      They are, in no uncertain terms, running a scam. I recently purchased dental insurance. This is how you shop for dental insurance on their site:
      1. Find a provider: Make sure there are dentists that will accept the plan you are considering
      2. Purchase a plan based on the fact that their website provides you with a list of dentists in you area that accept the plan
      The problem is, many of those dentists won't actually accept that plan. Humana doesn't actually have an accurate list of dentists that do accept their plans.
      Ask them for a guaranteed list of dentists that accept any of their plans and they will tell you that they can't actually guarantee that an office that is LITERALLY LISTED ON THEIR SITE AS BEING IN NETWORK WILL, IN FACT, BE IN NETWORK.
      So what is one to do? You can try calling the dentist and trying to confirm if they accept a particular plan, but they want you to book an appointment first and when you arrive they'll verify if it's covered under insurance.
      That way, when you arrive for your appointment you'll just give up and pay out of pocket so the insurance company wins because you paid them and they don't have to pay any medical bills and the dentist office wins because you're paying them retail and YOU LOSE.
      How people who work for these companies live with themselves I will never know.

      Centerwell pharmacy is terrible. They send dble on some medicine and ignore and don't send
      other medicine. When I get my prescription and a week later get another 90day supply and I
      call they say OK just keep it. Then another prescription isn't received and they say the doctor didn't call it in, we tried to call dr but no one answers, we are working on the prescription and you should get anytime. But you don't. Almost impossible to stop auto refill, even when you are
      no longer taking that medicine.

      I have recently got Humana Medicare advantage gold, sounds impressive but its not. I have been trying to get my urostomy supplies since July 1st, 2023. I have yet to get any, they sent me a list of vendors and most don't take their insurance. I check my doctors before I pick Humana, they were covered. Afterwards none of my doctors accept Humana, not even my urologist who is with University of Florida, who accepts the indigent. Humana is a scam, taking Medicare money and giving zero in return.

      I don't think Humana has a good score on reviews because, they don't tell you about the money that they charge you after the fact that you were already told it was free. They are friendly but, they soon start sending all kinds of information to fill out and, its very hard to disenroll. I'm letting the public to know that it is a scam from Facebook adds. We thought the President was letting seniors have a link card. as soon as they picked up, next thing we were talking to Humana health insurance. Beware of Facebook adds!!!!!!!

      Frustrating insurance company to deal with
      They transfer you so much it’s ridiculous
      When you finally get someone you can understand they say they never got my dental X-rays in the mail
      Yet they received everything else
      Really ?
      So I am denied and they received the only X-rays available now I’m out
      I had a brain stroke so I just can argue with them anymore
      And oh by the way I don’t believe them
      So I will cancel them and Yes I know they don’t care it’s just about taking your money

      Humana says that they see us, but they certainly DO NOT make the process of filing a claim easy. After submitting a claim under my dental coverage, it took over two months to get them to respond. They ignored the claim and never contacted me to say they were ignoring it.
      It appears that there is a separate member ID number for dental versus medical, although they never sent me a new ID card or informed me that this was the case. Therefore my member ID did not match, so they just ignored it.
      Finally after I took the initiative to find out what was going on and answered all their questions, the claim was approved and they sent that determination to the Dentist involved. Problem solved, so I thought – NOT!
      Over a month later I received a notice in the mail that the claim was being denied because I did not answer a question regarding whether this was a new service or a replacement service. I had answered that question when they originally approved the claim. I called and answered the question again and now I have waited over a week for them to notify the dentist.
      This is the worst approach I have encountered regarding bureaucratic processes that ignore customer care and concern.

      I switched to Humana back in June. I waited for 2 months to get the OTC benefits card. I called numerous times and just got the card a few weeks ago. I'm still waiting for a hard copy of the provider. I've called twice. Now that I have the card, it's too confusing to understand the allowance. OTC is $100 and health options is $150. The products are limited, cheap quality, subpar and way over priced. There isn't much variety. There isn't much info description for a lot of the items. A bottle of Naproxen 100 count is $9.00. ********* ****** brand, a much better product, costs $9.97 for 225 tablets. I could go on and on about the over priced items. I would never spend my money on generic products call G*** ** ** **** ********* But then again, I would never by OTC items from **** ********** or ********. The prices in those places are ridiculous.
      I find the website to be very difficult to navigate and understand. All they want you to do is download the app, and I DO NOT use any business apps, not even banking. I have no idea what the healthy options allowance is for. I did look at the meals, and those start at $7.50 a piece!! Plus, there is absolutely nothing on there I would or could eat.
      I feel this is just another corporation ripping off the elderly and disabled. I thought health insurance was to help you, not screw you. If this allowance was so suppose to help me financially, it has not. I found that most of the products I did purchase, wound up in the trash, and me going to Walmart in the end.
      I would like to know if the insurance companies make more money if I use the allowance or more money if I don't use the allowance. I would choose the option that gives them the least amount of money.

      Center Well pharmacy won't help me get my medication moving through the USPS network. It has been stuck in Arizona since August 17, 2023. I really need this medication. Please help.

      Humana Sucks don't get it I give them 27 dollars a month for nothing! All they want is for you to use their on line pharmacy called Centerwell biggest rip off out fit I ever seen. Once they get your precriptions they'll send you more medicine than you'll use for years and charge you top dollar for it!

      I have Humana Dental Medicare, was told certain things would be covered, firs of all I called every dentist that Humana had on the list of partispating dentist , called every one at least 20 and not one takes Humana Medicare, it is now August 2023, I stared this search in March 2023, I need to see a periodontist before the dentist can move forward, when I called Humana about this situation their response is that they can’t help if the dentist decided to stop using Humana Medicare dental, after so many calls to dentist I ask a few why they don’t take Humana Medicare dental and was told slow and low payments, I’m now in the process of finding dental insurance that follow thru with what they say is covered,
