      Horrible company. We have been calling Humana for 7 months & have gotten a different answer/excuse every time we call.

      The first time I used my spending account card at Publix, the clerk didn’t give it back to me. When I went back, they couldn’t find it. Humana canceled it and sent out a new one which took a month. With the 2nd card, the part that covered Dr. visits worked, but it did not work at Publix or CVS. After two months and several calls, a Humana employee told me this card should be canceled and a 3rd one sent out. She said once the card was activated, they could roll over the expired allowances. After another month delay in fixing the issue, $35 per month expired three months in a row. A Humana supervisor named April refused to roll this over. I likely spent five or six hours on this. I read in the reviews and online in other areas that several people have had the same problem. I am 75 and my husband is 81 with Alzheimer’s. I think this is elder abuse, and it should be stopped. I would not advise anybody to go with Humana. This is a pretty straightforward matter and they should just have credited the card with the $105. It is not much money but it is principle.

      Humana insurance is a joke. Had to have 6 heart test run which where covered and they made me drive a hour an half each way for test. Doctor office told me they could give me all test in 2 days but insurance told them one a week. Called Humana filed a complaint trying get it worked out and finally returned call after 8 weeks. I would not recommend Humana at all. Worst insurance I have ever had. Keep looking

      I currently have Humana dental for my family and i wouldn't recommend them if they were the only dental company in the world. They have NO customer service, absolutely nothing they say can be taken seriously because every call will result in different information given. I absolutely hate these people and company.

      Centerwell Pharmacy is the worst that Humana could have contracted. One wonders how many customers have suffered due to their failures! I have had Humana for 10 years, medical is great, do not use Centerwell unless you want to add HTN to your illnesses!

      I have been with Humana for 6 no problem with Humana but the; Center Well PHARMACY for Over-the-Counter Benefits are HORRIBLE. I started using my over-the-counter benefits 2 to 3 years ago, for the last year chaos. On today October 18, 2023, it was stated that I should place my order before the 20th of the last month of the quarter, if not the upcoming benefits will be used.
      When asked for the policy there are not one it is a recommendation. This is a bad business practice and unethical.

      I wish I could give you a zero because You scam seniors. Your total stars are 1.4 from customers, I for one don’t think that’s good enough. You should be ashamed of yourself. I get a certain prescription from center well pharmacy in which cost me $15.92 a month. All of a sudden I get over $120 taken out of my account, that made me bounce a few checks. I called and I got the runaround for one week. I finally called Humana corporate yesterday after dealing with those crazy people last week. The medicine is now being made by a new manufacturer, which caused the price to go from $15.92 to $59.95 bottle. Nobody called me to let me know, nobody got in touch with me to let me know there was a new pharmaceutical company. The worst of all is they charge me for 2 bottles A women from Humana corporate called me Tuesday and I explained my grievance. She told me I would have it refund in a couple of days. I’m pulling all my prescriptions from CenterWell Pharmacy and going to Walgreens where I can count on them telling me if the price goes up. Walgreens is charging me $14 for the medicine what’s wrong with this picture?

      Tried them after seeing the commercials. Only had them for 1 year. They denied every prescription I was prescribed. Will.never use again. Overpromise and non deliver.

Outreach was made to CenterWell Pharmacy (CWP), and it was determined that there was no record of any issues with any prescription orders during the time you used CWP services. There was also no communication found regarding your prescriptions during this time.
      A letter has also been sent to you with the provided information.

      ********** pharmacy of humana medicare advantage.
      I chated to verify a charge on my credit card. The charge was in the morning. The chat was in the afternoon.
      He asked me for the last 4 digits of the card to verify the morning charge. Then he goes and charges me the same amount a second time. When i asked him why? He says, no, just go and check your bank account. I told him i just got a second email from the bank about a double charge. He says, no. Go check your card account. We closed the chat and i went to check my bank account. Sure enough. The idiot charged me a second time instead of just verifying the morning charge.
      They are useless in that pharmacy. You order one small item and they ship it in a box the size of a coffee maker.

      I’ve been with Humana for three years and aren’t very happy with their referral process. After following up on dental coverage and in network providers, I also spoke with a representative from Humana who clearly verified dental coverage for the provider. I was seen by the service provider for dental care and the claim for dental care was denied. Also filed a grievance and an appeal which was denied and dismissed. Determination stated that provider was not listed in network. The provider has forwarded me a huge bill which I’m unable to pay. This is the second time I’ve had to file a grievance appeal which has caused me too much stress. Reconsidering locating another health care provider.
