      We had Humana for several years but only their part D drug prescription, I am looking today if I would want their secondary medical plan, after reading these reviews, I will look elsewhere, it seems they need to clean up their act and hire some people that know how to straiten out problems. maybe stop hiring people in the Philippines to answer the phone that don't speak English well?

      Calling Humana; plan to waste your time with a cs rep who is not listening and gives answers (from a script?) to questions you did not ask. They cannot help when you find out that sales lied to you about your plan. They give little information to their people on the front lines. They need to be investigated for their predatory practices that include using what you are looking for in a plan and lying about those needs being met in a plan just to sell it.

      First of all, I don't understand why my last posting is not showing. Humana is the worst insurance imaginable. How come our trusting loving caring protective goverment does not investigate this company for corruption or fraud? Terrible insurance. Just a nightmare. I don't believe there can even be an excuse for such poor actions and negligence. If you take this insurance good luck.

      I am a medical biller for a clinic. Just today customer service rep hung up on me twice. If you are a patient please stay away from Humana plans. Humana really doesn’t seem to care at all about their customers. And they obviously are not investing into the third party call centers they use, the employees sound very unhappy.

      I been on a medication for a year humana was covering it now I have to pay a thousand dollars to get it. Who in there right mind can afford that. They say there's help out there but there's not. They tell my doctor this is what is covered but have been on that already and didn't work. This company is cheap not helping people to get there medication. No help for people to stay on there medication. It's all about money to them not people

      There transport service sucks you have to call them over and over, then it's only a 50-50 chance your drivers will show up. They give u 30 round trips and try to steal them from you, I have recordings of 2. 3-way phone calls with a Humana agent and there transport company. If you complain there transport company makes it hard to get a ride if you're disabled your screwed! I've had 5 major surgeries and they have no pain clinics that accept Humana hmo,you have to find your own clinic I called over 100 before I got into 1. Humana is a lazy company they don't care about the patient just revenue. I'm in the process of finding another company hoping I don't go from bad to worse!

      Have a quarterly allowance of 100.00 to be used in either Humana CenterWell pharmacy or at other pharmacies. Tried it once at CenterWell and ordered an item for 24.00. After the order, my balance was 74.00. Looking at the receipt to see the complete charges, it only shows zeros. I talked with a rep. Was informed that since I was not charged anything over my allowance it would show zeros. Then I asked about the tax and was told they do charge tax. First time i've seen this for an OTC allowance. Just don't like that they don't show any of this in the receipt. Feel the receipt should so all the amounts whether you owe or not. Was also informed that I could not go online and order outright, I would have to wait for a rep and tell them what I want to order. Was told the original order would be cancelled and was as of 1/4/2023 and would receive a refund. Still have not received an refund for the cancelled order. Have talked with at least 3 people since then and still have not received a refund. My allowance was reduced by 52.00 for 2 orders. Site states my card will not renew until 7/1/2023. It's supposed to renew every 3 months so it should renew on 4/1/2023. The fact that it doesn't show transactions unless you owe and having to have to use a rep to place an order is lacking convenience. Being able to price out a medication on the Humana site was impossible as well and was even told my the rep to just go to shop plans and try there like before you purchased the plan. I however did find a way to do it actually using the CenterWell Pharmcy (the only good thing there). I understand there are HIPAA laws and restrictions, but doesn't seem anything I am referring to doesn't fall under these restrictions. I will to see to if I do actually finally receive my refund and also get my card renewed on 4/1/2023 as specified in my plans list of benefits. Funny thing is I tried to submit feedback on the website and lo and behold, it's not working... I wonder why?????

      I do not know what response they claim was sent to me, but I did receive a phone call. I was promised all would be fixed within 24 hours. The credit was processed just over 24 hours later, but the site still shows my allowance renews on 7/1/2023. This should be 4/1/2023. I find it very unnerving that U.S. companies continue to operate this way and force consumers to publicly ridicule and/or ask for something that should have been done in the beginning. This credit back took over a month to happen. Thankfully, the allowance is accepted at pharmacies other than just the CenterWell Pharmacy.

      Humana’s pharmacy, CenterWell, is the worst pharmacy ever!!! I’ve been trying to get prescriptions filled since I became effective January 2023. It has been very difficult and they are still refusing to fill one. I will be forced to use a retail pharmacy. Is Humana satisfied with this lack of service for their members?

      They have an A+ rating on here, but look at the reviews. How the heck do they get an A+ rating when they are the ABSOLUTE WORST!?!? Hospitals and clinics in my area decided to stop accepting them. They care more about putting money in their pocket vs. helping a patient. Look around at the reviews here and out on the internet. You don't need to take my word for it.

      The transportation that Humana provides to patients under medicare is beyond atrocious and the customer service is even more horrible. No one who is disabled should have to be treated the way my mother has by the staff. She always gives the correct information when applying for transportation and they either input information incorrectly or provide her with the wrong vehicle causing her subsequent missed appointments that are crucial to her health. I demand that this company be under review or at the very least investigated because it screams sham and I'm sure a lot more people will agree at how Humana is absolutely taking advantage of disadvantaged patients.

      I've reached out to Humana and they said they would contact the patient (my mother), however there's been no communication thus far and I would like to file another complaint. Because as I am her SOLE caretaker at the moment it would be wise for Humana to continue to speak directly with me as I have signed the necessary documents and sent them already. This customer service care is by far the worst I have ever seen and pretty much sums up what I have already said previously. Don't go with this company if you are disabled!!!!
