breaking on the recliner. Now the company said that since I had the part replaced already they are not going to honor it. It's like what. I didn't break it it's a manufacturer problem. So now I'm without a chair because they can't make parts correct. I will not recommend Bob's furniture to anyone or will not make purchases from them.

    Never again will I buy guardian protection all the time I thought I was OK that my furniture was protected when I put in the claim it was denied. What a scam. Paid extra for nothing.!!!!

    Don't use them I put a claim in in Dec and now that I emailed and asked what was going on they send me the same email from Dec saying they didn't get the picture even though on there own website it says they where in I really hope there is a lawsuit against them they are a joke

    I bought a couch from ***'s Discount furniture. The recliner broke when I filed a claim with the goof proof warranty it was denied. I've seen alot of lawsuits on the internet so I guess this is a common practice.

    This is ridiculous!! I have waited WEEKS for this to be taken care of!! I have paid for this protection plan and instead of replacing the furniture Ive had for 2 years that have that just fell apart and they want to waste my time and theres to try and replace it!! Wish I couldve put 0 stars!!

    Do NOT purchase any extended warranties after making large purchases from Z********. I purchased four extended warranties that are essentially worthless. I have gone in circles contacting Z******** as well as OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC and both companies have refused to accept my claims for service. OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC states they didn't go into business with Z******** until October 2021 and Z*******e has claimed this is not true and in fact they were in business with OnPoint Warranty Solutions LLC at the time my warranties were initiated (May 2021). Z******** provided my information to this company and I wasted my hard earned money because OnPonit Warranty Solutions LLC have made it abundantly clear they are not responsible and will never provide service. Save yourself money and headaches.

    I bought a GE Opal 2.0 ice maker and it stopped working after 3 months. I was sent to OnPoint to get a replacement. It has been weeks with no communication from OnPoint and now they are telling me they will not be sending me a replacement? I jumped through all the hoops and put a $300 hold on a credit card for a $700 ice maker to be warranty replaced and NOTHING!

    This company is an absolute scam. I purchased a GE Opal Ice Maker which did not last even a year. When I filed the claim with GE, they sent my claim to this company who used loopholes to not fulfill an obligation. Shame on GE for using such a scam of a company.
