      I've been with Humana for years with no issues. Centerwell Pharmacy, however, is another story. I filled my prescriptions with Walgreens for as long as I can remember, making several trips to the pharmacy each month. I decided to give Centerwell mail order pharmacy a try. It's chaos.
      One of my prescriptions is a class c and requires a new prescription be sent from my Dr office each month. I am fully aware of this requirement. I called my Dr office on Monday of this week to have a new prescription sent in. Done. Checked the Centerwell app Tuesday, nothing, Wednesday, still nothing, so I decided to call Centerwell on Wednesday. The person I spoke with said that yes, my prescription is there and ready to be filled, and that he would get it going for me and that he'd give me a one time exemption for expedited shipping to ensure that I don't run out of medication. I said great.
      Checked the Centerwell app today (Thursday) to see the status of my prescription, and it said it has been cancelled. No further information or explanation, no email or call to let me know that it had been cancelled. I started a chat with Centerwell and she said that since it's a class c medication, I need to have a new prescription sent in. (Which I know and did) I told her about my interaction with a Centerwell Pharmacy rep on the previous day and she said that she is sorry but I still need to have another prescription sent in.
      I call my Dr office again and leave a message. Call Centerwell later on to see if they've received the prescription yet and am told no, but maybe it would be best to just have my Dr call them.
      I'm so close to switching back to Walgreens. I don't want to run out of any of my medications and I'm careful to ensure that doesn't happen. This is ridiculous. Talk about getting the runaround.

      Don't ever sign up for Humana Medicare Advantage DENTAL program, not only will you not get your reimbursement, you will spend days trying to speak with someone and still not have any resolution. I have spent a total of 10 hours on the phone with customer service team leaders to no avail. Filed a dental claim for my disabled husband who had two teeth extracted on August 14, using the same oral surgeon as we did in May. Included a letter stating the check be sent to us at our new address and not the Dr as he doesn't take Humana insurance. Called 3 wks later to check on claim, was told it was sent to dental office (they did the same as in May again). Called my dentist, they did not receive check. Found out 11/28 that not only was the check sent to the wrong address, the ck was cashed by someone (not my dr). They were supposed to put a stop payment on it but didn't in time, I was told my check was on its way after waiting 60 days for it, it should have arrived 11/29, and didn't. Called for the four days spent another 4 1/2 hours getting nowhere. Filed a grievance. Talked with another "team leader" got another check supposedly expidited, with another 3-4 week wait. If this arrives it will be 90 days to get the reibursement because Humana can't read documents and accept responsibility for their mistakes while we on Medicare pay for this "service."

      Very poor communication, stayed on hold forever. Never got to speak to a rep and THEY called me. They keep pushing their internet pharmacies, not interested.

      Outreach was made to the Humana Pharmacy Team, and on November 16, 2023, there was a campaign call made to you from the Prescription Education Team (RXE) to encourage you to increase utlizaation of CenterWell Pharmacy mail order. Our records also indicate that the Medication Therapy Management Team (MTM) contacted you on November 29, 2023, regarding a one-on-one review of your medications with a pharmacist or other trained health care provider. You were offered the review and you agreed; however, during the transfer the call was disconnected.
      Humana Pharmacy has reached out to the RXE Team to remove you from the RXE Campaign calls.

      Humana has refused to pay my PCP as in network even though they have repeatedly told me that my PCP is in network. The last time I spoke to them they told me it is because they have my PCP at a different address. Then they tell me that I do not owe anything( I have no copay or deductible for my PCP IN NETWORK according to my plan benefits) but then they refuse to pay my PCP as if she is in network so guess what-I do owe my PCP. This has been going on for 10 months. They are liars and this is fraud.

      There is a reason why Humana has a one star rating. 90 minutes on the phone with extremely complacent Humana Go365 reps could be a major contributor. Your poor customer service is ridiculous and unacceptable. What should have been a simple request for assistance led to being transferred to FIVE different reps. Humana Go365 reps seem to have no customer service training. To hear these reps claim to be the right person and the one to get to the bottom of the issue when I call is the false claim that I heard over and over today. They didn't even know how to pull up a member id. But this is the case each time that I call. On a previously recorded call, they had a rep tell me that I could have and may need THREE annual physicals within a 90 day period. She said that Humana Go365 would not accept the annual physical that I had less than a month prior, while working for a previous employer. She said I would be required to go back to the doctor and have another annual physical. And then she said since it was November, I could get the third physical in January. I had to report her. They apologized for her actions and advised me that a second nor a third physical was necessary. So today was no different. I was prepared for poor customer service, and Humana Go365 delivered what I expected. One thing that I can say is that they are consistent in the type of service that they deliver when I call them. Promises from their reps to assist or to do a warm transfer was the norm when I called today. Ha! Humana Go365 is one company that I am hoping that our employer will terminate their relationship with due to the negative feedback. I hope Humana's management will go back and listen to these calls. Their employees are enough to frustrate a customer based on their lack of knowledge.

      Floods my mailbox with unwanted mail wanting to sell me a plan and to call their sales agent. I have United Health Care and want NO part of Humana and am getting tired of filling the my local landfill with all their unwanted mail. PLEASE STOP SENDING ME MAIL!!!

      I’m constantly calling them every other week!! I’ve been waiting on my Debit card since JUNE of this year!! It’s now the middle of November and still nothing!! I just received my ID cards two days ago. Been waiting on those since June, then August… it just keeps going. I have a bill now because they referred me to a Primary who was out of pocket and I can’t get anyone to help me with that!! I have referrals from my out of pocket doctor that I can no longer use!! I feel like because of HUMANA I will die because I can’t see a specialist because nobody knows their job!!!!! I’m in pain, I have major health issues and I can’t even see my primary because they keep changing my doctors!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!! I will never referr anybody to HUMANA!!!!!! Never!!!!!

      The mail-order pharmacy, Centerwell is ridiculous! It is the worst that I have ever dealt with...my husband got hearing aids from them after the runaround (canceling the order) for months! He got them in March 2023 and one has quit working...I was on the phone from 8:30 am until 9:45 am they sent me to the supplier who called Humana who told them to have me call this number..855/211-8370..I called...they told me to call the supplier...that is when I blew up!! I told them that I was not playing this stupid game and then I continued to tell them a lot of other things...I was put on hold of course and finally, he came back and told me that it would be 50.00! I blew up again...I should not be charged for something that we got less than a year ago! Finally, I got a supervisor who spoke English and after going off on her...she told me that she had to get with another department, and IF they accepted my claim, it would be 10 to 14 business days! I told her that if I did not hear from them ...I am going back to United. I was furious and exhausted....it's like this every time I have to contact them...they cancel orders, do not inform me, and when I go into my portal to see why it hasn't been delivered...I see then, that it has been canceled. When I call to find out why...they cannot or will not tell me. I was late getting my insulin and my doctor had to give me some until they could find out the reason. It was a stupid, stupid reason and these are stupid, stupid people!
