      Moved from Florida to Virginia, so checked around and ended up getting Humana Choice PPO. The dental that came with the plan free was not that great so I am paying for a optional plan that I was told covers more. I was told they cover up to $4000 for dentures which I need. I made a appointment at the dentist and was told for pulling the upper teeth and dentures just for the top would be $5750. So I replied that I was told Humana told me they cover $4000 dentures. Their reply was then they lied because they only have a $2000 a year max on dental serves’s and that is eaten up with everything they have to do to prepare for the dentures and even after giving me a discount it is still going to be over $5000 out of pocket.

      I called to get an out of pocket cost and was told by 4 different people that my out of pocket would be $364. Then when I got my bill from the hospital it was over $2700. Now Humana is telling me that they don’t no why I was told that. That I will have to pay over $8000 because I had 4 infusions done before I got my first bill from hospital. What’s so funny about this is they tell you that they are recording your phone call every time you call. But now they can’t find where I called and was given that price but they found the other times I’ve called. Ain’t that something!

      Worst experience of my life! I signed up and then changed from the Gold Plus to their Plan G. I called to verify which plan I had and was told I had no coverage with them. Then they had me listed as having both plans. I asked them to cancel the plan G and keep the Gold Plus. Despite numerous phone calls during the first month, they could never get it right, such incompetence!

      Upon receipt of this inquiry, a thorough review of the issue was completed. Outreach was made to the Humana Enrollment Team regarding your enrollment into a Humana Medicare Advantage plan. On August 18, 2023, Humana received a reply from Center of Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) that you enrolled into a non-Humana prescription drug plan (PDP) effective for September 01, 2023. This transmission automatically cancelled the Humana Gold Plus HMO plan. On August 30, 2023, Humana received a reinstatement reply for the Humana Gold Plus HMO Plan effective September 01, 2023. On September 04, 2023, Humana received another cancellation reply for the Humana Gold Plus HMO plan due to you had enrolled back into non-Humana PDP plan effective September 01, 2023. Then on September 12, 2023, Humana received a reinstatement reply for the Humana Gold Plus HMO Plan. The Humana Medicare Supplement Policy-Plan G was terminated with an effective date of September 01, 2023. The Humana Gold Plus HMO Plan was terminated with an effective date of September 30, 2023 due to enrolling into a non-Humana plan effective October 01, 2023.

      I enrolled in a Humana Advantage plan starting Oct 1. They say I have a drug coverage gap from my previous employer. I do not! This is probably a money making thing hoping it goes unnoticed so they can chargea penalty. I'll be switching to another company in Oct.

      I got major concerns with this pharmacy. Ever since they took over my Pramipexole prescription sizes keeps changing and after I take them I got major side effect issues. I never had this before. I got a double dose pill and they claim it is the same dosage but it was not as I asked our pharmacy close by and our pharmacy said it was a double dose. My husband started using Central Well pharmacy as well and his medication he got is also causing him side effects that he never had with pharmacy we have near us. Pramipexole is nothing to mess around with. I do believe Central Well Pharmacy is using cheap ingredients for there medication and they need to be investigated. I have decided to stop Pramipexole all together as people are getting careless in making good prescriptions. So people do your investigation. I say stay away from them and go natural.

      My name is Danette H******** I have been covered by Humana for about 9-10 years. I want everyone who works there to know that you are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have NEVER once had a problem through out my 9-10 yrs! I can't thank all of you enough for what you've done for me! If it wasn't for Humana, I don't know where I would be!! You have provided me all in which has helped me amongst this time of being covered & it has been a pleasure working with all of your staff, especially your customer service staff!! I almost feel as though you simply reached out to me & took me under your wings!; I just pray that our world remains in tact &;Humana will always be here, because as long as I am with you enjoying all that you have given me I will be very much satisfied &;happier than a pig in sh*t!! So,keep up the great work all of you at Humana because as far as I can see.....it can't get any better than this!! Thank you very much!! Love, Danette Holmgren

      Corporate greed at its finest! They are jeopardizing thousands of patients health and well being by not working out a contract agreement. Humana does not want to pay the medical facilities and providers appropriately and the members are the ones who will hurt. They are in dispute with Baptist Health currently and seem to not care what happens to all their members, in particular the Medicare Advantage plans. They continue to fail to help their members understand what this impact means. Anyone reading this with a Humana Medicare Available plan or family member with it. DEMAND HUMANA DO WHATS RIGHT FOR THEIR MEMBERS and not the pockets of Humana Corporates. Work out a deal with Baptist Health!! Or hopefully you will lose lots and lots of members come open enrollment

      I called to check on a test I desperately need for my lung cancer and they are dragging their feet to approve of the test I and my husband decided if they keep it up I'm going to check into an attorney... they always say they care for your health I no longer believe one thing them fakes say , oh and by the way they never called me back after I hung up cause they had me on hold for 30mins

      I have a Humana "Advantage " plan. Their website makes finding doctors in your "network " almost impossible. Primary care providers don't understand the system. They send referrals to the doctor but not Humana so then Humana denies the claim because they didn't get the referral. Customer service useless. Can't wait till year end to dump Humana.
